Was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were always within an easy drive to whatever attractions we were headed to. Only downfall, and that didn't turn out to be that big of a deal after getting by the learning curve, was the traffic on I-25.

We stayed in this home for parents weekend and it was perfect! The home is immaculate and has plenty of space for everyone with the five bedrooms plus huge open basement. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, the ping pong and frisbee golf. The kitchen was spacious and everyone loved the crunch ice machine. The beds were very comfortable. We had deer visit the home daily which was always a fun treat.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was a rainy week so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard and large deck as much as we hoped but there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our four kids plus some of my extended family that stayed with us. Only a quick 30 min drive to all the touristy Colorado Springs spots. We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed staying at this property.

The house and property was awesome and so very perfect for our first visit to Colorado Springs to attend the USAFA Parents’ Weekend. The checkin process was flawless and Misty was very accommodating and so responsive to our requests and questions!

Our family got together for a family vacation, and this was the perfect place for that. Plenty of room for six adults and six children. It is close to all the fun things that kids and adults like to do.
There is nice large kitchen for cooking dinner.

Wonderful home
This was a beautiful home for our family ina quiet neighborhood. We have 3 daughters in their 20’s and two are married so this gave us each our own room and plenty of space. We love playing games so enjoyed the ping pong and the basketball court. Misty and Eddy are wonderful hosts and are helpful with any questions you have about the area. They are quick to respond. We felt it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. The park down the street had beautiful view of the mountains.

Our week was in the Springs
We spent a wonderful week in the Springs. The house was a great base. It had tons of ample space for our family to spread out and also gather together. The deck is amazing for morning and evening relaxing and hummingbird watching! And we loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is in a great location for getting to any and everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway
It was the perfect house for the range of ages in our group (2-68). The kids loved the outdoor and indoor games. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, etc which was great since eating at a restaurant wasn't something we wanted to do given the pandemic (although plenty of restaurants nearby). The location worked well - regional park just down the road and less than 30 min drive to Garden of the Gods and zoo. Misty was super communicative and responsive. It was one of our best vacation rental experiences.

Very nice house located in pretty, quiet neighborhood! We were in for parents weekend and it was very convient for all activities. LOVED the deck in the morning for coffee and evenings to relax. perfect for large family
Overall the home was perfect for our family and close to the wedding we attended. There was 1 small glitch. The refrigerator was acting up and after the first day there was a continual noise coming from it. The owner had called to make us aware of the problem the day before we arrived and could not get a repairman in before we got there. Luckily, there was another refrigerator in the garage and we were instructed to unplug the refrigerator in the home if it became unbearable - and it did, so it was a little inconvenient to keep going out into the garage while cooking. Other than that we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable home for our 6 adult children and 3 grand babies. Excellent set up for our group!
The home offered plenty of space for large gatherings and also allowed space to separate and have some quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for any meal. We brought many more kitchen staples than we really needed. Lots of entertainment for kids of all ages. The quiet street in the pines made sitting on one of the porches a terrific place to be! The entire family loved the property!!

Lovely home.
The home is lovely and clean. All our needs were met. Ten of us, all seniors: 5 sisters and husbands. Eddy and Misty are great hosts. Allowed us to enjoy their home on our own but always available to assist if needed. A beautiful park close to the property - can walk to it. A couple high beds that may be difficult for elderly or disabled (step stools provided). Other beds normal height. We would recommend this "home away from home". Thank you Misty and Eddy.

Wonderful house for family to stay at during USAFA Graduation
Misty communicated well to ensure we arrived to everything in order, which is how we found the house. Everything we needed for the stay was there. Plenty of room for 12 people; 3 youths had to stay in the bunk beds and extra mattress in the basement. Several of the beds were extra high, so our grandparents had to use the lower beds to get in and out. Never had any issues with hot water given all the showers taken. One minor issue was the upper floor was 10 degrees warmer than the lower floor.
The house was very conveniently located to the academy and a great place to venture to many of the areas locations. There is a great walking park about 1/2 mile down the road.
Recommend this house for anyone with a large family visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Misty and Eddy's beautiful house-wonderful experience
The house was immaculately maintained and very warm and welcoming and comfortable! We had a large group (10 total) that included a few teens and a 3 year old. There was so much room for us to be together and also apart if needed (e.g. nap time for the 3 year old). The game room was a huge hit for all of us! The BBQ was spectacular and large enough for us to grill dinner for the entire group at one time. And the volleyball net led to some fantastic games of volleyball. We enjoyed the upstairs deck in the morning for coffee and breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The house had everything we needed including an ice machine which was greatly appreciated with the hot weather! We were able to do a lot of the activities in the area due to the location of the house. The house seems like it's secluded with the large lot and all the trees but activities are not too far away. Thank you Misty and Eddy for the use of your lovely home! We made some great memories that we will cherish for a long time!

Wonderful property
This was a wonderful home for our group! It was within walking distance of a fantastic park and the home itself was quite roomy and provided lots of entertainment for our kids who range during in age from 8-21 years. It's a bit of a drive to the touristy attractions (30 or so minutes to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc) but they are all a straight shot down I-25 to get to and none of us minded the drive. The owners were fantastic and the home is immaculate. We highly recommend!

Even more than we expected - LOVED by the whole family - Highly recommended
I chose to rent this house because it sounded like the best option for my family. My husband and kids were a little unsure about renting someone's house vs hotel rooms. for less per night than the hotel rooms would have been, we had our own rooms and our own space. There was so much for everyone to do inside and out. They each came to me at a different point in time and thanked me and said how perfect it was. everyone had things about the house, from the floor plan to the comfortable furniture that they wanted to have back at home. For me, the kitchen was the best. More than the basics are provided. There was plenty of room for me to cook and everyone come in and out and we weren't on top of each other. Everything I thought of that I might want was there - griddle, waffle maker, blender, etc. The ice maker was a huge hit!
In addition to the house and all it provided, the location was convenient to the things we wanted to do.
thank you so much to the Boyles family for your beautiful home that shows your Godly spirit to those you welcome in.

Great 2015 Family Vacation
Colorado Springs was the destination for our 2015 family vacation and we were delighted to have stayed in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my parents, my family, and my sister’s family. There was plenty of room for eleven of us. We really enjoyed spending time together in the kitchen/family room and on the large deck. We had so much fun watching the squirrels and the hummingbirds. The backyard with all the trees is so peaceful and tranquil, you feel like you are out in the wilderness. Our big breakfasts and many pots of coffee prepared us for the adventures of the day. The location is perfect for all the sight-seeing excursions. We toured the Air Force Academy, went to Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, and white water rafting, etc. The most adventurous and exciting thing we did was to go ziplining (Adventures Out West) on family night! It was so nice to return in the evening to this comfortable house where we really did feel at home. We played games at night upstairs and enjoyed late night snacks. The kids had a great time playing video games in the basement. They were able to easily hook up the game system they brought from home. We also had fun with the ping pong table and the basketball game in the basement along with all the books and children’s toys. The house was perfect in every way. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Misty and Eddy were wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home that helped make our 2015 vacation special and memorable.

Truly Memorable
This lovely, peaceful home was just perfect for our family's Christmas get together. There was plenty or room for the eight adults and three children to sleep, play, and enjoy each others' company. We enjoy cooking together, and the kitchen had all the amenities you could hope for. The owners were amazing to work with, and even generous enough to leave their Christmas tree up for us to enjoy. :) From the comfort and beautifully furnished inside accommodations to the beauty of nature outdoors, our stay in this home was truly memorable!
