Perfect location to stay and move my daughter into PBA! Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to The Hive for breakfast. Close location to many restaurants. Pool was great and house had all the amenities we needed, highly recommend!

This home is a gem in the historic section of West Palm Beach. The house was immaculate, very clean. The pool was fabulous and had been cleaned due to a rain storm and cleaned again during the week of our stay. There are double doors from a charming bungalow to the pool. The bungalow had a beautiful king bed with a bath and TV. The main house was very cozy. The bathroom could use a little update. Kitchen was well supplied with table ware, could use more cookware. The stove had two burners that had a griddle on them. They didn’t work for us.
We loved walking the neighborhood. Many lovely restaurants with in waking distance.
The property managers were excellent and provided superior service.

My son recently enrolled in a local college by this home . It was a charming historic house. The pool was beautiful.

I cook and rarely go out to eat. Kitchen had ample supply of my needs. Street is quiet, house is very quiet and quaint. I would recommend to anyone! If you’re concerned about its location regarding railroad, you really can’t hear it. Pool was absolutely relaxing. Outdoor shower is a nice touch. Very private and safe.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The house is a real gem, and makes up for what is lacking. The house is a work in progress, and understandable considering its age.
Improvements within the owners control. New mattresses in both main house bedrooms. More cookware and bigger cooking pans. Ovens mitts would of been very helpful. A cookie sheet with sides . The pillows on all the beds need to be replaced.
No special touches , like coffee , or laundry soap . Very basic. The house only has a charcoal grill , for us that was fine, just FYI. The pool is amazing and the whole outside patio!!!
Thanks again

We had a wonderful time at Casa Paradiso over Thanksgiving. We stayed for two weeks - the pool was beautiful, the home was comfortably furnished. The cabana house was fabulous and so much more than what was advertised … great location in a residential setting - but a quick walk to the restaurants and shopping in City Center. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog.

I Loved Casa Paradiso! We felt like we found a hidden jewel in the VRBO landscape! This was a perfect and immediate shift into relaxation and inspiration. The staff was so warm and helpful. OUr event was at the convention center and this was even closer than anticipated with the cut through at the of the street! We will be back!

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property. Walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and shops in West Palm. Our little kids (4 and 2) had a wonderful time and we felt extremely safe. The neighborhood is a true gem! The home has so much character and we felt right at home.

Excellent property
We truly enjoyed our stay at Falmingo Parks. The property is in an excellent condition and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The property manager was very responsive and made everything easy.

Perfect location, great house and service
We loved this house and we are admittedly very picky. The location in the safe and pretty Grandview Heights neighborhood is walking distance to great restaurants, the Norton Museum, Bedner’s produce market, playgrounds, Grandview Market (hip food hall and shops), and Rosemary Square (formerly City Place), and the Intracoastal. Interactions with Palm Beach Vacation Rentals’ Rick and Mario were always helpful and swift. We felt right at home in the house, which combines the charm of 1920s Florida architecture and really nice upgrades like a clean and fresh modern kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms. The decor is very nice in the house and the setup of the master suite looking out at the pool was perfect for our family to relax, swim and work. The laundry room is also very nice and easy to use.
The window issue alluded to in a previous review gave us pause when booking but upon arrival we saw that it really isn’t that big of a deal, especially if you plan to use the very pretty and totally renovated master suite, and the bathroom is being renovated apparently anyway next month so it’ll be a moot point entirely soon. We would happily recommend this home to even our pickiest friends and family.

Great getaway!!
Great house for a few people. Great pool in the back. The house is old, but very charming. The bathroom in the main house, needs updating. There was only two of us and we both had our own bathroom. If I was there with more people, I would not have been happy with the bathroom. The main room as you come in the front door, is a big space. Could use some more furniture to make it useable. Kitchen worked great. Also, probably should buy beach chairs that are part of the rental. Not chairs that might be left by previous renters. Just my thought. Overall we were very happy.

Casa Paradiso is quite run down
To start with positives - the property managers were very responsive and friendly. And The location is v convenient to everything. Cute neighborhood that you can walk to shops/food etc. Now the bad - when looking through the pictures - everything seems nice and new and fresh. It even says newly renovated/updated on the listing - That isn’t the reality when arriving. Also - this is a very old house - so one needs to be ok w the intricacies of a historic property. (For example barely USABLE but historic front door) Carpets and furniture mostly worn and stained in key areas. Guest bath in main house is in disrepair - bathroom floor falling in and tiles missing - a chipped tub/shower and a rotted window. The window treatments are stained and tattered in places. The house needs a fresh coat of paint all over. And some of the furniture that is now tattered and torn should be replaced. The main bedroom is not connected to the house. It’s a poorly built casita out back - doors and windows don’t work and signs of water damage. Main bedroom tv didn’t work either. Master bathroom is apparently new - but not very nice - rusted shower fixture. Lastly - this house is in close proximity to neighbors - who have a friendly but loud barking dog. Renters looking for an elevated experience should look elsewhere. If this property was renovated ie: painted, new furniture/rug in places, new bathroom and fixed the master bedroom - it could be ok for folks. Good luck!

Quiet, comfortable, great location
We stayed two weeks in January and found it to be exactly as described. Peter and Jay were very responsive to any needs. Of course trains and planes are nearby it added to the culture. Norton and great restaurants all within walking distance.

Family Vacation/Anniversary Trip
When we arrived to residence, Property Manager was waiting. It took about maybe 10mins from car rental. The home appearance was beautiful. We had access to everything we needed. Grocery Store within a mile from residence. We visiting a few beaches, made a trip to Ft. Lauderdale, and did some shopping. Most activities were 10-20 mins away. Neighborhood appears to be growing with local shops and restaurants. There are a few Great Restaurants within walking distance also. Home was big enough for our family of 5. If we return to WPB, this home will defintiely be our choice.

Quiet comfy and well located house for family
I re-read the other reviews after staying at Casa Paradiso for a week in April 2019 and couldn't agree more. It was perfect for the kids (12 and 10) and me. I stayed in the pool house and enjoyed dearly my quiet time, while the kids stayed in the main house. They loved playing in the pool (more than going to the beach where currents were strong that week). The house was very clean and had all the equipment we needed . We were even able to watch the premiere of GOT on HBO :) The laundry room was very convenient for a family. The neighborhood is quiet yet very close to museums/galleries (norton, armory) and restaurants. There's even a bikram yoga studio around the corner. We had fun exploring west palm beach, palm beach, lake worth beach, jupiter, and john D mcarthur beach state park. We enjoyed the easter chocolate bunnies from Hoffman chocolates, a 15 min drive away! All in all, the house was a great central point for activities and a safe heaven to rest and enjoy the pool in total privacy.

A Paradise
My Family and I had a wonderful vacation at Casa Paradise. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. The house is located in a nice area, where you can relax by the heated pool, but at the same time it's very close to City Place where you can find many stores and restaurants. Rick Rose welcomed us and gave us a tour of the property. He was always very helpful. I will recommend this house.

Beautiful property in charming historical West Palm Beach
We came to West Palm Beach with our family for spring break and stayed at Casa Paradiso. This house is a historical home listed with West Palm Beach registry. We really enjoyed our time here at this home with our family. House has a pool which is great for the kids. Also we loved the pool house which is actually another mini house behind the main house. My wife and I stayed in the back pool house while the kids stayed up front in the main house 🙏. This was really cool. For a small property, it has it all. Also part of the pool house is the laundry room. We used this daily and was a life saver for us with our stay being 8 nights. House is well appointed and very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen all have been maintained very nicely. Pool house is the newest area of the property and has been renovated recently. The back yard has a nice large table and chairs with cushions and a large umbrella. Neighborhood is quiet and very close to City Place. We would walk there for shopping and coffee at Starbucks. Rick Rose met us at the house right when we arrived from Cleveland with a call shortly before we arrived. He explained the property to us thoroughly upon arrival. Little did we know that Rick Rose is a local guru of West Palm Beach. While reading through West Palm Beach Illustrated, I ran across a feature article on Rick and his knowledge of the local area. He also has a book out he has written about West Palm beach history and culture. I thought it was so cool to find this article in the magazine without a mention of it from Rick himself. Overall a wonderful experience and a great home. Thanks from all the Desborough’s 👌🏻

The property was a perfect fit for our family vacation!
We enjoyed the location. Walking to restaurants and high-end entertainment was a plus for us. We certainly discovered West Palm Beach! Each morning started with breakfast on the patio followed by a morning swim!! An over the top vacation experience!

Amazing home !
This home is beautiful , inside and out! The pictures really don't do it justice . The location is great . Just a couple of blocks to city place and many other west palm locations . Located in a beautiful historic district! Short drive to palm beach island . We chose Juno beach and Lake Worth beach over Palm and both were easy 20 minute drives. The home is spotless and has a great, functional layout . My husband and I loved the private master suite . The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor lanai/ pool/ dining area are where we spent most of our time. The decor/furniture is perfect and made me feel comfortable, like I was at home . We traveled with 4 kids aged 10,13,17 and 18. We all loved this home !

A very nice and cosy home with mediterranean flair
We (a couple with children) stayed one week in this very nice and cozy home. On the upside: a very nice pool in a garden with mediterranean flair, the luxurious cottage bedroom with a separate bathroom and french doors to the pool, a extra large kitchen and a spacious dining and entry room. The house gives you a cozy ambience and is located in a familial neighborhood. We felt like living in a second HOME.
P.S.: The house is equipped with a very good and big stove, very fast and powerful wifi (also for several devices), a microwave, a dishwasher, two TVs, a bluetooth-enabled musicplayer as well as a washing machine and a dryer in a separate room at the cottage.
