This location was perfect for our family gathering. The property was exceptional. The lake access and dock were amazing along with the sunsets! Thank you for the excellent customer service and information along the way!

I want to preface this review by saying that I have owned investment properties and rented them out through VRBO and know the challenges of keeping everything perfect for guests upon their arrival. With that said, this property is very nice with the back yard and guest house being the stars. It is located in a cove that is very private and hardly any boat traffic. The back deck is great in the evening, but the sun can be challenging during the summer months as it faces West and gets pretty hot. The dock definitely needs some TLC, but was a great place to be during the day floating on rafts and just hanging out. Bring your own lounge chairs though for the dock as it doesn't come with any. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. I will say we had an issue with a mattress that the management company resolved for us quickly. And the cleaning crew could have done a better job cleaning one of the shower drains as well. One thing to be aware of is that the first bedroom on the right does NOT have a bathroom door. Maybe their working on getting one, but if you like your privacy then do not choose this bedroom. The water pressure and the A/C worked great. The guest house is so nice and whoever ends up in that is going to be pretty stoked! The management company for this property was fantastic! Any issues we had during our stay, they resolved them very quickly! A great place to stay and we would rent it again.

Beautiful hone and just as beautiful guest house. The views are amazing. Very quiet area. Fully stocked kitchen. The property management company was very responsive, even on a Saturday night! We will definitely come back here. This is pet friendly. Our senior boxer loved it!

We had a girls weekend at this fabulous home. The location on the water was peaceful and private. Just a short 10 minute drive to grocery store and dining. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

1. The Dack app wasn't working so I didnt get any essential information for check in. I had to text for all codes and info.
2. The TVs and internet were down the afternoon we checked in,,and a technician came at 9:30pm. These things should be checked prior to someone arriving.
3. The property right next door is under construction and was very loud. Very loud. I would have rented a different lake home based on this and it should have been made clear up front. There is no way that the owners/property mgr didn't know about this as it's a major job.
4. There are 6 doors to this property and all locks were difficult to operate. Several of the doors were unlocked, including the guest house when we checked in.
5. The lighter to light the fire pit was empty.

We have always been a close family and although some of us don’t live as close to each other as we would like, we needed to spend some quality time in a peaceful place. I kept coming back to this listing because it checked all of the boxes. When we arrived (in the evening), we were in a state of amazement. The pictures looked great, but, in person, it more than confirmed that our choice was the perfect one. Upon entry to the home a bottle of wine was sitting on the counter with a warm and welcoming letter that just made us exhale as instant relaxation set in. From the size of the house, to the rooms, the jacuzzi, the outside deck, the boat dock and kayak’s with the paddles, the fire pit area, the guest house with full kitchen, bathroom and living area, generous parking for our 5 cars, full sized laundry room, and all of the toiletries, dishes, cups, utensils, keurig coffee pot, to just everything you could imagine. And if that wasn’t enough, as the sun was rising, looking through the floor to ceiling window in the living room, I swear I was in heaven. The guest house had the same huge window and the view, quite literally, was breathtaking. The beauty and tranquility of this place made us feel closer to heaven which is right where we needed to be. We will look upon this trip with the fondest of memories as we look forward to staying in our little piece of heaven again in the near future. Our love and appreciation goes out to everyone involved in the planning and execution of these wonderful memories we have made in this “hideaway” in beautiful Lake Norman, NC

Wow! Right on the lake. We had a boat for the whole week and we’re on the water the whole time. All restaurants and grocery store were with in 10-15 minutes from the property, that was a plus. The place looked great and everyone totally enjoyed themselves. I believe we will book again for next year.
