Spotless guesthouse in Ipoh

The nicest place I stayed in Malaysia. The place looks new. Super clean and close to town. I liked the kitchen and living room for hanging out. Good park close by. Check in was smooth.

Facilities really good. Use of a kitchen and a washing machine Owner very helpful and gave recommendations for places to eat and where to rent a car. Gated parking spaces available depending on demand. Street parking available

Extremely comfortable place outside of the city centre.

The place itself was super modern and extremely comfortable. Once we arrived, we were given all the instructions how to use all the facilities by the nice owner. There was a big common area with tables and sofas where you could make yourself tea/coffee and store things in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and the bed super comfortable!

Nothing much to say :) - only that once we went out of electricity while using a shower but most probably the of the fuses. Also, from the location you need to take a taxi to the city centre, however, there's plenty of restaurants, hawker centres and shops around too!

Very enjoyable stay, the family from outstation was happy with the house.

The place is clean & the rooms concept was unique. The owner was very helpful.

The host was very helpful and flexible. We needed to check in a little earlier and he accommodated that. The place is clean and welcoming. Everything is very well maintained.

need Grab to get food. avoid night market , only fried stuff, no alcoholics, airco and windblower noisy

Good location, quite environment, clean and good level of comfort. Kitchen well stock with basic necessity. Self chk-in and chk-out was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Great guesthouse, suitable for those who have tight budget but want a comfort place to sleep.

Great guesthouse, eventho they have only 6 unit, but the house was clean, have a good security and many parking space. (just infront of the house). The host also provided a common space too at the living room to chill with the others guest.

Nice and clean

Peace environment and nice landscape. Very clean and comfortable. All the household provided. Highly recommended and definetely will repeat book for our next vacation.

Poor soundproof, 11pm something still can hear children crying, shouting and make noise. Early in the morning also same, can hear clearly beside room guests talking and laughing. Our room's bedframe broken (bottom).
