My husband and I came in town for a wedding - Marla’s spot was just perfect! Adorable home just 2 blocks from down town sag harbor - completely walkable . Bed / bedroom is cozy and fab! Great clean bathroom and sitting area w pull out sleeper sofa ! It is cute and chic and clean and has everything you need! Shampoo and conditioner and body wash and lotion and hair dryer and little mini fridge and microwave set up !
Marla has it all! She has beach towels and chairs and coolers ! And even lent me a book to read while I was there bc I forgot mine!
12 out 10!
Thank you Marla!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very cute, clean and in an outstanding location. Can't go wrong staying here!

This property was wonderfully located near downtown and also within 5 minutes driving time to our daughter's whom we were visiting. The place was immaculate and nicely laid out. Everything worked. The hostess couldn't have been nicer and welcoming. The bed, however, didn't allow one to turn over without waking the other; I would suggest a memory foam mattress topper and softer pillows. I love this Sag Harbor Gem. Was convenient to the downtown area- could walk. Car was not necessary. The owner was always available to us. The only thing I missed was not having a tv. Was able to finish the book that I had been reading.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Marla’s. Communication was excellent. The unit perfect. Plenty of AC during a hear wave. In street parking ample right in front of the house. Easy walk to town. You can’t walk to the beach, but you can easily UBER. We had a fantastic time and can’t recommend highly enough.

My friend and I had the pleasure to book a stay at Marla’s location and was extremely happy with all aspects of our booking. Marla was very courteous and accommodating to our last minute booking process. Not only did she accommodate our plans for an early check-in but she allowed us to have a later checkout time as we had unexpected travel cancellations that were very disruptive.
I would HIGJLY recommend staying at Marla’s property and will be sure to book with her again if we venture out to the wonderful town of Sag Harbor. Her property is an easy walk away from all of the shopping and dining, and was afforded us the opportunity to come and go as we pleased while venturing the town!

We loved being two blocks from town. And the suite was perfect. Marla has thought of everything. We particularly loved the free use of the sun porch. Great for picnics and morning coffee. It’s a great place to stay. Full priced but worth every penny. You feel like a local.

Really enjoyed my stay at Marla’s! She is a wonderful and sweet host. The location is perfect if you want to visit Sag Harbor. I felt safe walking home after dinner alone. There are City Bus stops nearby that will take you to South Hampton, East Hampton, and Montauk. Easy walk from the Jitney stop. The Unit has a nook with a fridge and there is ice in the feezer which was nice to use one day. The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, plenty of towels, great water pressure, quiet, and I felt safe. It was a wonderful stay!

Stay was nice. But needs a new mattress for sure. A TV, a coffee maker and refreshed towels would have made the stay a little more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay in this charming space. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. And there were many nice amenities, like the use of beach chairs & a beach umbrella. There's a separate entrance and private porch. So even though the rooms are within a larger house, there's no shared space with the host. It feels like your own suite in a boutique hotel, or a little cottage. There was plenty of parking on the block. The host, Marla, met me and showed me the place and also had great recommendations, and info about the town. The location really can't be beat, just a few blocks from the center of the village. I enjoyed walking to the coffee shops and restaurants, exploring, and feeling like a local in Sag Harbor. I would stay here again, and recommend it for a couple or a solo traveler.

This cottage offering is perfect for a long weekend get-a-way. The location is ideal and Marla is the perfect host. Every detail was attended to, and the property lived up to its description. I would not hesitate to book this property for any future visits to the area. You can walk to everything in the downtown area - shopping, waterfront and numerous restaurants. If you want to explore the Hamptons, parking is always waiting on the corner when you return. I would highly recommend checking out this cottage gem.

The owner met us and showed us around the space. Beautifully updated! Close proximity to downtown! The only thing I would suggest would be adding a TV. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gem! Thank you so much Marla!

My wife and I were looking to go out to Sag Harbor for a few days, walk around, explore and enjoy the great restaurants in town. Marla‘s place was perfect, a very short walk to town and equipped with everything you need. Charming, decorated well with all details you could think of.

I loved my time in Marla's beautiful home. Everything is comfortable and clean and pretty and fresh. The towels are soft and the shower is hot. It's the perfect location- just out of the hubbub of town but close enough to walk for coffee each morning. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay with Marla!
The property was in the perfect location. It was just two blocks from the main town center where there were so many shops, galleries, and restaurants to browse. The home was very clean + well decorated and Marla did an amazing job making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We even had access to beach towels, umberellas, and chairs which was very helpful! The beaches she recommended were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Awesome weekend away!
My boyfriend and I had the best weekend away in Sag Harbor staying at this listing. Marla was an awesome host - she greeted us, showed us around the space, informed us about the history of the house, and gave us weekend recommendations. She was so sweet and kind! The "apartment" has a separate entrance with a nice porch which we loved having. We had plenty of space, and the location a quick 2 minute walk to town.

Wonderful Sag Harbor getaway
Marla met us upon arrival, explained everything, and even provided lists of local attractions, restaurants, and clued us in to a new museum exhibit we might be interested in. She did her homework! The cottage was perfect for our needs - easy to get to, parking right there, and a 4 minute walk to shops and restaurants. It was our base for a busy working weekend, and included everything we needed.

Fantastic Accomodations!
My husband and I were in town for a wedding and we couldn't have been happier staying in this beautiful rental. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to town. Having never been to Sag Harbor before, we really lucked out by staying here. The rental itself was incredibly clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast on the porch each morning and it was such a lovely way to start the day. Marla was a wonderful host and very generously gave us a ride to our friends' wedding so we didn't have to worry about parking. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much, Marla!

Sag Harbor Charmer - Great Location
Absolutely amazing!! The pictures reflect the place perfectly. The location could not have been any more perfect to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. The home was so clean and updated. The king size bed was so comfortable with top of the line bedding. The closets and drawers were so thoughtfully stocked with plenty of hangers, extra blankets and towels. The beautiful cozy sunroom was perfect for early morning coffee or late night wine. The owner thought of everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. She even had beautiful clean beach chairs, beach towels with a beach umbrella and cooler which was so perfect for a day at the beach. We can't wait to go back!!! We enjoyed our stay so much!!!
