Besides the miles of beautiful, secluded beaches the town offers a fishing pier, a Surfside Park, watercraft rentals for all budgets, parasailing, many fun parks and a children's playground. Tropical Paradise is a beautifully decorated townhome that you will look forward to coming back to in the evening. It is also walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants in St. Augustine, "Caps on the Water" the food and sunsets there are world famous. There is also Aunt Kate's restaurant and many other amazing choices for dinner or receptions. Vilano Beach is known for destination beach weddings because it is so secluded.
Now let me tell you about Tropical Paradise, as soon as you walk into this gem you will notice what remarkable taste the owners have. They have gone out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the beach theme is cozy and relaxing. There is a large back yard with a patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a new grill for your fresh catch of the day. The grill is there for you to enjoy, you just need to catch the fish.

The living room has cozy couches to relax in and watch movies at night on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to eat in or there are many dining choices nearby.
The downstairs bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and another flat screen TV to help you wind down the day. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, so this is a perfect unit for two couples or a family. There is also a large bathroom upstairs. So, this fabulous unit can sleep 6, if you want to bring an air mattress.
There is also a washer and dryer if you want to wash any clothes while you are there.
Tropical Paradise is located conveniently within minutes of countless amazing restaurants, state parks, miles of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches you can find anywhere near, amazing historical sites, world-class shopping, and so much more. Ann is a wonderful host. She has such a green thumb and she works hard in the yards. It is beautiful
location. Really dark at night so bring a flashlight. The condo had all the amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc. All you need to bring is your personal stuff. The only thing that could have made it better for me is a chair in the living area. I have a bad back and the couch, while great for sleeping on, was difficult for me to get out of. I would definitely go back. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach (just a shame that Florida was cold that week). Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store 6 miles away. Easy access to downtown St. Augustine. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Beautiful BEAUTIFUL!!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our beach vacation!! It was my husband, my Mom & myself (plus a few fur babies) that stayed. What a beautiful, tropical oasis that backyard is!! We will definitely stay there again!! Our hosts Anne & Michael are “awesome”!! Anne was so much fun to talk with. She went over & beyond to make our vacation one to remember!! Thanks so much!!

STRESS FREE VACATION!!!
I loved this place!!!! Me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, along with a 4 month old stayed here and it was better than the pictures. It is in a great location that is close to everything you want!!! The condo was clean, inviting, and smelled fresh. We had everything we needed and relaxed on the beach and in the comfortable couch and beds. The owners were very nice and helpful, giving us great ideas to eat and shop. I will definitely be booking this place again!!!! I give 5 stars to the owners and the place!!!

Great Condo near the beach
Loved this place. Just a few minutes to the beach (by feet or by auto). It was very comfortable for our group of 4. The theme and decor was on point. Couch was amazing, and the unit itself was cozy. We loved the outdoor grill/kitchen and utilized it a few times. The hosts were very accomodating and made sure our needs were met. At the same time they gave us our space and never intruded on our trip. Great balance. The location of Vilano beach was perfect for us. Historic St. Augustine was a hop, skip,and a jump away. We had a great experience at Caps on the Water which is a few minutes away. Highly recommended ! I can see us back there.

Amazing beach vacation
We really enjoyed the location and the hospitality. Definitely loved the St. Augustine area and Caps on the Waters and Aunt Kate’s were both amazing restaurants. The host was extremely nice and welcoming.

Very Nice!!
Michael and Anne were so nice and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were exactly how they were pictured. The house was very warm and welcoming with all the decorations. It was very equipped with just about anything and everything one would need.
We will defiantly be back!!

Quiet Location
Unit was very clean. Ms. Anne was wonderful, very easy to work with. Although it was not an issue for us, the upstairs loft where the 2nd Bedroom is located was a little warm for our liking. However, there was a fan provided to help mitigate.

Perfect beachhouse
Wow. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This home was perfect for us. Clean, bright, and so, so comfy. The backyard was a true oasis, and our dog Kit loved it! She could not wait to get out there every day. Beach access is super close, and the beach is beautiful and so very quiet. It's also very easy to get anywhere nearby. It's in a true neighborhood and we felt very welcomed.
Ann is an amazing host. She was available for anything we needed from recommdations to a pair of pliers. Super friendly and relaxed. I just can't say enough good things. Our new beach fav for sure.

Great Vacation Gem
Our vacation at the Tropical Paradise was fantastically convenient, comfortable, and clean for our small family. The property had a very homey feel and had so much to offer inside and outside the property. Located north of Vilano, the beach town property is in driving distance if you want to walk or park your car to head to the beach, or river. St. Augustine, or Jacksonville is very quick trip on AIA. The property itself is nested in a condo neighborhood and it felt so clean and comfortable for my family and dog. If you have pets, the backyard is a great adventure for your pet. We had everything we needed and more to entertain ourselves in the condo. The property manager Anne was so friendly and is very easy to work with. We highly recommend this place if you want to get away from all craziness and have some piece of mind.

Absolutely love this property! Property managers were incredible, location incredible, walking distance to beach, dog friendly-our 95 pound golden loved his stay! The couch was the best part!! The most comfiest couch I’ve ever been on. Would return just for couch! Will definitely be back and already can’t wait for our next vacation!! Ann and Michael were awesome!

Spot on location!
The property was in a great location with a great bonus golf cart rental for direct beach access. The back yard was like a little jungle paradise of my own. Everything g you could want was provided for me. From all cleaning supplies dish soap laundry soap dishwasher everything! Plenty of extra towels and blankets. The rooms were quite large with space to put an air mattress which was provided as well! We had one minor issue where something broke and the property manager was wonderful. Handled it as soon as possible and was very nice and not upset about it. Would stay there again.

Best place to stay by far!!
From the moment we made the reservation I knew this was going to be a great vacation! Aside from the property being in a fantastic location, the accommodations were more than we could of asked for. Clean, stocked with all our needs, even a baby gate for the stairs that I forgot to bring myself.
An added bonus was Anne and Michael! From reservation to departure, wow ! Anne made sure our stay was exceptional, from the $25 a day golf cart access, inside scope to getting a table at CAPs and just genuine accessible of her service and knowledge. You don’t meet genuinely nice people everyday, and Anne and Michael are those people.
We will be back, and with more family, to enjoy not only the accommodations but because of the people who make those accommodations exceptional!

Perfect!
The property was perfect -- two completely segmented parts of the house for two families, we had 7 people with four adults and 3 kids including 2 infants. The owner helped us find local beaches and gave great advice. Would definitely stay here again, basically there was nothing at all to complain about. Internet was acceptable for our needs and the TV was ready to go for hooking up our Switch. Kitchen was well stocked and WOW SO MANY TOWELS! She should rename her house to Bed Bath & Beyond!

Nice and clean; perfect size and good location
It was very nice and clean and Anne made everything so easy for checking in and checking out. The rental was clean and cutely decorated when we arrived, and there is plenty of parking for our three cars. They both have done a wonderful job setting up this rental. When we return to Saint Augustine we will be sure to stay here.

Perfect location
This was a perfect location for us. We were within walking distance to the beach and only a quick drive to downtown. There was a publix conveniently located about 2 minutes down the road which was a big help for all those things we forgot to bring... The house was quaint and had everything we needed. Anne was a fantastic hostess and made us feel very welcome! She was there when we arrived and was available if we needed anything. check out was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The Perfect "walk to beach" Rental
Book it now! This was an excellent choice for my family and canines. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for an amazing month long rental. The condo was nicely decorated and updated and very spacious for me, my husband, and our pups. There are two very large bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space in the living and dining rooms. We were beyond pleased at the incidentals and necessities that were provided. It is obvious that the owners/ property managers went the extra mile to make sure the condo was clean, fully stocked, and perfectly set up for our visit. The yard is nice, and a "temporary" fence was put up on one side to contain our small dogs. It is a short walk to the beach and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. The condo is a short 4.5 miles from Guana Preserve, which has over 25 miles of walking, running, biking trails. We met many of the neighbors and they were all very friendly. We loved that the entire 1/2 mile loop of the neighborhood had " doggie stations" and lots of plush green grass. The property managers were present and visible in the neighborhood and we felt that they were available for any issues or concerns.
Looking forward to our return visit.

A great location and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Having 2 king suites is wonderful
Ann and Michael were terrific hosts for our long weekend. A perfectly stocked kitchen and 2 king bedrooms each with its own baths is fantastic for 2 couples or a small family like ours. Very easy walk to the beach and a short drive 2 a couple of great restaurants in caps and aunt Kate's. The bottle of wine for the birthday girl was a nice touch. See you soon!

Casa Lah Ti Da
We stayed at Casa Lah ti Da for 3 months and absolutely loved it. Michael and Anne are the best property managers we've ever worked with. They made us and our dogs very comfortable. They are readily available at all times. The property is lovely and when you arrive it's spotless. It is stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, linens, cleaning supplies. We loved the back yard and porch! Anne does a great job on taking care of the lovely flowers. We love the location! It's close to restaurants, the beach, Publix, and 10 minutes to the city. Already booked for next year! Thanks Anne and Michael for the best vacation.

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing
Ann and Michael were extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. Their rental was clean and well stocked and the bottle of wine waiting on us was much appreciated after being on the road for hours.

Casa Lal Ti Dah
My wife and I stayed at Casa Lah Ti Dah for this past month Of November and loved it.
Anne & Michael were excellent hosts. From the day we arrived with our boat in tow when Anne met us out front to the day we departed it was a pleasurable experience. The unit is fully equipped with all needed cooking, cleaning, and linens. It so reminded us of a summer home we had in Illinois that we have nicknamed it our Chasemar South! It is a short walk to the beach and there are 3-great restaurants within a short drive.
We brought our boat and bikes and used them safely everyday. Anne went out of her way to provide a location for our boat trailer.
We can't wait to come back!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Lah Ti Dah!
First Impressions:
*Everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen was VERY clean and well maintained.
*Interior such as floors and kitchen are nicely updated.
*The floor plan is very open and spacious.
*Wonderful little touches all over from having it decorated to beach towels waiting for you on the table when you first walk in.
We stayed an entire month and loved every minute of it! It is two bedrooms and has two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is decorated very cute with plush spa-like towels.
The 2nd bedroom is a loft upstairs but it’s closed in, which makes it great for kids or privacy and noise. This bedroom also has it’s own separate bathroom, which was very nice.
Both Bedrooms have KING beds and are very large in size. We had a TON of stuff with us because we were moving states and we never felt crowded even with all of it.
I also have to point out that I was so impressed with how thoroughly the kitchen was stocked. From multiple glassware to cooking utensils and bakeware there is pretty much ANYthing you would need.
One of our favorite parts was the patio/side yard. The patio has a wonderful little sitting area and a great grill for cooking as well as beautiful plants to enjoy. The side of the house is this vast stretch of beautiful St Augustine grass, which was great for playing with the dog or kids.
The beach access is also wonderful-it’s a very short walk to an area of beach that is more private and less populated, which makes it feel like your very own beach! And then when you come back there is an outdoor shower!
A last tidbit: They have XFINITY cable, which is great because you can watch OnDemand TV that you might miss.
Michael and Anne, the couple that takes care of the property, are truly wonderful. They take great care of the place and make it completely inviting and tranquil for you before you even get there. They are also very good about taking care of any issues or anything you may need having to do with the casa.
I would 100% recommend this rental-so much so that we’ve already reserved another month!

We stayed at Casa Lah Ti Dah for over a week. Michael & Anne made the whole rental process very easy. The townhouse itself is perfect. The unit is freshly painted with all new kitchen items, towels, and bedding. The lovely back patio was great to relax on in the evening. We brought our dog & son with us, and everyone was quite comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out. The property is a 5 minute ride to St Augustine which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the beach was a 5 minute walk up the street. We will definitely be returning! Thank you to Michael & Anne for everything!
