Centrally located in the heart of Äkäslompolo. Staff was nice, friendly And helpful. Studio flat worked well for our 3-people group.
I found The Flat a bit unclean. Very stained rug in The main area wasn’t very welcoming. Also The Place was a bit dusty.
I’d still recommend this property.

Very good location to stay when attending on NUTS Ylläs Pallas trail running event as it is close to the Finish line. Big thanks for flexibility in checking in and out - this was very meaningful in this type of sports trip. It was also luxury to have nice cafeteria in the same building that I utilized actively.
Apartment was pretty hot inside (+25) and there was no adjustment for air conditioning. I got it a bit more cool by keeping the balcony door open, but that is not very environmental option too (and not always possible due to mosquitos). It would be perfectly fine to keep the heat around 20c.

The studio appartment has everything you need, including sauna and drying cabinet for winter clothes after skiing. It as was a good size for two. Location was great.
You need to take your own sheets and towels or rent them with extra cost.

ordering the linen was a mess and even with 4 emails or was not solved. we arrived late and it was not possible to have linen placed in the apartment. we therefore had to bring sheets for one night only.

The location was excellent: next to the bus stop and the shops and walking distance to the lake. The apartment was small but efficient. The shower was great and there's a sauna in the bathroom for those who like that. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped with cuttlery and crockery and some pans.
The bed covers and sofa were very synthetic and constantly full of static electricity. Or maybe it was the cold weather that made it so. No dishwasher, but not really necessary. Just good to know. No basic kitchen stuff like salt/pepper/oil...

Good location, cosy, well equipped
Possibility of paying 100 EUR for locking room keys inside the room, possibility of paying 500 EUR for going off a smoke alarm due to using sauna or dryer.

Nice and modern room. Well equipped (even with dryer in the room and sauna in the bathroom). There was free access to the washing maschine which is very useful for sports holidays.

Everything else was perfect. Price was good. Location was good. Sauna was good. Very spacious. There was also laundry at the basement.
There could have been more than one roll of paper towel for a week long stay, a kitchen towel might be useful as well. The pillows were really thin.
9.0
Very clean and new, everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location.
Internet didn't work all the time (for streaming). The pillow was a bit thin.
7.0
Location, room and the decoration, cleanliness, easy check in and check out. Good beds, nice sauna and shower.
No dishwasher, no possibility to check in earlier or check out later. No possibility to store luggage on the departure date. WIFI speed varies a lot which is not optimal for remote work for example.
