Sehr nettes Landhotel der keine Wünsche offen läßt - ich komme gern wieder.

Die Lage ist optimal - in der Nähe der Autobahnausfahrt, man ist in 25 Minuten in Bremen, kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Durch die Schlüsselbox ist auch ein Late-Check-in kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten richtig gut, der TV hat ein breites Senderspektrum. Ein wunderschöner Frühstücksraum bei dem Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück gern unterstützt wurden. Ich komme gern wieder.

Unexpected nice modern room and restaurant. Great breakfast.

Nice modern room, great breakfast, the place is tastefully updated. Close to freeway. I had counted on having dinner upon arrival but restaurant is only open on weekends, which the owner informed me after I had booked a non refundable room. Went to restaurant in the neighbouring town, which turned out to be okay.

Lot of traffic noise heard during the night heard from room facing the street. Probably way more quiet at the back of building.

The room was a little small for me but fits the purpose if you only need a place to sleep.

Very nice Hotel just off motorway

Breakfast good. Restaurant good and value for money. Very pleasant hotel in nice surroundings, much better than a chain.

Room was stated as a double but was 3 single beds! Very hot night so had to sleep with the windows open, unfortunately this meant a great deal of noise from a wedding in the hotel.

Good location for a stop-over, but check ahead if you intend to eat in the restaurant.

I chose this hotel because it was close to our route on a long journey for a one-night stop-over, had on site parking and a restaurant. Arrival before/after reception is open is managed by means of a coded key safe, so we were able to get our key and access our room even though reception was closed when we arrived.

I received an email on the afternoon of our arrival advising me that the current restaurant opening times are Fri/Sat eves and Sun lunch time. Our one-night stay was on a Monday, so no restaurant after all. We managed to find a supermarket in a nearby village, however, and had a picnic in our room.

Travelling from Denmark to UK this is the superb place for a stopover.

This little gem is located only a few miles from the motorway. Breakfast very good. Good showers and super beds. Superb food and staff very nice and they speak English.

Apparently the restaurant is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So if you happen to have booked a room on a weekday the restaurant would be closed, and the closest place to eat is 8 km away. On the other hand if you have an overnight stay during the weekend you can have a superb meal in the restaurant. When they have a function like a wedding, they close the restaurant, (even if it is a weekend), but if you have a room reserved you can get a meal whatever they have available on the night...and it is always good.

Tasty, green & relaxing

Gummi bears on my pillow is an easy way to start my stay with a smile. The garden is pretty & the alpacas offer pleasing entertainment. Next time, I'll get a bedroom away from the country road & ask for a whole pan of the best scrambled eggs in Europe to eat all by myself.

I have stayed before and will stay again and can highly recommend this jewel.

I like everything about this gem. Fabulous food, lovely beds and staff who go out of their ways to please us. There happened to be a wedding with 70 guests the day we arrived. I had booked a table for dinner, and we were treated as if we were the only customers in the restaurant, amazing, as they also had 70 guests to serve. This is not the first time we are there and definitely not the last time. It is situated only a couple of miles from the motorway and is so convenient.

Good place for us to take a short rest.

We only looked for a room at the last minute and found this hotel after some disruptions by bad weather to the start of our roadtrip. The gentleman at reception was really polite and we sorted out payment details via phone since we would arrive late and leave very early. The shower in our room was great and the room was really clean.

Hard to find fault given we only stayed for 7 hours and then left again.

Very good

Very close to the highway but with a countryside feel. For breakfast there were 3 types of meet. There is a ‘key dispenser’ for late arrivals. Very kind staff.

A peaceful and super break on the journey from Denmark to England

This guesthouse is an absolute diamond! The staff was kind and helpful. The food in their restaurant was out of this world. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The room was super with really good beds and lots of hot water. It is situated about a mile from the motorway so it is very handy and there is plenty of free parking . We cant recommend this jewel enough and we will definitely be back.

I personally like a slightly lighter duvet, but that is the only negative I can think of!! Just wish we have known of this little gem earlier.
