Parks, hiking and biking trails, and Garden of the Gods are all an easy drive away.

At home, outdoor highlights include that spectacular mountain view, a huge back yard with comfortable seating, corn hole to keep the kids busy, and the hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Inside, you’ll have three levels to spread out. The entire space has been professionally decorated and offers all the comforts of home - and then some. The open living space on the main floor combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining area and main living room, making it easy to gather as a group. You’ll also find a dedicated office on this level, ideal for those with lingering remote work.

The whole family will love the garage-conversion game room, with a pool table and dart board. More entertainment options include five streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi. Spend evenings snuggled up together on the leather sectional in front of the gas fireplace, or watch some TV in the bonus room downstairs. Five comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy, including a top-floor primary bedroom with an en suite bath. Drift off with your first perfect vacation day behind you and another to come tomorrow.

The cleanliness of the house was exceptional! Very nice location not only for our activities but a safe area! I would recommend this home! We had 7 adults and 2 teens and had plenty of room!

Great location for getting around the springs. Plenty to do in the area around the home. We had plenty of room for our family gathering and everyone had a great time playing pool and cornhole.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing short term rental in Colorado Springs, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the local attractions. The home itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The cozy living area and comfortable beds made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, this place is a top-notch choice. Highly recommended!

The home was a perfect home base in the center of all of the excursions we wanted to do as a family. The home itself is in a beautiful area with access to stores and entertainment. The home was cozy but big enough for all 6 of us. It was absolutely wonderful!

House was perfect for accommodations. Beds were very comfortable. And great storage in the kitchen. However the house needs dual zone AC, basement level was a freezer and top floor an oven. Internet access was absolutely horrible and cell service was shoddy unless you went outside. For the amount of money we spent for 6 nights, the paper products (TP and paper towels and Kleenex) should have been better quality, we had to go buy something better than the cheap stuff provided. Also could have used more plates for a larger group. Suggestion to add some outdoor lighting and more seating on back patio. We had 10 adults and 1 child and only had seating for about 6 comfortably. The AC issue and internet issue would be the 2 things that will not make me a repeat customer.

The house was absolutely gorgeous!! Very clean, and spacious. Perfect for our girls trip. Room enough for us to chit chat all together, or spend time alone reflecting on life. It was centrally located to all our excursions, and just simply perfect. I have zero complaints and would definitely come back again as well as refer to others.

We had a wonderful time and many marvelous adventures!! We stayed over the July 4th! The home was beautifully located for fireworks , we simply watched from the driveway! Perfect view! The parade in Monument Colorado was awesome too!

Highly recommend this house if you are attending any events at USAFA. The location is perfect. The house is great for a large family. The amenities are nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, it was a nice experience but just remembering that there was a dead rabbit in the backyard, the cleanliness of the place and the difficult Wi-Fi makes me roll my eyes. For almost $3000 for 4 days and there’s still problems. Unacceptable. It hadn’t been 24 hours later till I noticed a bunch of dust, dirt, and dog hair sticking to my socks. I brought my dog there, but my dog has white, short, and curly hair. He doesn’t shed too much and not in that short amount of time. The white hair was straight and long. It could not have been my dog. Also, when my dog was there, he found the dead rabbit in the backyard behind the entrance to the game room. I messaged the company and they, at first, had the audacity to have me clean up the dead rabbit. Later on, another message from the company said that a man will come to get rid of the rabbit. The problem was resolved in 24 hours. It was very much appreciated. Lastly, on the first night, my guests were having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The company had my guests restart the Wi-Fi. It was resolved. I texted them from the app and even at midnight, they were still there. 3.5/5 stars for customer service. The dead rabbit conversation knocked them down a few points. Would I go there again? Yes, but I’ll ask them to do a thorough check of the entire property before booking again.

By far one of the best experiences we’ve had. The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals but we were also surrounded by great places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will definitely be back soon!

We loved the home. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Beautiful neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Sarah was very helpful. The kitchen was a little under stocked with cooking utensils. It would probably be ok for an average stay, but we hosted local family for Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner at the home, so had to purchase quite a bit to make it happen. The pellet grill was very nice and the spa was relaxing, especially in the snow. We would definitely stay at the home again during our next visit with family.

We loved this home. It was spacious, clean, lots of towels, comfortable beds and it had a taller garage to fit my car with suitcases on top. Our dogs loved the yard, it’s a good size back yard. We would definitely stay here again .
