Surrounded by quiet Carillon Village, Pinnacle Port is nestled on it's own peninsula surrounded by The Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. No traffic here! Being on the penthouse also has the advantage of not hearing noise from above, no running footsteps in the above hallways; best view of the Gulf and surrounding lake and this location is an easy walk to the trash chute, kept cleaned and just outside the main floor entrance.
I wish you 100% sunny days but if you should have to wait out a cloud or two this unit has the electronics to enjoy the wait. Key less, card less entry eliminates 'lost in the sand' or 'whose got it?' scenarios between guests. Growing up here gives me the advantage of knowing just what it takes to have available for maximum fun for your time, please allow me to share that with you on your stay.
