About this house rental
ATTENTION.. Cleanliness is very important to us. We are owners that rent our home and we are able to go and inspect our team. This makes a big different in the quality of care and cleanliness. Along with a touchpoint list of all areas that have been cleaned.
This house has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms with great views out of very window and 3 full bath with beautiful tile walk in showers. You have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. The kitchen is open to living room and very spacious trex deck with gas grill. If you have been to Gatlinburg you can even see if there is a line for breakfast at the pancake pantry from your balcony or you can watch the new Anakeesta chair lift go up and down the mountain. The new iconic longest pedistrain bridge is on the same mountain as our home. This house is literally less then 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg with a parking deck right beside Ripleys Aquarium making it easy to park and walk around. When on the balcony you can see the fireworks for 4th of July and New Years eve! This home has free wifi . 1-55in flat screen in living and 42 in flat screen in each bedroom. Big stainless steal refrigerator and all brand new appliances.
We are very close to everything but you still have plenty of privacy and ample parking.
The view and locations are our biggest selling points. We have a view second to none in the area. Also when you get to our house we have easy parking and a covered parking space. The beauty of staying at the Greystone house you do not have to drives miles to get this kind of view. If you are downtown Gatlinburg and look up the mountain to the new iconic sky bridge our house is one of the houses you can see.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed eating on the porch when the weather permitted. The location is great, close to town and the national park, but the road to get up the hill is a bit daunting!

The beds are all very comfortable!
The location has the ultimate views of Gatlinburg. We had no issues getting to the house and the location made it easy traveling, since it is right there with the Bypass.
Kitchen has everything you need, plus some. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings, along with our dinner, as we watched the sunsets.
We didn't travel with kids, but the home
is family friendly. With three bedrooms away from each other, and each having it's own full bathroom, this made it extra nice.
Greystone feels like home and out of all the places we've stayed (Pigeon Forge, Seveirville, and Gatlinburg), we
experienced the best sleep and views here! The host is very personable and excellent communication.

We had a wonderful time visiting Gaitlinberg. The house is beautiful with amazing views of the city and the mountains. The house was warm and welcoming and the entire process was easy. We had 5 adults and one 3 year old staying in the house and everyone really enjoyed the experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great time staying at this cabin. We brought only 3 people so we could each have a room but this could fit 8 people if sharing beds. The cabin provided an amazing view of the city and less than 10 minute drive to the main strip. I highly recommend this cabin if visiting Gatlinburg.

Overall very nice stay. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better (only 1 wine glass, no corkscrew, could use more pots & pans). We did leave a corkscrew to help the cause ;-)
The deck was perfect for small children, to keep them enclosed.

The 3 rooms had great views and private bathrooms which was perfect for our group! The drive up to the house was an adventure in itself! We were very lucky to see a bear on our drive up to the house! Would definitely return again!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. The coffee maker was not working properly, so I texted Mike and he brought a new over that same morning. Couldn't get over that. That was great, so we could have coffee that morning. Can't ask for anything more with this property. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Our family had a great stay here. This place has everything you need so we didn't have to worry about picking up soap or anything. The sunrise over the mountains and a fire in the evening made the beginning and ending of our day very enjoyable. We would definitely come stay here again.

The house was roomy, comfortable & well stocked. The views were breathtaking & sunrises stunning. Bears were sighted from front windows & paw prints on our vehicle. Remember to leave NO FOOD in your vehicle or on back porch.
The roads coming & going were narrow, winding, w steep curves & pretty scary. Not well lit at night.

This home was the first vacation rental where we had literally eveytjing we needed. The kitchen is full, which made everything so easy. The house itself was very clean and welcoming. It was very clear that the owners take pride in the property and enjoy having people stay. When we had questions, the property owner responded exteremely quickly. I can not say enough positive things about the beauty of the home, the beauty of the view (amazing), access to the national park and gatlinburg (excellent location for both), and the responsiveness of the owners. We will definitely be back. It is the best house we have rented ever, not only in the area, but anywhere we have ever rented.

The description of the home matched perfectly to what we experienced. The home was nestled on a corner in the mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. You were able to experience seeing the city lights while still getting the quietness of the mountains. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great property with plenty of room for two families. We saw a bear wander through one day which was really cool. Close to everything. A very windy road but to be expected with being on a mountain. Property was clean and had all the necessities and comfy beds.

Communication with Mike and/or Cindy was very good from the beginning to the end. The pictures gave us an idea as to what to expect, but the views from the house are even more spectacular! My brother-in-law brought wood and started a fire in the fireplace every night so the rest of us could roast marshmallows and make s’mores. On two separate occasions, a bear walked across the driveway. Our stay in the Werner’s beautiful home will definitely be a vacation to remember!! Thank you, again, for sharing your lovely home with us! It was a blessing!

Our 4 day stay was so very nice. The house was very clean, comfortable and we loved the view! We wanted to be close the the National park and Gatlinburg and it was everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can come back. Thank you to owners.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The view was amazing, the house was perfect for 2 families, and we enjoyed spending time exploring the area. The location of the house was perfect for a short drive to town. I would love to stay here again one day when we come back.

Just a thank you to the owner of this property. Your home exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking and yes, we managed to drive our 6 person Flex up the windy switchbacks that Gatlinburg is so well known for. It was worth the drive. While our teenagers hiked Mount Le Conte, my husband and I rode the gondola with his 91 year old father. The house was well appointed with two master suites and a great room perfect for the kids. We could have easily have spent our entire spring break here. Thank you!

The three bedrooms are perfect size for as many as 6 people to have enough space to not feel crowded. The two main bedrooms feature king beds and their own bathrooms. The master bath has a double sink but a strange small closet in the bathroom and a tiny dresser in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a huge dresser and a huge closet. The downstairs is a huge room with two queen beds, a couch, and a tv, as well as a full bathroom. There is no closet and no dresser downstairs. Laundry room with Washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is stocked full of cooking tools, gadgets, nice pots and pans, and amazing appliances but no dish towels, spray cleaner to wipe counters after cooking, and no spices or bare necessities for cooking.
I really wish there was more comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the views. A fire table or some outdoor space heaters would be great to enjoy the patio and the views during the colder months.
The driveway is very tight for large vehicles. We drove and expedition and an f350 and we can barely turn around to leave the driveway due to the narrowness and the drop off ledges. I fell this is definitely something that needs to be mentioned in the listing.
There are only 6 bath towels, 6 wash cloths, and 6 hand towels in the house. Zero kitchen towels. For a family of 5, that’s just not enough towels. I’ve never been to a rental home where there weren’t more towels stored somewhere. We had to wash towels multiple times while there for a week. The water has a strong well taste. It’s definitely not water that tastes good to drink, cook with, or make coffee with.
The floors were dirty upon arrival. After a couple hours here, our feet and socks were black from walking on the floor.
There’s a wood burning fireplace upstairs and in the basement room. But no firewood And no mention of providing your own wood in the listing. Our family would loved to have had a fire. This is something the owner should ask before arrival, I’m sure there is a local firewood deliver person around somewhere to avoid buying it from Publix.
The blow dryers that are provided in each bathroom get really hot but don’t blow with enough force to dry. After 10 minutes, I gave up with soaking hair
I’m hoping this honest review will let people know what to bring with them to make their stay more enjoyable.
