Great place with lots of room. Clean and comfortable and well appointed. Locations is great for seeing the attractions of Seattle.

The house is very comfortable and well furnished. It's plentifully stocked with things like toilet paper, detergent, and shampoo. I find that such a nice touch because there's nothing lamer than only 1 roll of TP for a week and you run out right before the last day! This property has some great stuff for littles including a toddler crib (a real one not a sh*tty pack n play) and a collapsible stroller. The only major downside of this property is the freeway noise. As other reviewers have stated, this noise is constant day and night. For me it was white noise for the most part, but it did deter us from wanting to sit outside. My husband filmed me dancing with my daughter on the porch, and the traffic noise is audible in the background lol... it truly was a presence on the trip. It was fine for our five day trip, but I wouldn't want to live with that for long! Mt Baker is an amazing neighborhood. Excellent parks in the vicinity, a REALLY fabulous Italian restaurant within walking distance, great access to all the Seattle sights... we really enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed home with lots of room for everyone and great views from the multiple decks. Excellent access to transit services.

Plenty of space for 8 adults. Comfortable with gorgeous views though be aware there is a major bridge with constant 2 way traffic directly in front of house which is not shown in any pictures. The sound of traffic is noticeable and constant though not at all disruptive at night. Owner super responsive and house is well fitted out with anything you might need. Recommended for a big group!

Our family of 8; 4 teens, 2 adults and 2 seniors, stayed in June and had a great time. The house held all of us more than comfortably, the kitchen and eating area was large enough and well stocked, as were the bathrooms. The house is in a great neighborhood with amazing views. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Beautiful home located walking distance to a few cafés and restaurants. The outside space is limited and could use a little upkeep but the inside is fabulous. Great view and great host.

My family and I (9 people) stayed here this May, and we loved this house. Mark was easy to work with and communicated quickly. The location was close to downtown and relatively easy to access (lots of steep hills, but that's Seattle). The only critique would be that the space is older and could use a little bit of TLC in some areas.
The views from the back deck were spectacular, and we were blessed to have a view of the Cascades and Mt. Rainier 3 for four days when we stayed there. The property has a lot of character, and the master bedroom is special with its size, views, and amenities.
We had a wonderful time and loved the space!

Very convenient location. Beautiful view of Mt Ranier. Restaurant and Bakery close by. Thank you, Clayton

This property has a stunning view of Mt. Ranier and Lake Washington. The property fit our needs as a family with bedrooms for everyone. The property manager was very responsive. We used Uber quite a bit and they were always there within 1-3 minutes. There is a coffee shop a couple blocks away . You do have to be able to do stairs or hills. We loved our stay. .

Stayed with family for the weekend to watch the Mariners Opening Day and visit family and loved the location and accessibility of the home.

We met up in Seattle for the Christmas Holiday, and this house served us well with plenty of bedrooms and gathering space for seven adults. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need. An added feature is the neighborhood. We found a couple of good restaurants, a bakery and a coffee shop just up the hill. In all, we were glad to be together, and this house was a great find. I highly recommend it.

Stayed with family for a wedding.

It was a great place to stay. The view was spectacular. The owner Mark was great.
4.7
Our stay was nice, the house for the most part was what we expected. The views are outstanding, but the house is need of repairs both inside and out. The doors going to the decks are both rotting. The housekeeping staff needs to improve or be replaced, there are spiders everywhere, the coffee maker had coffee grounds still in it upon our arrival. Light to the master shower would come on and then off. The other two switches in the master bath, which we believe were for the fans did not work. The same thing with the bathroom on the first floor and that shower handle would pop off. There are
other items we could list. Do not be mistaken what we are saying, this would be a great house, if it would receive a little TLC. We're not quite sure it is a Vrbo Premier house.

What a great place! Gorgeous Views! Relaxing. Plenty of room. We were there with our adult children and it was great! Would definitely rent again. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Great home with great views for a lovely family visit in Seattle!
4.7
We were looking for a nice home with a short ride to the ball diamond. Lots of walking paths available around the house made it a nice place to go for a walk in the mornings.
4.7
Plenty of room for our family to spread out but also area to be able to play games and spend time together. Lovely home with beautiful views. Close to many amenities-stores, restaurants, places to see. Well equipped with plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Temp of home was very nice in July with windows open. Traffic noise was not too bad. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks Mark for letting us use your home.

Perfect location, easy access and perfect size for our group of six!

Selected home to accommodate additional family members since son was graduating from Seattle University. Beautiful home near all the Seattle sights. Home stocked with everything that you need. Home owner quickly responded to communications. From previous reviews, knew about the road noise so it didn’t bother us. I

Great house with incredible views! The kitchen was amazing and the pantry was well stocked. Had a great time!

Wonderful home.
4.7
This home worked very well for our family. It was comfortable, and there was enough room for the teens to spread out and have their own space downstairs. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. The view was delightful and we were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks in Bellevue. The kitchen was well stocked, except a few more kitchen towels would be helpful. The host was responsive and timely.
The down side: The furniture is a bit tired compared to the way the photo's look, but adequate and comfortable. Especially for our family with 5 grandsons! The neighborhood, while close in to Seattle, is a slow transit as it is an older section of Seattle with narrow curving hilly streets, perhaps that is the price you pay for such a nice view.
It doesn't feel as "upscale" as the pictures look, or perhaps as the price indicated. But it worked well and we were grateful to be able to stay there together.

Mark was great to work with. He even made sure we had a Christmas tree and decorations for our family Christmas weekend.
The home is comfortable with a modern rustic vibe. Plenty of shared and also separate space if you need a break from the fun.
The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking. It’s also in the heart of the home so all are close for snacks and chats.
The property is close to a few parks and we enjoyed getting out on foot to explore. It is also close, by car, to downtown Seattle and Bellevue.
We enjoyed the great views the most.
We would stay there again for sure.
Thanks Mark.

We used this for a business meeting. It was centrally located and had a great view. House was nice with lots of bedrooms. The dishwasher didn’t work but otherwise everything was good.

We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving and Marc was very helpful in getting us what we needed. Quite a few lights out throughout the house and we had to go searching for extra towels, we never found kitchen rags but could have easily asked. Great stay, thank you!

Family and friends came from afar to celebrate sisters 70th - house was perfect - location - views - a lot of space for family and friends to spend time together. Very comfortable. Mark was quick to respond to my one question. Would recommend everyone to stay here
4.7
Perfect for large groups. House was beautifully remodeled. Tons of kitchen utensils and tools, even an espresso machine!
I would stay here again
4.7
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has an amazing view, and on a very clear day, you can see Mt. Rainier. The house is well equipped and spacious, and could easily handle the 8 of us. Would definitely recommend staying here.
4.7
Great stay! We were 3 couples and the house was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bed and designated bathroom. The house was spacious enough to allow for privacy but comfortable for the 6 of us to watch the game on TV. The views were great and the location was perfect for sightseeing.
Some of the furnishings are worn but still comfortable and everything worked. Would stay again if visiting Seattle.
4.7
House just as pictured on the inside! Many every-day kitchen supplies already there and excellent appliances. Rooms nice size and beds comfortable. Could never figure out how either tv worked and couldn’t find any instructions. Host very accommodating in answering all questions prior to visit. Flowers in vase greeting us was a nice touch!

Loved this home with beautiful views of Lake Washington and surrounding mountains!! Were able to see Mt Rainier on several days from the back decks!! The bedrooms were perfect for our large family!! Would highly recommend!! Aug 31-Sept 6

Beautiful views, multiple decks and plenty of space to hang out together -- or have a little quiet time away from the crowd. Make sure to bring your walking shoes, and know that it's a very hilly neighborhood! Close to a few restaurants and coffee shops, and did I mention the views? Early this morning we took our coffee to one of the three patios and watched the rowing teams go from our side over to the Mercer Island side...so relaxing! Thanks to Mark for a great time.
4.7
We spent a very enjoyable 5 days in this beautiful, spotless, well equipped home. The house is as pictured/advertised.
There was noticeable highway noise, which is to be expected given the house's location. The view from all the decks is spectacular, however.
Would definitely rent again.

Great neighborhood could use AC system in the summer months

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic time -- the house was *perfect* for us (two families, and my mother) -- lots of space for the kids to run around and play, wonderful decks with glorious views. The location was terrific too: close to lots of attractions downtown and yet secluded and with great walks all around.
Thank you very much for letting us stay at your place!
4.7
Seattle fun
There were 13 that stayed very comfortably in this great house. We are Blue Jay fans, walked to the games/waterfront(60+min), not a walk for everyone. Freeway noise wasn't great but overall a great house for a large group.
4.7
Great stay
We were a three generation family group in Seattle for a wedding. The house provided rooms for all. The kids were down. The adults were up. Only grandpa who has difficulty with stairs was completely comfortable.
Good location. Great views. Fun to watch the bridge.
