About this house rental
Built on 2014, this is the perfect beach vacation getaway. All bedroom have a private bath, plenty of outdoor space 2 - Second floor balconies, front porch and back patio with eating and grilling area and outdoor shower.
Enter through large open porch to open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Living area has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large screen TV. Kitchen has granite counter top, glass tile backsplash, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators.
First floor has 3 spacious master bedrooms. Open front porch, Rear patio with barbeque grill and outdoor shower.
Second floor boasts a 32' x 14' balcony over looking Country Club Drive, and has 3 additional master bedrooms.
The house has private driveway with room for 3 cars.

We had a wonderful week in this house. It was well-appointed, clean and spacious. David welcomed us upon arrival and checked in midweek to see how it was going. The home is in a lovely, quiet sidewalk-lined neighborhood walking distance from town and the beach. We rode bikes everywhere all week and barely used our car. I highly recommend this home!

This house was wonderful! My group consisted of several families with young kids, and the open main floor layout, bathrooms in every bedroom, and location in Rehoboth all perfectly met our needs. The beach, boardwalk, and multiple playgrounds were all short walks from the house... with one of the playgrounds less than a block away! We also LOVE the turtle bridge right nearby. The two dishwashers in the kitchen was a great amenity, especially during cleanup, but note that they run very quietly (a good thing, but our group kept opening them not realizing they were running, haha). Last but far from least, I want to thank the property manager, David, for being incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout booking, trip planning, and our stay at the property. All around, we had a great trip because of this house and David.

Our 3 night stay at this home could not have been more enjoyable. It is the perfect house to reconnect with family in a spacious, high ceilinged, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, well maintained, immaculate rental. Two refrigerators and dishwashers were perfect for the 12 of us! We appreciated David’s visit to check that all was satisfactory during our stay. Our grandchildren enjoyed the adjacent tot lot and turtle viewing bridge. The quiet neighborhood was a walking haven with beautiful homes to see enroute to the beach and boardwalk.
If you are looking for a perfect rental in which to make memories with your family, as we did, this is the home to choose!

This property is extremely spacious and very well maintained. The bedrooms were all very well equipt and the living spaces were perfect for a family and friend weekend. The bathrooms in each bedroom were massive! The property is about a 15 min walk to the beach which was no problem even with kids.
The property owner was very pleasant and communicative and even let us check in several hours early (and invited us to check out late). You can tell this property is well maintained and well taken care of.

A fantastic property that offers everything you could need or want for a large family gathering. Very lavish and large rooms and bathrooms, the open floor plan is also great. One of the very best properties you will find in the area and the property management is world class, no issues and great communication. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a quiet, clean stay near the beach

The house was perfect for our stay. We were eight lifelong friends. The kitchen, dining room, and family room was very open. The house was very clean and fully stocked. It is within walking distance to the beach. David was absolutely terrific. He stopped by not long after we arrived to make sure that everything was satisfactory with the property, which was so impressive. The battery on the front door lock died. I texted him and he was there within five minutes to fix it. Absolutely amazing. We truly have nothing negative to say about this property, only rave reviews. We definitely want to return next year.

We had an extended family vacation. Everyone was comfortable in the house and the front porch. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as a large great room met everyone’s needs.

We had our 3 kids and their young children meet us in Rehobeth. The house was perfect. The kids loved the bunk room with their own bathroom. David was a great host.

Walking distance to the beach, two playgrounds within a 10 minute walk. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable, each with a bathroom. A patio and 3 decks that can give you shade or sun at all times of day. Great spot!

There were 9 of us and everyone really liked the property. It was spacious and the open living space was great for gathering. There was more than one conversation about coming back to the area next year and, if we do, we certainly will consider staying in Country Club Estates again.

Beautiful home. For our group from 38 to 95 at least one shower with safety bars on first floor would have been preferred. 4 stars fir cleaning since one freezer was not used because we couldn't get it cleaned easily. The location was great for the week of jazz festival - walking distance to restaurants, town center, beach. Canal at the end of block. Update needed for recycling schedule. It was a great trip for all

This house was in a great location and very spacious for my group of friends. It was luxurious to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen with two fridges and dish washer. Very responsive property manager. Our only compliant is that basics such as hand soap in the multiple bathrooms and coffee filters were not included. Also sheets were delivered but no towels so we had to make our own beds. Not a big deal but when you are paying a ton for a house, you expect to have the essentials provided for you.

First of all, David was so responsive and a pleasure to work with! We had to deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian and weather was so rainy and windy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get out of the house too much. Fortunately, the house was wonderful and roomy for 6 related family women. We each had our own room and en-suite bathroom. Great house!

Beautiful house with a super layout - tons of private space as well as shared family space. Great bedrooms with attached baths. Super kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware, flatware. Two upstairs decks, beautiful backyard patio and roomy front porch. Six family members and an infant baby and we all had a beautiful week.

We had a lovely stay at Country Club Estates this summer. The house itself is very clean and the trip to the beach was easy. Too far to walk with kids, but an easy bike ride and parking was available close to the beach with the provided permits. There is a playground and park nearby as well. The home had everything we needed, two refrigerators and two dishwashers are particularly helpful with a big group.

Great house - great time.
The house is gorgeous and located in a very nice neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and because you get parking passes you can also park very close to the beach.

Loved the proximity to town and to the beach .
This house has plenty of rooms and great bathrooms for Murillo families. We all rented bikes which is almost a necessity for this house - to provide east bike rides to the beach and to the town of Rehoboth. The front porch was a lovely place to sit on the shade. This house would be perfect if there was an umbrella to provide shade on the back patio and also and in Ella for shade on the upstairs balcony table. The double dishwashers and double refrigerators were very useful for large group meals and keeping drinks cold.

Great overall experience
House is better than pictures show. Great layout for large gatherings and high end finishes and maintenance. When we come back to RB we definitely want to get this house again.
