This is a lovely little cottage just a very short walk to a lovely private feeling beach. It was very clean and cute. Kitchen is well supplied. A/C is provided by 2 window, one wall and one free standing unit and did a fine job of cooling the entire cottage during a very hot weekend, although I did find the floor unit in the largest bedroom to be a bit noisy. The bedrooms are VERY cozy but fine for a vacation visit. The owner has kayaks available for use that are down on the beach. All in all, a great visit.

We came down for a wedding weekend at a resort down the road. We were so pleased with the location of this home - not only to the beach, but also to everything in Westbrook. The neighborhood felt like it’s own little community and the accessibility to the beach was unbeatable. The home itself was tastefully decorated with strong coastal vibes throughout. The heat pump (for AC) was an added bonus for sure. The home had everything we needed for our weekend away. Thank you for a great stay.

This cute cottage near the beach is just perfect for enjoying the surrounding area that has great restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. Very laid back and charming. Definitely on the list of places to return to.

Perfect place for some last minute but much needed rest and relaxation at the beach. Anne-Marie has everything you could need available for you to use at the cottage and was very accommodating, Hope to be able to visit again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here so much a couple years ago we returned. No surprises, as advertised, clean, responsive and generous owner, EXCELLENT location. Perfect for kids. Friendly, quiet neighbors and a two minute walk to a lovely private beach or the busier town beach.

Annemarie’s cottage is lovely and superbly located just steps from both a private and public beach. Our teenager paddled on the kayaks and we all enjoyed evening walks up and down West beach. Thank you so much AnneMarie we had a fantastic weekend!

Stayed down here for a local wedding. This property was so cute and we loved staying here! Outdoor shower was super nice, we took the bike out, played games on the table. We wished there was another AC unit in the other bedroom but other than that, would highly recommend!

Adorable Beach Cottage
This is an adorable beach cottage. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for a couple of Mom's to spend the weekend with our daughter's before they head off to college. The house was very clean, and Anne-Marie was very responsive. Great choice for us!

This is my second stay at this house. The first time I came with my husband and two kids. This time it was a girls weekend with my mom, my 13 year old daughter, and my sister-in-law. It's a great house! Super clean and cozy. Two minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors. Highly recommend!

Great location
We had a great beach weekend at Anne-Marie's house. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and close enough to come back for lunch or to get a break from the sun. Although it was warm, there was a nice breeze in the backyard which made it very comfortable to sit in between the beach and going out for dinner.

Also, Annemarie couldn’t have been more gracious when we accidentally broke the coffee maker on day one. It’s a small space that feels big and comfortable. The proximity to the private beach was great as was the proximity to safe roads for runners and walkers. Overall, spectacular place.

A great location, cute beach cottage!
Exactly what you need to enjoy time by the beach. Despite a hurricane coming in on our last day, we had a fantastic stay at this house. Great outdoor shower, quiet neighborhood, raised firepit area, AC was cold, very clean and simple. Highly recommend and the hostess was easy to reach and very kind.

Great little getaway
The pictures don’t do this home justice! It is adorable and very well kept. The owner was always available for a quick text to help find something or answer a question. The backyard space was wonderful as well as the use of the kayaks!! Thanks so much!

It felt like home as soon as we walked in, just like the cozy and comfortable beach cottage we imagined. It was a perfect getaway for a few days. We look forward to our next visit.

There is both the more public beach and a smaller private beach for the neighborhood that are each within five minutes. The owner has 2 kayaks (with adult life jackets at the house) that you can take out that are stored at the private beach. The public beach has a playscape for the kids too. The road along the beach is great for a morning or evening walk.
We had plenty of space at the house for the 4 of us, and left the third bedroom unused. The cottage is adorably decorated and well stocked. It seems a lot of the cottages in the area have been owned by the same families for years making the area a great little friendly community.
This was a great covid safe getaway since there aren’t large crowds at the beach and there are several restaurants to eat outside at that are a short drive.
Owner was easy to work with and my kids already want to know if we can rent again next year. We enjoyed our time at the beach cottage!!
