The space
Look no further!! Your 8 bedroom 7.5 bath vacation home is equipped with top of the line amenities providing for a grand stay for up to 18 guests. Ideal for large families, multiple couples, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, sports teams, corporate retreats, etc. Not only is this home built to allow everyone to share the memorable experiences together under one roof (4,442 square foot), but it is also designed to provide each guest with the utmost level of privacy and convenience during their stay, with 6 of the 8 bedrooms having en-suite’s.

The Kitchen is stocked with appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, etc. The open floor plan design connects the kitchen with the comfy seating in the living room making it great for entertaining. Dining room gives the nice option to have a formal meal. Cathedral ceilings in main foyer provides for a grand entrance to the home. Connected to the side of the home is an over-sized 2 car garage with utility sink and refrigerator, equipped with ping-pong table, and corn hole.

Finished basement has comfy couches, table, chairs, & Smart TV, providing nice additional lounging space, along with Gaming amenities such as shuffle board, Foosball, checkers & chess.

The large patio in backyard is equipped with a gas grill, outdoor hose, outdoor furniture, plenty of lighting. Great area for entertaining and grilling. The tree-lined backyard provides utmost level of privacy . All guests can enjoy the community swimming pool and tennis court which are located just across the street.

For you, this home is in a great location! It is centrally located near various attractions and amenities while avoiding unpleasant traffic.

The home is situated just a few minutes away (1.3 miles) from the ocean and boardwalk of Rehoboth Beach. And it only takes a few more minutes south to get to the nearby Dewey/Bethany/Ocean City beaches or you could head the other direction going only few more minutes north in which you will arrive in Lewes known for the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and Fishing Harbor. The prime location also provides easy access to many authentic attractions and amenities. For example, Jungle Jim’s (Delaware's largest water park, also has go-carts,mini-golf,etc), Tanger outlet with designer and brand-name stores, and the rehoboth golf park 9-hole public course, are all under a half of mile from the home. It takes less than a minute to get to these attractions since it is only a street away and there are no traffic lights or highways to get to them. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus service just under a quarter of a mile away and it takes less than a minute to get to it since it is also just a street away. This service is very affordable and vacationers often like to use the shuttle bus since it conveniently runs throughout the day and will stop at various places of ranging distances in the rehoboth beach area such as the ocean and boardwalk, various outlets, etc.

1) Prior to the Guest’s arrival, the Guest must review, sign, and send back the Owner's Lodging Agreement prior to booking, so the Guest will need to provide their email and or cell phone number so that the Owner can provide Guest with the Lodging Agreement.

2)Bed sheets, pillow cases, and bath towel sets are not included. Owner provides an optional linen service in which the package details are listed in the Lodging Agreement.

3) The Owner will provide the Guest with access and home instructions prior to the Guest's arrival.

Nice large house with plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time hanging around the big table and back patio. We didn't use any of the games or toys, but I could see how this place would be great for families with kids. It is also located within walking distance to the bus station that has the shuttle that runs down to the beach for $2. The home appears to have never been lived in - always a rental. It is showing some signs of wear, such as worn carpets and missing towel racks, but nothing disgusting or significantly out of order. As it isn't a 5-star property, it doesn't get 5 stars, but we had a great 5-star family reunion there, and this property facilitated our enjoyment. The owner is a decent guy too. If you're looking for a place like this, don't hesitate the pull the trigger.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at this lovingly cared for home. The size was perfect for our family. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom is a great plus. Fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook some of your meals. This home is walking distance to Jungle Jim’s, the outlets, WaWa and a short drive to the beach. There is a shuttle nearby if you prefer. We would definitely stay here again.

Rented this property for my mom's 65 birthday celebration. Beautiful property, fully stocked with basic necessecities, owner was very responsive and helpful. Area is close to beach, outlet shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent again!

House located in great location. Everything is close by. House was cleaned, stocked up and well organized. The only thing basement floor had some sand and water ring marks in basement bathroom. Overall great house and owner provided all information in email.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and hair and soap rings were left around the tub. The refrigerator and freezer had not been cleaned. The beds were not made with sheets or pillowcases. No towels or wash clothes were provided.

12 family members stayed at this lovely home so close to so many amenities there is something for everyone to do in the area. The owner was very communitive with us and the space was great, no one was on top of one another, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, we brought our own pots and cookware, but it was not needed the owner had every cooking item you need, which was a great money saver, we cooked our meals so we had more to spend at the outlets, which are in walking distance, but take your car because with so many stores you won't have enough arms to carry your packages. If you book, just don't take my spot for next year, I'll keep my dates to myself. But all jokes aside book with ease you won't be disappointed.

There were 15 of us ranging in age from senior adult to 13 years old and we were in town for a large family reunion event. The home was super clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do - be it shopping, the beach or just enjoying relaxing in the back yard - which could accommodate all of us easily. The bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding and we loved each having our own bathroom. There was a bedroom on the first floor making it perfect for my husband who has difficulty with stairs. Very well thought-out home layout! But the best feature, for us, was the games room downstairs where we could all gather for fun. I only regret the brevity of our visit - I so wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location for anything from a quick trip to the store, or heading to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby including a micro-brewery within walking distance. House was well appointed with all necessary items except for cleaning. Fantastic game room downstairs. One of the greatest features was that the bedrooms were huge and each had their own full bath. The one on the first floor is set up for HC access as well. A few minor inconveniences, there was nothing to clean with, (i.e. mop, swiffer, lobby dust pan) Luckily we found a broom and giant dust pan in the garage. THere is also one of the bedrooms that does not have a usable closet so we had to double up in another closet. Not a bg deal but notable. While it did not impact our stay, parking is limited to (6) vehicles. Luckily we only had (5) families but with an (8) BR house it could cause an issue for larger parties. That said, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to anyone with a large family/party. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
