The location was perfect for visiting Yellowstone. The room was clean and secure. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly and worked with us on our late arrival time.
The sign was difficult to see in the dark so we had a little trouble figuring out where to go. The price was a bit expensive for what it is.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
The first thing we noticed were ear plugs were provided. The hotel is on a busy highway and noisy. The price was high for quality of stay.

Bed was comfortable and the room/ bathroom was clean.
Could not sleep because of the traffic noise from highway 20 that is right in front of the hotel.

I was most pleasantly surprised by the clean, modern, spacious room. Nothing was shorted.
Only issue was my room had road noise, closer to highway than I would have preferred, but I don't think most of the other rooms had this problem. Traffic was not heavy, though.

it was a great stay. The room was sooo big and the most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed.
I love the setting but I have asthma and COPD and they have very strong air diffusers in the entry hall that sent me into asthma attack. Thank goodness I have my inhalers and meds close by.

The facility was very clean. Parking right outside the room was convenient. The staff was super friendly.
The mattress was okay, but definitely could have been more comfortable. The pillows were too hard.

Staff were so very nice, so friendly. They were exceptional!
The guest laundry had 2 washers & 2 dryers, all for no charge, all you needed was detergent & dryer sheets. They did sell those at the office.
Beds were very comfortable.
Soft water, you never feel clean, always feel slippery. There has to be a way for them to control the amount of softening.

A bit too expensive.

They listen when we asked for no air freshener. The room was big and bed so soft. There was even white noise at bedside to keep out street noise
It was all great

Our room was perfect for launching into Yellowstone the next day. Bed was comfy, we slept great. It was really nice to have an electric tea kettle in our room. I love making tea so it was a bonus for me.
our room was right next to the Hwy soo traffic noise was loud. They have white noise machines to cancel it out, which was nice. We turned it off at night when traffic died down.
shower didn’t drain well. I was in standing water while I showered

It looks like a Motel, but better than 99% of motels. Very clean, new, and convenient.
6.0 / 10.0
Room was larger with what seemed to be an oversize king bed. Location was good, recommendations for services and town map were excellent. Room was very clean.
Bed was full king but too soft and the room was also quite spartan. Hotel itself was unimpressive but fits with the town of West Yellowstone and as we drove around, The Aspen appeared better than most.
