Weekend visit to see our midshipman. The location is directly across the street from gate 1. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very clear on the dimensions on the garage. Our minivan fit in the garage but just barely. Will be staying there again!

We had a wedding at USNA and this house was perfect! Steps away from gate 1 and all of the bars and restaurants DTA has to offer. The house was spacious enough for four adults and two kids. It was a hot weekend and it was so nice to be close to everything. We enjoyed having a parking spot as well. The host was helpful and communicative. We would stay here again!

Extremely clean and well maintained. Directly across Gate 1 of the Naval Academy. Grads and families - you can't get any closer without staying in Bancroft Hall. Easy walk to downtown. Plenty of room for family of 5 with three teenagers - everything you need is there including a parking space. Host is excellent communicator. You can stop searching - this is your place. Highly recommend.

We couldn't have found a better location to stay. Cute and charming home. Plus, the owner was wonderful to deal with from the first day we booked. Would definitely recommend.

The house is exactly as pictured! Charming back patio and nice sized rooms. Perfect location to town. Did not need our car at all! John has been fantastic with communication, hope to return!

Can’t say enough about how perfect the location is. For a historic home, everything works perfectly. It was a hot, humid June weekend but air conditioning worked beautifully and it was an oasis of comfort when we returned from being out. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Furniture (including beds) comfortable and functional. The garage was so convenient and our Honda CRV fit easily. We would definately stay again.
One “watch out”. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, you probably don’t want to choose this property. Stairs to second floor are narrow and it would be very difficult to help someone up and down. Wasn’t an issue for us

John's place is in a great location and we enjoyed our time a lot!

This house is perfect for stayiing in the historic distict of Annapolis. Very comfortable and clean. One and one half baths, a private patio, and the best part is the off street parking with a private garage; very hard to find in this beautiful area. John, the manager was so helpful and answered all my questions. If ever in Annapolis again, we will definately stay here.

We stayed at this property for a week. It was nice and clean and close to the US Naval Academy! The home had everything you could need for a stay away from home. The host provided practically everything you could need as well! The host was very communicative and responded quickly as needed. We really appreciated our stay here. Thank you so much!

We came for a retirement and it was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfy! Our younger kids slept on the pull out and futon type so they were fine for them. Plenty of kitchen items were available. The location was sooo key! The garage spot was a super added bonus!!!

Everything we needed was provided. The fireplace was most enjoyable during this January visit and the first snow there in 6 years.
There’s a delightful back patio but unfortunately the weather did not allow its use. The bed was comfortable and the heater and hot water worked great.

We have stayed in Annapolis >30 times over the years: hotels, B&B, VRBO’s. This is one of the best: clean, convenient, totally workable. Great spot.

When people say it’s a great location, they aren’t kidding! GREAT location, close to all the restaurants, bars & right across from Naval Academy entrance for tours.
John was super on answering any questions. We loved this place so much.
There are quite a few stairs to the bedrooms & full bathroom but with a half bath on main level, it wasn’t a problem at all.
Also a super friendly town to visit & John’s “garage next door neighbor” from the pink house was so nice too!!
Would stay here again for sure!

Family of four (two teens) in town for a long weekend for Naval Academy Homecoming weekend. The house is just as described in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is hard to beat. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and to the campus (gate across the street). We took a short Uber ride to the game, but walked back to the house that evening. The host was very responsive to all my questions leading up to our stay, and he was very helpful when I needed to know size of garage (he made a special trip to the house to give me exact measurements:). We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

House is right by Gate 1 of the Naval Academy. I stayed for my reunion and it was wonderful to be able to walk to and from events. The house could not be better. It is a lovely historic Annapolis home with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom rooms are quite spacious with nice linens. The den was great to catch up on some work. The living room is great to have a few friends over to visit. The kitchen is well stocked. The courtyard out back is an oasis. It was perfect for a glass of wine after a long day of reunioning!

The house was in a great location for accessing everything in downtown Annapolis with a short walk. We were able to park easily and didn’t use our car during the rest of our stay. John was a great host and made it easy to check-in, check out, or ask questions during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

The house was in a great location to be able to walk to the Naval Academy and also walk downtown to enjoy the evenings and places to eat. The house was exactly as described and the host was great to work with. If there is a need for us to go the the Naval Academy in the future, we will certainly stay at this location.

Very conveniently located. Very clean and well stocked. AC works well which is notable in the older style houses in Annapolis. Property owner is very nice and responsive. I would stay here every visit if it was available. Perfect!

The location of the property could not have been more perfect. Steps away from the Naval Academy, and only two blocks from the port and Main Street area. The back yard patio was perfect for snacks and games.John communicated information for our stay regularly. If I was to return to Annapolis, I would love to stay at this property again!

Stayed for 5 nights; property exactly as pictured. Home is clean, has so much character and is right outside the gates of the Naval Academy. Perfect location with a designated parking spot. Owner was so easy to correspond with! Don’t think twice about this home-book it now-but just not the week that we want to come back! :)

This is a great property all around from location to historic charm. This is a historic home so you will find some corks but thats what you should expect. The beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep after exploring the town. We all found our own bits of entertainment with showering in the claw foot tub, & the patio area was a great spot to unwind & catch up with our adult children that we don’t get to see nearly enough. Once you arrive & park your car there is no real need for it gain until its time to leave you are close to everything.

Our stay at 10 Randall was fantastic! Aside from the house being very clean and updated, you just cannot beat the location. The ease and convenience of being able to walk out your front door, cross the street, and walk right into the visitors center at Gate 1 was an absolute huge plus for my family!
