We loved how large and comfortable the house was! The kitchen was very well stocked.Additionally, the location is close to everything in the area and the neighborhood was great. We had a small issue getting check-in information from the property management company but the homeowner came to our rescue very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are completely accurate. Cozy and comfortable. Great garage for ski gear, etc. No complaints. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll be coming back. Great location for skiing. The bedroom set up is perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and it’s dog friendly. Kitchen is well stocked. We typically stay for a week and it works out perfectly. My only complaint is the dresser in the master bedroom has several broken drawers, so you can’t use those to store your clothes. I end up hanging items or putting them on top of the dresser. Very minor issue. Otherwise, a fantastic choice!

Owner is great. Property management somewhat responsive. Could do better. But overall fabulous.

This was our first time visiting Colorado. We had an amazing time. Five of us stayed in this house. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. it was very close to restaurants and shopping. We visited the National park and much more. Our son and his girlfriend stayed with us and got engaged while we were there. We will be talking about this trip for a long time. We took so many pictures and will cherish the memories. We didn’t want to leave. We really felt at home in this house. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home as a rental so we could have this wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our month long stay at this home in a quiet subdivision of Silverthorne. It was conveniently located to stores, restaurants and hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the nearby biking/walking trail along the Blue River and the small park at the entrance to the neighborhood. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and meals. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The vista view from the back patio deck was very nice and open. The owner was very friendly.

Highly recommend staying here. Easy access to skiing, close to shops…great location all around. Super clean and the beds were all comfy (I typically expect the throw away mattresses at a rental, so this was a great surprise!). Property management company was very responsive as we didn’t receive the door lock code when we should’ve. I simply texted the number provided and got an answer in 5 minutes. If I had a complaint, it would be that more towels are needed (there was a limited supply, so you end up having to wash them multiple times during the week and there were only 2 dish towels total)…. that’s honesty the only thing I can think of. We’ll be returning!

Nice neighborhood in a great location just outside of town. Open concept with living room and kitchen / dinning. Large table with room for the whole family including the 1 year old. Kitchen was well stocked and laid out nice. All the important items were well labeled and we had great information available to reference. Lots of windows and good lighting. The mechanical room ( with washer & drier ) had plenty of space for all of our ski boots, shoes and other gear which dried nicely overnight. The master suite was amazing and the other two bedrooms, ( one with a balcony ) were great sharing a nice bathroom between. The two car Garage was awesome and with two doors made loading ski equipment easy. The only minor drawback was that only one side had an opener. This was the only minor inconvenience during our stay and in & out was still doable. The property snow removal was nice since we did have 3 wonderful powder days. Our overall experience was fabulous and we would highly recommend this experience to any and all who would be considering a stay. Many thanks from our family.

We loved this property! Great location for access to Keystone, Breckinridge, and Vail. Kitchen had everything we needed for in-home cooking. Bedding was really nice and beds very comfortable. Neighborhood was friendly and even found cross country ski track nearby. Home was clean and spacious. Rental folks were accessible and responsive. Overall, we all really loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property with another couple for a month while working remotely. The home was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed to work and vacation. Solid WiFi, plenty of space and rooms, a HUGE kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need to cook, a cozy fireplace, and a great backyard with a grill. The home is located within a quick drive of all of the nearby ski resorts and just up the road from the town for groceries, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Additionally, there is a beautiful trailhead located just at the top of the neighborhood that made for great hiking. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone traveling to Colorado!

Stayed at this place with family for NYE holiday. The house I'm much bigger than expected, with an open concept. The kitchen is very, very well stocked with utensils and the like. You get a great view of the mountains from every direction you look. Close to all big summit county ski resorts as well as grocery store and restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

WIFI would have been nice. The house had it just no guest access.

This property was great for our first Colorado experience. Very roomy for three couples with plenty of individual space for relaxing. The large, well stocked kitchen was spot on for Thanksgiving dinner preparation and other meals since Covid kept us from dinning out. We even got to see two moose Thanksgiving morning behind the house. The mountain views from the back of the property and central location being close to Dillon Reservoir, Keystone and Breckenridge worked well for our stay.

Enjoyed a few weeks here in between housing in the county. Nice location near North Park Pond and several good hiking trails. Plenty of room in 2 car garage/driveway, and 3 bedrooms were very nicely set up with clean and spacious bathrooms. The big dining table, large deck and decent washer/dryer were a nice bonus. Moose pass right thru the backyard daily. The house has the best stocked kitchen I have ever had for any rental including tons of cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, crockpot! Easy to prepare a meal for a few or many. Surfaces were cleaned well and bathrooms & kitchen were well stocked with towels and little extras like soap, lotion, dish detergent, garbage bags, new sponge! The floor in the main living room could use a good cleaning/sanitizing, the couch is well used and tv quite small, needs a thorough vaccum of the staircase - but overall this was a nice place that accommodates 6 people and allowed dogs which was perfect for us.

Fully stocked place - we had bought extra tupperware, towels, etc, but this place had you covered. THANK YOU for not being stingy! Two rooms had king beds which were nice. The back patio had a great view. You are about 5-10 minutes from Silverthorne, maybe 15 from Frisco - great location. There’s an awesome trailhead in the neighborhood if you like hiking. If you’re looking for a remote place, this is NOT it - as you can see the neighbors have a trampoline. It was fine, but if you don’t want to see people for miles, this is a neighborhood. Also this was pet friendly. Worse thing was vacuuming the stairs (we stayed a month, so we did some intermittent cleaning). And if that’s the only bad thing to say, then this is a win. We came in the summer, so not sure about ski shuttles etc. Towns were mostly open with mask regulations. Come here - worth it.
