The code needed to enter the property would be available 48 hours before check-in in our online house manual.
Parking on the street during the day can be difficult but plenty during the evenings and weekends. There is an enterprise rental car one block away. You are 7 minutes walking distance to BART station at Civic Center which transports you directly to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). City Hall, Asian Art Museum, SFMOMA, Union Square, Cable Car rides, Yerba Buena Gardens are all 15 minutes walk from the flat (and no hills here).
Please remember that you are staying in our private home that's host's primary home, not a hotel. We don't have AC in the house as San Francisco's cool Climate rarely needs AC. The original walls and floors between units are fairly thin so noise could travel easily between our unit and upstairs unit. We request that you would treat our space with the respect and care that you would for your own. We have personal belongings and worldly Paintings and Sculptures from our extensive travels on display.

Incredible, incredible, incredible. The photos are exactly what you'll get in real life and actually don't do the place justice. We had an amazing stay at Jefferson's. We are normally picky about cleanliness, but one thing that caught our attention was how CLEAN and well-kept the place was. Lots of attention to detail. Jefferson was excellent with communication and very attentive. This place had so many personal touches and you could tell that a lot of time and dedication was put into making it a wonderful, stress-free experience for guests. A very central location and convenience stores nearby. We didn't want to leave and are excited to return one day!

Our time at Jefferson's apartment, from start to finish, was simply amazing! The place is absolutely IMPECCABLE, and in pristine condition. Seeing the apartment in person really gives you another perspective - the details that Jefferson and his team take into account, their responsiveness to any concern you may have. They really check all the boxes! My friends and I were extremely pleased with having chosen Jefferson's place, and look forward to another opportunity there. We highly recommend Jefferson's place!

Near bus stops, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Garage was definitely a plus, need to have a small car to fit. Kitchen needed sharper knives and better skillets for cooking, but overall it fit the needs of my family.

This was perfect for our very short stay in San Francisco... Would recommend without hesitation.

This was a great property to stay at. Convenient location, clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice location if you don't mind a homeless encampment across the Street.
TV reception in living room was non existent.
Two portable heaters in bedrooms did not work and supplies in kitchen (no coffee) were over stated.
I sent 3 emails to owners and never got response.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The design was impeccable and truly comfortable. Jefferson was an attentive host. The location offered easy access to public transportation and grocery shopping. I am so pleased that we chose this property. Thank you Jefferson!
4.7
Everything was as advertised, spacious kitchen and 3 bedroom/2 bath. Good security systems that were easily accessible - and the neighborhood was not nearly as bad as we had expected - we were comfortable taking walks during the day. Ubers were easy to get, and the nights were quiet.

Our short stay was very comfortable. We were 3 adults and used 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The positive features of the unit were: it was elegantly decorated, spacious, clean, and stocked with comfort amenities, including extra bedding and a well stocked kitchen with coffee, dish soap, etc.
The owner provided us with very clear access instructions for outside gate entry.
The only negative is its physical location, where you can hear outside noise because the unit is located next to the freeway. But that also makes it easy to access.

The home is a lovely comfortable spot close so many of San Fran’s attractions. It was a great jumping off point to exploring the city.

Wonderful home.
Very spacious and beautifully decorated.
Terrific kitchen with everything one needs.
Outstanding bedrooms, plenty of privacy for sharing with another couple.
Showers were powerful and private.
Location was the best. Walked to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
Walked to Market street and all the shops.
You will be soo pleased if you stay at this Fabulous Home.

Nice and close to a lot of places by foot or Uber.

We stayed at Jefferson's home June 2-6 and were very comfortable. Check-in was contactless and simple. Although we did not have a car, I enjoyed having the garage space to store our empty luggage.
There were 4 of us staying at the home and the beds were all very comfortable. Although the house is directly across from a freeway, the bedrooms are in the back of the home and were very quiet.
I was most impressed my how beautifully the home was decorated. There were so many lovely pieces of art.
The home had everything we needed to make us feel completely at home.
There were many good restaurants within walking distance.
Jefferson was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions that we had.
We have no complaints and would stay here again.

Listing sums up property well. Good communication with owner. I’d recommend car service to the unit, if you choose to use BART into town.

My daughter and I spent several nights in the South of Market Condo. It was safe and quiet. We had everything we needed and could pretty much walk to all the places we needed to get to for our work trip. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good amount of space to study and work. The fireplace warms up the condo quickly and efficiently. We had a lovely stay and recommend this property.

An excellent host ensured everything went smoothly. Next visit I will be sure to rent a car and use the spot in the parking garage, since we ended up doing a lot of exploring around the city.

In lieu of an overall summary, we'll just list some issues we had with the property.
-- Location charitably in a transitional neighborhood with lots of street noise.
-- Deceptive listing re: two bedroom/two bathroom. Second bathroom was in basement, not within the unit as expected.
-- Access to/from the apartment was up/down very steep and narrow steps.
-- Five-plus blocks from main public transit access.
-- Had to move owner's clothing from the closet in the main bedroom since there was no room for our clothes
-- Space heaters and gas fireplace provided sufficient heat during the daylight hours, but we didn't leave them on overnight for safety purposes and woke up to temperatures indoors in the low to mid-60s
-- Cable TV reception was spotty and there were no adequate instructions on how to use the TV
-- There was limited cabinet space in the kitchen for our groceries - just a small cart
We hope these comments are useful.

I was very impressed style and elegance of this property.I wake up each morning starting my day off right with coffee in the Zen garden. Cleanliness is next to godliness also the beds were so comfortable I got the best nights sleep in a long time.I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone..

The home was exactly as pictured - no surprises! Cozy home with fireplace to enjoy social time at the end of activity packed days.
In a great location near public transit, short uber rides to our activities (eg. Chase Center).
I would not hesitate to book here again

We just spent a very enjoyable week in this beautiful unit and found everything to be perfect for us! The location was great since it was extremely easy to get an Uber within three to four minutes, and it took only about 15 minutes to get to most of the places we usually visit in the city.
Sleeping arrangements were ideal since the bedrooms are at the back of the unit--far away from the somewhat busy street. Overall, the apartment was very quiet.
We would definitely recommend the house and will look into staying again. The instruction manual and check in instructions were very easy to understand.

This apartment is really nice, but San Francisco itself is really on the decline.
The apartment has high ceilings, a beautiful kitchen and living room, large bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows. It has a beautiful outdoor patio, but it was too cold for us to take advantage of it while we were there (late Nov 2022). WiFi was a little slow, such that Hulu live sports for example was occasionally jittery when streaming World Cup, but the WiFi did most of what we needed. There is a beautiful gas fireplace in the living room that was out of service during our visit, so we didn’t get to use it. I believe that this was going to be fixed right after we left, so you might ask about the status. But the apartment has a built-in gas heater in the downstairs bedroom that can actually heat the whole apartment (if you are renting all 3 bedrooms), and a space heater was provided in each bedroom and in the living room, so even without the main fireplace working, the apartment was a comfortable temperature. Management was very responsive. For example, when one of the space heaters stopped working, he brought two new ones the very next day.
As for the neighborhood, what to say? The striking thing is that there are a lot of people experiencing homelessness here. At first we thought the apartment was situated in a tough neighborhood, but as we explored the city, we realized that much of the city is this way. This is not the SF that we experienced when we visited 7 years ago. The city seems to have abandoned the idea of providing affordable shelter and social services and the result is trash and broken glass and urine and more all over the place.
That aside, we were able to walk to many nice restaurants pretty near the apartment. We really enjoyed Montesacro SoMa for delicious pizza and Dumpling Time (Design District) for great and inexpensive dumplings, which are each about a 12 min walk. Sightglass Coffee is close by (4 min) and beautiful. We also had a very nice 45 min walk to Market Street and all the way down (with a side trip to Union Square) to the Ferry Building at the water. We enjoyed the soft tacos at Cholita Linda while watching the ferry boats there.

Our group of 4 had all of the room we’d ever need inside this modern, spacious condo. There are all of the amenities a group (or even just couple) would need for a comfortable stay in San Fransisco. All of the best sights and spots in the city are only ever a 10 minute drive or walkable. Would definitely recommend this Place to anyone visiting San Fran.
4.7
Love the place and the location is great!

Beautiful, updated home with various options for sleeping arrangements and gathering spaces including a beautiful outdoor terrace garden area. Having two bathrooms was a plus while traveling in a group. This is a lovely, clean and modern home with lots of amenities very close to transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here while you are visiting San Francisco.

Great place to stay!

This place was better than advertised and exceeded expectations in every respect. Super convenient for Oracle Park (short bus ride and walk) and all of the tourist sights in SF via walking or bus. Comfortable beds, well stocked with everything we needed and beautiful furnishings. And the internet worked well too so we could work as needed.

Incredible stay!
Jefferson was such a wonderful host. Great communication and a wonderful space. We could not have had a better home base for our stay in San Francisco!

Great Communication and Transparency of Owner/Property Manager
Any question/inquiry was answered exceptionally fast and the information on check-in, codes, details on restaurants in the area, etc. was totally on the mark and well done! No noise from the nearby freeway, just typical city noises. Our mini-van rental did end up fitting in the garage. Great supply of coffee/tea related items for the moning - which is always key for us!
