Ideale Verkehrsanbindung mit den Universitäts-Shuttle-Bus zur Union Station alle 20 Minuten
8.0
The hotel is locater in a quiet and clean university campus. They run free shuttles to union station all day long. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, so were the servers.
Great value for money. Will stay here again
9.0
Beautiful location. Good food right outside of the hotel.
$50 parking fee and a bit far from the dc attractions to walk. Shuttle was there but we couldn’t figure out where to find it at union station.

Didn't have any breakfast at the hotel, very expensive per person
Didn't like that I have to pay extra for parking, every hotel I visited in the past, is complementary

Good location
Can’t park free. And parking is very expensive

First, the staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with both cold and hot options, and lots of fresh fruit. The conference center/hotel is on a college campus, but was quiet and I enjoyed the energy of the conference attendees. The Union Market is very close (easy walking distance) and several breweries and restaurants nearby. The metro is also close by and convenient.

location clean good breakfast
connection rooms have a lot of noise

Many varieties of fruits
Parking is pricy

Beautiful grounds, quiet and easily accessible to station with shuttle bus. Really interesting to be at a uni with lots of students using signing to communicate.
It took me a while to figure out the shuttle bus schedule. No access to laundry.

The hotel was nice and well kept. The Campus is lovely, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
The university has a shuttle to and from Union Station which is very convenient. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.
The space in between the door and floor is a bit wide, so light and a bit of noise would come through it.

Great breakfast. There are a lot of restaurants just across the road in Union Market. The bus to Union Station was very handy.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was great. I love the wait staff communication through sign language and their were verbal as well. I thank them for being consistent with the cleanliness and making sure food was just not only available but hot and fresh.

Management was very polite and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Than you all for being so kind.

Nobody mentioned the parking fee, which is $53.1 per day. They charged me 3 days of parking but I only parked 2 days. The reason is I didn’t tell them I only parked 2 days. I didn’t know they charge for the parking, why telling them then?

felt as the 3 star rating was overstated. building is run down. rooms out dated. dust on the ac unit and bathroom was pretty old. located inside a university which is gated. also note this is a university for deaf folks which was not communicated when booking. felt a little cheated

they told me I can't stay at their hotel without giving me a refund. I had to find another hotel at 11PM and they didn't refind any money.

Nothing.

I only got 1 complimentary breast instead of two but the food was good

The room was so cold, I froze. I’m now so sick with a horrible flu due to the room temperature that Reception could do nothing about because it’s central controlled by the university. Most guests raised the same concern.

location
the value of hotel room with no additional amenities and the parking fee was misleading because the University’s police offer much lower rate for parking permit. the hotel will charge $45 per night while the University’s police will charge $5 per night. I went with the University’s parking permit because hotel guests and university visitors park at the same area which is 6th street garage.
