I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to

My room had roaches everywhere. I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 11pm. I visit and stay in hotels often and this was the worst experience ever.

Probablemente la peor estancia que tendremos en la vida, desde que llegamos el personal de amabilidad cero, nos entregan las habitaciones una peor que la otra, llenas de cucarachas, cosas en mal estado, hay un deterioro notable tanto en las instalaciones como en la limpieza del hotel! No lo recomiendo a nadie! Nos entregaron la segunda habitación 2 horas después de llegar, y para entregarlas también querían demorar y estaba muy molesta y ya con mucho afán y no quería volver a pasar lo mismo asi que me toco hablar con la señora como pude en ingles! Un caos y un desastre total!

Checking in was no problem, the lady was nice respectful and helpful! The room was damaged and the bed was very uncomfor

The property is very convenient to the highway and shopping centers, it’s a few miles from the Washington commanders stadium.

Outside the facility looks nice but on the inside it is ran down and tore up

Unless it's free, I wouldn't recommend, and I live in the area..

The convenience of the location was the best part. Parking was great and accessibility to nearby restaurants.

No ice for beverages. No toilet paper in my room and when I asked for a roll, I was told that they needed to find me an 'emergency roll'... What? I was also asked when I was checkin out.. were they comine back to rectreive the roll on my departure? I was told that I could not use cash to pay, although this is NOT located anywhere on your website, Booking.com or posted at the Front Desk. There were too many people (young or homeless) hanging in and around the facility to include the lobby. There were also people roaming the hallway in their pajamas, which made me feel unsafe and people in Constuction uniforms asleep on the sofas in the lobby upon my check out in the morning. I also want to note, that the spelling of your facility name is incorrect online. It says 'WoodSping', not 'WoodSpring', which is really unprofessional from a Marketing perspective. Overall super disappointed.

Families Beware NOT KID friendly!!!

It was quiet.

They don't have breakfast. They have roaches in some of the rooms. There are prostitutes who have multiple rooms and men coming I'm and out for "services". Not a place for families and no cleaning service you pay for it or have to wash your own bedding. They never have quarters and the vending machines only work sometimes.

Check in took 3 hrs! Only 2 towels and they were worn and dirty, couldn’t change them out at all. Roaches everywhere. Wifi was complete trash.

The room was filthy; dirty floors, dirty shower with hair all over it. No toiletries except one little shampoo bottle. Constant yelling and stomping from the neighbors and people walking the hallway, all the way to 3 am. People hanging outside of the doors, trying to get in. Rude staff.

Very clean extremely comfortable best I've seen yet for the price an would love to stay at any of their facilities anywhere 😀

Full frig in room stove top large shower very very clean comfortable everything looked good from the moment i entered the building. I felt safe inside because of key card access needed to get to elevator to my floor

Worst experience ever!!

Our reserved room was given to someone else and we had to find another hotel due to no more open rooms. When we arrived we were treated poorly by staff and told " we don't got no room for you here".

Staff was very rude! Our reserved room was given to someone else leaving us with no place to stay at 8pm on a Saturday night
