Condo was quiet and cozy. Beds and couches were very comfy. Easy drive to beach and free access to neighborhood pool. Larger community pool requires amenity card. Condo was very clean, particularly for a beach property.

The condo was perfect for my stay with my husband. It was very quiet and relaxing. It was also immaculate and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable and I slept great while we were there.
Barbara was readily available to answer any questions I had and able to accommodate us for a slight change. We enjoyed sitting out on the large screened in porch having our wine and cheese. The little touches added, like tissues, dishwashing soap (I forgot to bring) beach towels, extra blankets, & pillows were very much appreciated. I enjoyed the beachy decor throughout the condo. The area has everything you need and is very safe with people biking, running, and walking their dogs. Keep an eye out for the deer everywhere.
We enjoyed a nice lunch at the Pelican's Nest at the Beach Club overlooking the ocean. This is our second time to Seabrook Island and I would not hesitate to book here again.

Beautiful condo with very tasteful, yet comfortable decor. Great for children and stocked with sweet books, toys, and family games. Marsh views were very pretty and the drive to the beach was exquisite. From the beginning of the booking process, the owner has been very accessible and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Barbara’s condo is lovely, and she was an incredible host, very kind and responsible. The location is perfect, so close to everything. The unit had all the details you could need, was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home. The beaches and amenities of the community were so fun, too. I highly recommend staying here, and Barbara, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The accommodations were great. The condo was very comfortable and very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed plus! Our family really enjoys the beach so we didn’t utilize the amenities. We also enjoyed the restaurants outside of the property so didn’t experience any of the dining on the property.
Barbara was a great host and responded to our questions quickly.

Barbara was super helpful in changing my reservation after I had already checked in on the wrong week. Not many host would have done what Barbara did. Will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. I will be staying again next year!

Vacation 2022!
My family and I had a wonderful stay. We vacation on Seabrook every summer and stay at different locations each year on the island. This home was at the top of the list, it was very nice, clean and full of supplies. It was great to have the amenity cards included in the stay and our girls had fun riding bikes. The extra beach chairs, were nice to have on hand as well. We miss our stay and can't wait to be back again next year! Thank you, Barbara, for a fantastic stay!!!

Fantastic area and comfy condo
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Barbara's condo in Seabrook. She was amazing about communication while we were there, and the condo is clean and comfortable. The decor is different than pictured on the listing, but it is better, so that was a nice surprise. It felt homey, which we always appreciate. We hadn't paid super close attention to the details about the amenities in Seabrook, so make sure to do that. There were some fees we weren't aware of and some new this year (towel fee at the Beach Club), so just make sure you look all of that up ahead of time. There were still plenty of activities to do for free, and even though it seemed like a silly fee, we paid the towel fees at the Beach Club one day and enjoyed that experience. None of the outdoor pools are heated, nor are there any hot tubs, just fyi.
We made use of the bikes provided, but it would be helpful to maybe have a small shed to store them as they were pretty rusty and one had a mechanical issue. It is lovely to bike around Seabrook though! I can't say enough about how beautiful the community is. The live oak trees, palmettos, marsh and beach views, not to mention the gorgeous homes and the wildlife, make it such a dreamy place to explore. Barbara had a great suggestion of viewing the sunset from Boardwalk 9 and we had the most amazing one our first night there!
We also appreciated all of the beach chairs, canopy, and beach towels provided. Our family enjoyed a nice day at the beach using those items. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach (in the community though) and a nice bike ride, also.
We also were able to load the kayaks in our Expedition to take those out on the creek one morning and had a lovely time.
We would recommend a new TV that's either a Smart TV with streaming options or has a Roku device. There were only a few cable stations and the screen was permanently zoomed in (or out -- couldn't get it normal). With the Final Four on and a couple of stormy nights, we were hoping to use the tv, but had to stream from our laptop instead to watch what we wanted.
The screened in porch was absolutely lovely to eat meals or just relax and enjoy the views. So peaceful.
There were a couple of other issues that Barbara addressed, so we appreciated that!

Fun winter getaway
Stayed here over New Years - there was so much to do, I can only imagine how great this place is in the summer! Small but well-stocked kitchen, kids loved the toys, bikes were handy. Didn't use the kayaks, but they do have a kayak transporter/wagon too!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay tremendously, but were disappointed that there weren’t many TV channels for children, which was kind of a pain when it was raining outside.

Best rental we have had in Seabrook
My husband and I have been visiting Seabrook the last 6 years. This by far has been the best. Everything from being clean to having everything you need. Even a pack n play, cards, books, and toys that came in handy for my little ones (1 and 2). I couldn’t find a bad thing to say about this rental! :)

Comfortable in every way!
We loved staying here! It was pristine. The cleanliness made me want to keep it that way every day. We loved that the back porch overlooking the marsh was screened in. So, on rainy afternoons we could enjoy it! We could play cards and enjoy our drinks without worrying about the bugs. We have been visiting Seabrook for four years now and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Thank you, Barbara, for providing bicycles, beach items, towels, etc. everything we need for a nice week at the beach! Now that we know everything you have, we want to go ahead and book next year. Can’t beat it. Our week was so relaxing and not one complaint about our accommodations!

last hoorah before college!!
We had a fabulous time on our last minute trip to Seabrook and would definitely stay here again. We did have to drive to get the beach but that wasnt a surprise. I loved sitting out on the porch watching the marsh birds and my daughter and I took the kayaks out and had a wonderful time. Thanks for a great girls week before my girls head off to college!!

Our 1st Trip to Seabrook Island!
This trip was to be a destination wedding for my sister. When Covid hit we weren't sure if we would still go. The reception was cancelled but she was still able to get married on under the palm trees by the main pool. This property was perfect for us! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Barb even has the essentials on hand so you don't have to worry about some things! The location is nearer the main gate, so you do have a bit of a drive to the beach, but the drive is gorgeous! The weather was hot and humid so we didn't get to use the screened in porch, but in cooler weather it would be so nice to sit out there and listen to the sounds of the marsh. We hope to return one day!

Top notch place!
Our family of 4 stayed at Seabrook Island July3rd-10th, and we can't wait to go back! The condo is so cute, clean and decorated perfectly for your beach getaway. The beds were comfortable with high end linens and extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need including 2 coffee makers, 1 Keurig stocked with plenty of coffee. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks, beach chairs, toys etc. We enjoyed nightly bike rides through the neighborhood and saw tons of deer. Each day we went down to the main pool/beach area. There were plenty of chairs and shade and the pool has 2 sides 1 for younger babies and one for everyone. The bar at the pool serves great drinks and the bbq there is a nice option for a casual lunch. We ate at the restaurant next to the pool many times and food was always great. The fish tacos are excellent. One thing I enjoyed about the place was the place is like a very high end country club, but the prices are pretty reasonable and the portions were plenty. Don't forget to get ice cream from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant. We went during Covid-19 and all restaurants and pools were open, but needed masks to enter anything indoors. I didn't use the fitness center which was disappointing as they have 2 Pelotons but you were required to wear a mask while exercising so didn't happen. Fresh Fields market is great. Try the sushi place.. Ate also at The Salty Dog, food was mediocre and pricy but views are great.. Overall loved it and owners were very informative and helpful. Enjoy!

Wonderful Experience
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at Seabrook! Barbara was great to work with and her condo is adorable! The layout was great for a couple and 2 young adult children. It is on the 3rd floor, which we loved, but if you have struggles with climbing, it might not be for you.
Barbara provided the coffee for the coffee maker, along with the filters, as well as cups for the Keurig.. There were plenty of paper towels, napkins, washing detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. I had brought some with me, but there was no need. I did purchase an iron, as I failed to bring one. I left it at the condo for future renters.
We enjoyed our mornings on the screened back porch overlooking the marsh. We would begin our day with bike rides around the beautiful resort. It is so lovely with the lakes, wildlife and beautiful trees and homes. We would go to the beach during the day and either picnic there or eat at the pelican’s nest. We emailed our amenity forms in, ran by and picked them up on our way in and used them to enter the beach club, pools and to eat at The Pelican’s Nest. What a huge benefit of staying with Barbara, she saves you the daily fee for the cards. Don’t forget to drop them off as you’re leaving to insure you receive your deposit back for the cards.
We drove to Charleston several times. We ate at Red’s in Mt. Pleasant , since there is no longer one in Seabrook, and enjoyed the food and watching the boats come in. We ate at the salty dog at the marina in Seabrook and enjoyed it as well. We drove by the Angel oak tree on our way in to Charleston, it is a site to see. Fresh Fields is a great area to shop and browse and it’s only a few miles away. We were here in June 2020, everything is open and you can choose to wear a mask, they were not required anywhere we went. Several restaurants required them for their workers, most stores had their employees wear them, but with the exception of 1 store we saw at Fresh Fields, masks were not required. I would bring them with you, just in case you run in to one who does.
As I said, Barbara is wonderful to work with, the condo is so adorable and conveniently located near the entrance to the resort and very quiet.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
