Check in was super easy, the whole place clean, host was very responsive, and it was very convenient to the UF campus.

What a great place to stay in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood! I just needed a place to sleep and got so much more, from all the laundry and bathroom supplies, a full spice rack and even some basic food stocked in the kitchen I have never stayed in a rental with so much accommodation! Mark was always available to answer my questions and was a great host. Needless to say bet I rent from him again!

Good overall, a little on the highside especially with extra/add on costs. Also, says can accomodate 4 but 2 is a tight squeeze. But Mark is a great host, easy checkin, really friendly, and house was stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, clean towels. A/C nice and cold. I would recommend for sure, but just be aware of all incidentals. Overall good for sure. Thank you Mark.

The property was pretty much as advertised, except not the cleanest. The gate we had to use to get to our unit’s door was completely broken and very difficult to use whenever we have to enter or leave. We let our host know about it as soon as we arrived but he didn’t acknowledge it. He did reply relatively quickly to questions through messenger feature in Vrbo but did not answer his phone. When we finally got past the gate and into the unit, the check-in was simple with the door code he provided, but there were dishes in the sink already and the unit is pretty dusty above eye-level. Overall we chose this rental for proximity to the stadium and that was great. This was a pretty neutral rental.

We weren’t surprised by the size of the unit, but we were surprised at how run down it was and the lack of cleanliness. There were food crumbs on the futon and living room floor. The exterior doors had large gaps which allowed multiple lizards in while we were there. After the removal of two lizards, my husband stuffed towels under the doors to keep them out. We took pictures of the lizards and cracks in the door. Maybe the owner lives out of state and is not aware of the condition of the unit. The bathroom window needs a curtain. I feel that for the cleaning fee charged, the cleaning staff should wash the towels and sheets to ensure that is being done in between guests. We would have left and went elsewhere but it was graduation weekend and there were no other options available. We really felt taken advantage of by the amount of money we paid for the two night stay. To end on a positive note, the check in/ check out process was seamless and the unit was stocked well with necessities.

The unit has 1 Bedroom and a Futon. Unit is very very small and not well kept. Sheets were filthy. AC condensers are falling out of the ceiling. Outside entry fence is broken. Outside of property not well kept. Iron was broken.

This is the perfect place to stay for the game, graduation anything to bring to the US. Or, in my circumstance, to take care of your elderly mother, who lives not too far from that every town. I always love staying in the same town. I grew up in Gainesville and didn’t grab to far from here either and I just always love it. The fold of trees, the convenience to campus and just about anything else. Can’t be beat. The kitchen was really well appointed which I find handy because I prefer her not to eat out overly much. Also the bathroom as well supplied. The place is very clean. Bit of a funky, layout but all good I wasn’t there to socialize. And there’s really no house party, so it is perfect for a couple or a Singleton that is looking to be out and about.

Although my check in was a little rocky as a fuse blew and the living room had no TV. Mark was on the phone with me until it was resolved a few hours later. I was in communication with Mark throughout my visit and he was very responsive and did everything to make sure my stay was amazing. I was in Gainesville for 2 weeks due to my husband needing surgery at Shands Hospital. Mark was very flexible with all the changes I had to go through with my scheduled dates. Mark was open to my feedback and suggestions after I checked out. I have another hospital visit in the future and will reach out to Mark as he was a great Host. I had 2 dogs with me and they were very comfortable there. There was no room to run them in the yard but I walked them 3-4 times a day around the neighborhood. The people living around this house were very friendly.

We used this as a hub for our homecoming activities. We were able to walk to campus, enjoy the day and Uber back home.

Will stay again!
Was within walking distance of UF, small - but well-kept and had everything we needed - even to cook a nice meal. Small but fenced yard for our furry friend, and the host was accessible when I had questions. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay for a football weekend.
The property is perfect for 2 people. It is located 1 mile from the stadium and is an easy walk down 13th to University. It is also in close proximity to dining and a Publix. We found the property clean and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend: linens, towels, paper products, dish & laundry soap, etc. Parking and access were easy. Kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is quite. The Host is very attentive. We will stay here again when we attend a game.

Very nice
Really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit! Due to the pandemic we choose not to eat out, this unit had a very well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Sufficient
Apartment had everything I required for my stay. The building is old and it's understandable that inside may be worn, but I felt flooring could be changed to inexpensive vinyl plank or tile. This would give better impression than broken and cracked tile. Also felt work is necessary to rehang doors so no gaps are visible.

I walked two miles in the neighborhood every morning and never felt uncomfortable. The place was clean and the owner very responsive and easy to

Wonderful property owners, quick to answer any questions. The rental is small but clean and had all the necessities. We were able to walk to the University of Florida with no problems.

Great little unit
Upgrading the exterior and cleaning up the outside for curb appeal as we visited. Way to go.

Just what we needed!
Very clean and just what we needed as we moved our daughter into college at UF. Unique layout with pocket and barn slide doors. Owner responsiveness was very quick and instructions (with photo references) were spot on! There were even dogs bowls for our pup to use. Very close to UF, and there's a Publix and Target right down the road. We will definitely stay again when we come visit our Gator Girl!

Clean and Budget Friendly - Close to downtown & campus
This is an older Gainesville home that appears to have been converted to three apartments. The layout of this apartment is quirky in an interesting way. This is not a fancy stay, and the price rightfully reflects that, however it had everything we needed and the owners added nice little touches like coffee, toiletries a welcome note and candy. We were a little concerned upon arrival as the exterior of the home needs pressure washing and paint, however the interior was very clean and neat. The bath towels and sheets were nice. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend visiting our UF student. It's close to downtown and campus and the area is not 'sketchy'.
