This is a great location in Pacific Grove within the beach area. Nice large backyard with dining table. Cable television in the family room and hi speed WiFi. Located less than 1/2 block from the Beach. Peaceful location next to the Pacific Grove golf links, Point Pinos Lighthouse. Walking trails in every direction takes you on wonderful adventures by the sea!

House location is unbeatable. 2-3 minute walk to the waterfront where you can watch otters in the wild. Only 2 miles from the aquarium/cannery row. Would stay here again based on location alone! House itself is basic. You have everything you need but it’s not especially luxurious. Downstairs sink and shower drain very slowly. We only received 8 bath towels and 3 washcloths despite booking for 9 people - supplemented with provided beach towels. We ran out of hot water a couple of times when we had the whole group who needed showers after a day of hiking and beaches (feels expected given smaller/older home and lots of people). Beds are comfortable. Kitchen small but adequate. There is a small toy closet which was nice for the kids. Backyard is large and has a fire pit and a grill (we did not try to use either). Plenty of street parking and a driveway. Neighborhood is quiet. House worked well for our needs given we were out and about most of the 5d we were in Monterey.

This is our third time at the house, and, as always, it was a relaxing escape. We could even listen to the ocean from the yard. The house is comfortable and well-maintained. Wonderful place!

Great house, very clean, comfortable beds. Loved the backyard BBQ. But the highlight was sunrise walks along the shore that was steps from the front door.

Accomodations were exactly as represented, spacious enough for 6 adults and 3 kids. Loved the location, easy walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this rental! Only issue we had was the ground floor bath/shower drained very slowly and I didn't get a response from the owner, but we were only there for a few days. Left a note in the tub. We would gladly rent this again!

The home was comfortable for our party of 7 adults but is more suitable for adults with children. One bedroom has bunkbed with an older hide a bed that blocks exit from bunkbed when in use. There are two small dining tables in the house and a large dining table outside. Our group could not be seated indoors at the same table, ideal uncrowded, seating for meals, is workable for separate adult and kids tables. The location is great! Steps from the beach, oceanfront, walking, trail, and around the corner from PG municipal golf course.

Weather was perfect! Waves awesome! Close enough to golf course to watch our guys on the driving range and on their final hole! We played poker outside in the nice weather until dark! Ate at Fandango's . Great as always ! No complaints

This was a perfect place for my family of four (2 teens) and my sister’s family of four (two 8 year olds) to spend a long weekend together. We especially appreciated how there was enough room for everyone to do what they wanted - there was a group playing a complicated strategy game in the room off the kitchen, a couple playing solitaire at the kitchen table, kids watching a movie in the living room, and sometimes someone would take a break and read upstairs in one of the large bedrooms. The backyard is outstanding (we had a nice fire and roasted marshmallows). And the location is in easy walking distance to the ocean and tide pools. It was clean, well maintained and exactly what we were looking for.

Location and neighborhood are verry Good. Cleanliness of property vas does not complete no pepper Tavel no tissue paper. Communication with property manager vas badly. I asked two time to owner by messages, and he answered. I don't know.

Amazing location 1 block from the ocean. House was well equipped and the backyard is huge and well appointed, including a good grill. Great place for a beach weekend!

Spacious, up to date & clean, kitchen-generous utincels, cookware, glassware, appliances, great fire pit and patio in back, spacious bathrooms, washer dryer. A very short 2 min walk to beautiful coastline and a 10 min drive to a beautiful white sand beach. Loved our stay and want to come back!

Great location steps away from beach. House dated, garbage disposal didn’t work, issue with drain, back yard grass not cut or kept. Found glass in back yard (kids almost cut), multiple people got cut from nails in steps in stairs, when reached out to property manager for some items to be addressed he was not polite.

It was an unbelievable stay location was amazing ,quiet and majestic . The view, the walk was absolutely amazing. It will be a marvelous experience for everyone who wants quality time ! Highly recommend the stay !!!

Only a short walk from the front door you can't get much closer to the ocean without getting your feet wet. This home also offers easy driving access to Pacific Grove's quaint downtown, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, and excellent golf courses. If you're inclined to spend more time at the house, there is a huge backyard with a fire pit, built in BBQ, and the sound of sea gulls lulling your nap. While the house is on the older side, it is well maintained and comfortable. Our entire family felt at home.

We had a family gathering of 8 at this house. It was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and was wonderfully close to the beach. We could walk down at any time and enjoy the beach throughout the day.

The location was perfect for visiting the beaches, Aquarium, Point Lobos and the Boardwalk, which we visited.. The beds and coaches were comfortable. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. New outdoor barbecue worked well. Spacious outdoor dining area.

Cute house very close to the beach. There wasn’t a table large enough inside for us to have a meal together but we made do. Beware that some tack strip nails protrude through the carpet and may cause injury. We also discovered that bicycles listed as an amenity aren’t actually available. That being said we would love to stay there again!

The only thing this house had going for it was the location. The house was pretty run down. Everything about this house was dated and uninviting, we were not impressed and happy we pretty much just slept there! The disposal didn’t work right, the bbq was filthy and wouldn’t use. Overall this house was very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

The property was great. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, a great neighborhood, and met all of our needs. Our only minor recommendation is for better lights next to the downstairs bed for reading in bed. Other than that, I would recommend the property to anybody that would be looking for a VRBO in Pacific Grove. It truly is a premier property.

You can see the ocean from the front window and the bay from the upstairs bedrooms!! The mattresses were too soft for us but other than that, it was very comfortable and well provisioned!

The location is great! The house not so much. Outdated furniture, decorations and design. The towels and bedding were all bleach stained. The second night there, we woke to the roof leaking into the kitchen. It took 6 hours for the owner to get back to us about the leak. The weather was cold so we set the thermostat at 70. The thermostat is a NEST, so it could be programmed remotely. When we woke up each morning he programmed it down to 56. Would not recommend this property.

We had a great time - this is a lovely spacious home in a great location. My only critical feedback is some spaces a a bit cluttered (e.g. lots of knickknacks on the countertops and tables), which made it harder for our family to use the space. Not a major issue, just an observation. We would definitely stay at this location again.
