About this apartment rental
The sunset Waterfront Resort has one of the best locations in all of Kelowna. Located on the downtown waterfront you will have amazing views and will be in close proximity to shops, restaurants, events, parks and the beach. This is a high demand family friendly property so be sure to book early. Boat moorage is an extra fee of $45.00 per night.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake view condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and has a 3 night minimum stay requirement and a 7 night stay requirement with a Saturday arrival starting mid June through July and August.
Take a look at our guest reviews and you will know that we take a great deal of pride in our property. We are continually improving the property and its furnishings to ensure that it exceeds our guests standards of both quality and cleanliness. Major renovation completed November 2023.
The kitchen includes a full complement of high-quality cook-ware, dishes and more. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, full size range with natural gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and double sinks.
The dinning area consists of a large table and counter eating area. The dinning area, living and kitchen area are all very open with lots of natural light.
The living area has dark leather furniture with solid wood accent tables.
The Master Bedroom has a view of the lake, its own private deck and bathroom. The King bed has a pillow top mattress with down duvet. The master shower is amazing, custom wall tile, natural stone floor and high volume spray.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and down duvet. The main shared bathroom is just across the hall.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and can sleep 2.
The condo has a full size front load washer and dryer. We supply all the linens, towels and beach towels for your use.
Nothing cooks like the Weber Genesis BBQ. Its connected to natural gas and always ready to go.
The living room and master bedroom have TVs.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely return.
The property manager was thorough and quick to respond when we needed a new coffee maker (due to the one there not working). The hot tubs and pools were great, location was perfect for walking by the water, to restaurants and downtown and the condo itself was huge! The condo was well laid out, roomy, and comfortable with great views of the lake. We had a great vacation. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The building and condo are as described, very spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. The check-in was awkward as cleaning had been finished but the staff did an excellent job making sure the condo was very clean. It didn't bother us but the indoor pool was closed for repairs. Overall a great stay

This rental did not let us down. The location was great. Close to restaurants and the beach. The option of an outdoor or indoor (closed while we were there) pool was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet. The unit was well stocked and easily fit our group of 7. Would definitely try to book this again when we head back to Kelowna.

We had never stayed in Kelowna for our family vacation and quite simply...... what have we been doing in the past! The place and location was amazing the condo was spacious and lacked for nothing. Beds were comfortable..... I could go and on singing the praises! It was also extremely easy having our boat moored just outside our window! In the end it was a complete and wonderful experience!

Great location. Condo was good generally. We arrived and there was water in the bathtub that drained eventually. Someone came with liquid plumber, but the drain needs more attention than that. The tv in the third bedroom wasn’t hooked up, the ceiling over the stove needs cleaning up.
Towels were in the dryer that should have been folded and put away for our arrival.
For the cost, details need to be attended to.
Overall happy with our vacation.

Our stay was great.
The apartment is large (3 bedrooms) but also very large living/dining area which is nice for a family vacation. It is in a perfect location for walking around down town, not too far from some nice strolls around town.
The check-in person is fabulous to deal with. I did have the occasion to have conversation with the owner of this property, he was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and go there again !

Such a great condo! Spacious, very clean, new furniture - this place was lovely. We especially liked the balcony to drink our morning coffee!! Donna, the property manager was fantastic!! She made our check in/check out process seamless. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

As I am back at work, I find myself reminiscing about the fun trip we had as a family in Kelowna. This property has it all, just a few minutes to the beach, gorgeous views of the boat moorage and waterfront, fantastic walking paths along the boardwalk to see wildlife and fish, outdoor pool for the complex just steps away from your door, and indoor pool for those rainy / cloudy days.
This property accommodated 2 couples and 2 children. We had plenty of space for everyone and a fabulous kitchen / dining area to gather for meals together. On-site parking was great. But if you have a second vehicle, you would have to pay to park at Prospect Place (5 mins walk).
I loved every minute of this vacation. Can’t wait to go back!!

The location was fantastic; however, the suite and furniture was run-down… furniture pealing and broken, top bunk is impossible to get into, gym is right below so could hear banging of weights constantly. Fireplace didn’t work, showers drained very slowly and shower ceiling was rotting!!!

The grocery store is a bit of a hike if you don't happen to have a car and have heavy bags like us. Two big bedrooms are very nice. The third has bunks, which adds sleeping space but there is no window so while the rest of the condo needed the heat on, that bedroom was hot. There was a floor fan in there, but still stuffy. My teenager liked the door closed and it would have been cooler with it open. Communication was easy and we were conveniently met at the door and shown around. Would stay there again.

Donna was the site manager and she was accommodating and helpful - however, we were told we could park our large truck & boat trailer on a specific back street while we were there & both ended up being towed & left us with a $350 impound charge & a lot of stress! Another major issue was that we were never notified about the boat lock to get in & out of the lagoon -- we'd mentioned we've never been to Kelowna so were not expecting this & it would have been very helpful info. It took us awhile to figure it all out & we felt it limited our lake access waiting for line ups of boats to go out (twice we had to turn around & go back to the condo), & boating was our primary purpose of our vacation. We also had an unpleasant experience while we were unloading groceries in the front drive-through when a tenant from the neighbouring condo came out & yelled at us for "parking" there (our truck was still running while we were unloading groceries).
Anyways, I have never given less than 5 starts on a VRBO -- so while the unit was beautiful & well-appointed, communication lacked & some big inconveniences made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.
