Fourth Street Crossing Whitewater Townhome is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath premium townhome that’s perfect for groups of up to eight. The interior finishes are beautiful! The living area features large windows, oversized couches, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with YouTube TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful kitchen has large quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and holiday meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table and four at the counter.
You’ll love the rooftop deck for taking in the mountain air and views with two tables, chairs, and a gas grill. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage (two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle) plus another parking space nearby. All Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: private garage with room for 2 smaller vehicles, large vehicles do not fit. Large vehicles can park in the adjacent parking garage for no additional charge.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
