This beautiful home is a peaceful paradise. The minute you walk in you feel the stress and tension wash away! This house is steps to the intracoastal, with peeks from the front and side decks! This property has a fenced-in yard for the safety of your dog!
The side deck has string lights, a grill, and outdoor seating! The yard is newly pavered with stone to make even more great outdoor space including a great new fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It offers a beach wagon, beach chairs, boards, kayaks and a tandem bicycle…so much fun!!!

This house was so close to the beach, a short drive to all the downtown attractions, and a short drive in the other direction to secluded natural environments. Best of all worlds!

Our visit was great. Plenty of room and close to the beach. The owner provided a tandem bike along with kayaks if we chose to use them. The outdoor area was great, plenty of room to hang out.

The home is exactly as listed. Close to the water. Very well kept and furnished. But the best part of the stay is the hospitality of the Host and her timely communication. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Saint Augustine.

A quick weekend in St. Augustine with a stay in a lovely home in Vilano Beach. Location was great! It was an easy drive to downtown and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

This place was so very nice. Comfortable beds and furniture. The fire pit served us well. Took a couple of kayak's out for a spin. 3 blocks to the beach. Plenty of cook, dish and silverware. Thank you Nancy

Everything about this property is just as described but better! I loved not having to pack any beach things. There were plenty of chairs for our party of 8. The beach wagon was a big help. Lots of seating, both inside & out. Comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. The few questions we had were answered immediately by Nancy. She even let us check in a little early & check out a little late since no one was staying the night before or after us. We hope to return soon!

The property has great amenities: kayaks, tandem bike, and a fire pit. It's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach! Lots of indoor space for a family to spread out. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are looking for a place that is only a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine don't hesitate to book this property.

My family (plus 2 dogs) had a wonderful time staying here for Christmas! Nancy even had the place decorated for us ❤️ It has a great location with a short walk to the beach. We took the kayaks out in the river down the block staying close to the shore since the current looked strong. We enjoyed a fire on patio every night. We all agreed we would stay again.

We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving. A great home for the fun!! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Excellent location away from busy downtown but close enough to get there in 20-15 minutes.

We were in town for a family wedding and found Nancy’s house to be ideal for our family. The house is beautiful and the proximity to both the intracoastal
and beach are ideal. The house is well equipped with all of the “toys” that Nancy provides. Will definitely be back to enjoy all of those!

This is our second stay at this property. We love it!! Great location to downtown St. Augustine and only a short walk to beach and then 1 block to Intracoastal for sunsets!!
The owners have really given this property a lot of TLC. Very comfortable and the outdoor space was great, especially for our dog.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. It’s a quiet neighborhood but so close to St Augustine. All doors open into the fenced in area so we weren’t worried about our dogs getting out! We ate dinner outside several times. Wonderful property!!

This was the perfect property for an extended family getaway weekend. Location is ideal for access to the beach and historic downtown. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for enjoying your stay.

This place is perfectly located to the intracoastal water & the ocean! Both are walkable & the owner provides all the necessary items so that you can relax! The house has a terrific layout, with open concept main living area.

We had a wonderful visit to Vilano / St. Augustine. The neighborhood was SO quiet, which was perfect for our family. The house was stocked with everything you could want. The extra beach towels, outside hose, bike (we didn’t even have time to ride it), books, kid stuffed animals were little extras that went a long way, but made our stay that much better. The location of the house was perfect because of the beach access a few blocks away, a quick ride to Caps (my new fave place) and it’s right over the bridge into downtown. It was my family’s first visit to the FL coast and we are already planning our next visit. The host was super communicative, accommodating and quick to respond.

House is in a great location. Walk to beach and intracoastal waterway. House is just as pictures look. Nancy is the sweetest host and addresses any questions very quickly. Will stay again.

The house it’s comfortable, you can walk to the beach, there’s plenty of beach towels and chairs, you can take the doggy to the beach with a leach, mine had a blast there. Beds are comfy and communication with Nancy was easy, quiet neighborhood and squirrels around. My family had a good time there.

Such a great place! This was our second stay at this home and was even better the second time. Nancy added beautiful pavers and a fire pit that created the perfect touch to the outdoor space, not to mention the great selection of beach gear to use. The neighborhood and location is wonderful, having both the beach and river so close.

Beautiful home, perfect for our family and dog. The house had absolutely everything we needed, all we had to bring was clothes and food. Nice quiet neighborhoid great for riding the tandem bike, which we loved! Would definately stay again.

Lovely house with many great amenities. Spacious 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, living room- but the outdoor area was a huge bonus- with a sweet firepit and really comfy adirondack chairs. The grill worked great! Able to try out the tandom bicycle just before we checked out. Would definitely recommend it!
Nancy is a great host, and kept in contact from the time we booked until we left.
Great family neighborhood, and not far from the beaches. Would definitely go back!
