When it's time for your family reunion or multi-family getaway, come to Rockaway Beach and stay in this large, dog-friendly rental, comprised of four separate condos, for the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Up to 19 guests (11 adults) will enjoy all the perks of an Oregon Coast vacation, including outdoor activities, chilling at the beach, and exploring in-town conveniences.
This rental's convenient location will allow you to walk to everything. The beach is a couple of blocks away, and shopping and dining are just up the street. If you're looking for group outdoor fun, head north to Nehalem Bay or south to Tillamook Bay and Tillamook State Forest. Kayak, fish, and hike to your heart's content, then return home to the comfort of your private spaces.
This listing includes four self-contained rentals, which can all also be rented individually if preferred. (Please contact Vacasa for more details about each smaller rental.)
Each cottage offers a cozy and welcoming place to land after busy days of exploring. Create hearty meals separately in your individual kitchens, or split cooking and clean-up detail between all of you and dine together on your outdoor decks. Unwind in the comfortable living areas in each rental and watch some cable TV before heading off to bed. And, one dog is welcome to come along.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
