Was comfortable and cozy. Ping pong and pool table a big plus. Hot tub too.
Carpets in bedrooms were worn and stained, but seemed clean.

Beautiful cozy home with beautiful views all around. The home was stocked with many kitchen utensils and gadgets you could possibly need. Home also provided trash bags among other toiletries which is always so very helpful. Our family loved having the game room along with the hot tub. We had so much fun! Enjoyed the beautiful views, the smell of pine trees and watching all the beautiful wildlife. We most definitely will be back.

It was so nice to go and get some pine fresh air, house was nice and clean good amount of space for the 16 of us (7 adults n 8 children) we enjoyed looking over the town while around the kitchen table either eating or playing games. The master bed and bath had an amazing view as well and was absolutely the best for the infant to sleep cause no noise could be heard up there. The loft was the best hang out place for the other kids, and the closet with bed was really just a small bedroom, they also had extra cots for us to use. Over all a great experience.

The house was everything we thought it would be! Plenty of room, plenty of toys….pool table, ping pong table, card table, hot tub! We really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

The house in whole was nice. Only problems was separate living quarters was outside downstairs, so lots climbing stairs , plus that place needed be touched up. Dead flies an spiders. Upstairs game room had separate bed in closet which was awkward. Over all a nice quite neighborhood

Location was good and terrific views but all the windowsWe’re so dirty not worth looking out. Proper
Property was very poorly maintained rails on decks are in very bad condition and very unsafe. House advertising great views but all the windows were so dirty not worth looking out. We had no water upon arrival and no tv the whole time we were there. Outside was not clean and steps going to front door again poorly maintained and unsafe. I would not recommend location at all.

Great family home and amazing mountain view!!
First, I would like to thank the property owners for letting us experience this home with an excellent view of the mountains. The home owners were extremely nice and when we would call for any questions they were ready to answer us; they also let us check in prior to the standard check in time. The home is well maintained and very clean, there was a lot of space for my family and the grandkids. My family loved the game room and the hot tub on the large deck. The home had plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen appliances if needed to use. The master bedroom was an experience in itself. One of the bedrooms is a separate one bedroom apartment, which includes its owe TV, refrigerator, microwave, stove (not connected) living room, sofa sleeper, 3 piece bathroom and is located on the lower level of the house with its own outside access from the main house which was well maintained. The separate space works great for adults guest or kids when you need to get a break from the family fun or to sneak in a nap after a day on the hill. We saw deer, and turkey around the area; the home was located in great neighborhood to stay at. Our overall experience was amazing!!!

This is a very nice cabin with a fantastic view. Some words of warning for potential guests: The main cabin has 3 real bedrooms and a large closet with a double bed and twin fold-away (but no other furniture and no direct heating source). The master bedroom is huge and it has its own set of stairs and separate heating. There is a separate mini-house accessible through an outside set of stairs with a bedroom and mini kitchen. We could not figure out if it had a separate source of heating but it was very cold so we did not use it.Unfortunately, our visit was spoiled by the presence of at least one mouse in the cabin (we were assured that it was a recent arrival, which did not make our 2 night stay any better). We saw it a couple of times and found mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets and drawers (had to put all of our food away, tried not to use kitchen utensils and had to pre-wash everything very well). Purchased mouse traps on our dime and were told that we could not get reimbursed. They could not find us alternate lodging, we would've had to go to a hotel, which was not an option for our big family. Even though the cabin is very nice, I've had much better experiences in Ruidoso.

Christmas Stay
Our family gathered at this property from many distances, it was perfect for us all to spend Christmas under one roof together. The property was everything we had anticipated and accurate to it's description. The views were incredible, the house was clean, easy to find and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay easy to prepare all meals and need for nothing while we were there. The kids loved staying here and having a several night sleepover with cousins. The grandparents stayed in the master, which was nice because it is secluded to its own area to where grandparents were able to sleep longer than kids and escape when they needed/wanted.
The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions.
We will definitely be coming back for another visit when we want to escape to Ruidoso.

Beautiful and accommodating
The views off the back porches are beautiful! We saw deer and elk nearby. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. The hot tub, pool table, pong table, and poker table made for a great weekend staying in.
