As you step into the main floor, you'll be greeted by the inviting living room, featuring stunning hardwood floors. The centerpiece of the living space is a spacious luxury dining table, perfect for gathering with your loved ones. The main floor also includes two bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the sunroom extends from the covered back deck to the fenced backyard, creating a bright and open area for relaxing and engaging in conversation. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking gas stove and a large sub-zero refrigerator, offering a high-end culinary experience.
The upper floor boasts three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The large master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. These comfortable sleeping spaces ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group.
Located on a quiet residential street in a family-friendly neighborhood, this house is perfect for large groups. Free street parking is available and is very safe. Whether you're looking to embark on an adventure exploring the wonders of Seattle or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, this location provides the perfect balance. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay.
Amenities include a 75" TV in the living area and a 50" TV in the main bedroom, both equipped with Netflix streaming service for your entertainment pleasure.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, and linens. If you require any children's essentials, please let us know, and we will gladly work to provide them for you.

The main and upper floors, with deck and sunroom, are dedicated to you.
We provide contactless entry. You can connect with us on the platform and are able to assist you with anything you need. We can also call you if there are any issues. Have a wonderful stay.
There is a Mother-in-law unit on the property, which is not part of this listing and you can book it separately for additional fees if you want all 7 bedrooms. It has a private entrance and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, a full-size laundry set, and a newly installed kitchen with a gas cooking stove. It has a smaller dining area and a living room with 50” Smart TV and queen size sofa bed. You will need to book this separately or you can book the 7 bedroom listing. I list the MIL separately to accommodate (to provide options to) smaller travel groups to lower the cost of my guests for the space they do not need. The 5 bedroom house is big enough for the most larger travel groups. Otherwise, you can book the 7 bedrooms together if you prefer.
