Would like to repeat staying if we're around.

We love the ID & finishing. Bathroom (wow, did not expect it would be like that..stunning). Reach my expectation on mirror location for make up. Parking okay even though it's public. Location is superb nearby to food station & malls.

Decent hotel near lots of amenities

Very clean, easy access from the highway, ample parking, right in the middle of a business center with 7-11, restaurants and a big mall nearby.

Took the windowed room, and while the curtains were black out curtains, the light from the hotel signboard was still seeping through the sides of the curtain. Keeping the room dimmed throughout the night. Bed was abit on the harder side.

The environment was wonderful and comfortable.. Near to Aeon Jusco and no to far going to Tambun.. Will stay here again for next trip..❤️

Very good

The water pressure from the 🚿 was powerful and very comfortable. Location was fairly good. Aeop Kinta is just opposite but have to drive over.. You can walk over there if you are not worried about how fo cross the roads there. Just below the hotel, there is 7-11 sonyou do not have to worry about being hungry at night

My room did not comes with a window.. Pillow is soft.. Bathroom towel hanger is broken but overall still acceptable for this price

The room is clean.

I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The second day morning, I already told the reception counter not to clean our room. After we went back, our bed sheets has been change. My kid's fluffy toys and pillow was on the dusty table. (before we leave the room, we put it on the bed) Furthermore, my panties and our pyjamas was also folded by the workers and place on the table as well. I feel disgusting and angry with it. They shouldn't touch our personal belongings.

overall love the design & decorations of the hotel but not the staff.

staff not really friendly + the room air not clean also can hear next door sound when showers or even when they talking. 😂

Suitable for business trips. Many eateries nearby within walking distance.

An upgrade to a bigger room when the toilet could not flush in the original room booked.

The toilet could not flush and the bidet was not working but they arranged for a substitute room so that was good.

I was having room at ground floor and i didn't expect the room to be sound proof at this price, but then could hear ppl talking and phone ringing loudly at the reception.

Definitely recommend.

It is clean and neat. love the area, near to restaurants and Aeon. plenty of public parking lots. The shower! bathroom is clean.

no lift as it is only 2 floors there, thus do not suggest to folks who can’t climb up stairs. the corridor is a bit stink.
