Nestled in the cool pines alongside the Cree Meadows Country Club golf course, Bogie is an enchanting reunion site for families of up to 12. Even though your vacation retreat feels a world apart, you are within easy walking distance of all the fun of downtown Ruidoso.
When you arrive at Bogie, you’ll find garage parking and plenty of driveway space for additional cars. You’ll like the ramp to the front porch that makes the main floor more accessible to those with mobility challenges.
Your living room is outfitted with comfy couches and chairs all positioned to give a great view of the flat-screen TV with cable that’s above your fireplace. You’ll love the expansive windows that stretch the length of the living and dining room, bringing nature’s beauty indoors. You also have a DVD player and free Wi-Fi within Bogie. Use the Internet to play games and send photos to friends back home. After a day of golfing or hiking, settling into the couch to watch a movie with your family is the perfect end to your perfect day.
All that activity and the mountain air tend to build up large appetites. It’s a good thing Bogie has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up some chili for your hungry brood. You’ll love the gas stove that gives you so much better control over your cooking temperatures. The breakfast bar is a good place to enlist the help of others in meal prep. Nice home enjoyed all the wildlife. Had 6 to 8 inches of snow while we were there so it made it really beautiful..

Great spot to stay and spacious downstairs game room, however many things that could use attention and updating. My notes during stay:
Broken can openers
Jack and Jill shower no working
Dirty chopping board
First bedroom king bed terrible
Sheets feel like they could give you a paper cut for sudden movement.
Figured there would be more bathroom toiletries (soaps)
Hall bath door doesn’t lock
No kitchen towels?
Blow dryer doesn’t blow hot air

This home was great for our large group! The individuals had a lively time, relaxed. Being in a different environment has done them good after being closed in due to the COVID. We will be back again closer to spring time thank you for your hospitality.

We loved the house and the location. Right on the golf course. There were 3 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and we also enjoyed the pool table down stairs.

The house was great, only a couple things would have made it better. Need to upgrade your tv channels cause you can’t even watch ESPN!! The a/c would freeze up if you set the thermostat below 72 that needs fixed. Other then that the place was great!!!

Second time to rent this home. It’s a great place to stay in Ruidoso. My only issue was the lack of channels, ESPN and other sports channels.

Great for a family getaway
My family, my sister’s family, & my parents (9 total) rented this house for 3 nights. It was perfect! Everyone had a nice BIG comfortable bed. There were plenty of bathrooms for us to all get ready. The kids ranging from age 16 to age 20 enjoyed having their own space downstairs to play pool, watch TV, & enjoy the hot tub. The garage was very convenient for my dad who has mobility issues to enter the house. The house was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, & the Main Street. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning out on the back deck overlooking the golf course. Lots of wildlife to admire! Our stay was just perfect!

The Bogie House is great! It has an awesome view over the golf course. The basement is great for the older kids. it is in a good location, it is close to town but enough into the mountains that you have the peace and quiet.
