Completely renovated with an upscale, open kitchen and spa-like baths, top-of-the-line, double-paned windows and sliding glass door, this one-floor luxury features modern, hand-scraped wood flooring throughout, two luxe private bedrooms and two full baths.
Fully remodeled and professionally decorated, this upscale condo is cheerfully bright and airy. Located on the second floor, Harbour Cove offers easy, one-level living and can be accessed by stairs or elevator.
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN/DINING – The condo features an open living room, kitchen and dining area, tucked-away top-of-the line washer and dryer, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony for enjoying the beauty of Southern sunshine. The LIVING ROOM is perfect for relaxing with queen sleeper sofa and leather chair, antique faux fireplace and a 60" flat screen smart TV. The KITCHEN has been designed with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you would need to create memorable meals and dining experiences – from glassware and cookware to kitchen gadgets, nothing has been left out. The bleached-pine trestle DINING table easily accommodates 6 and the kitchen island an additional 3.
On the BALCONY you will find a bistro chair and table set should you decide to grab a drink, book or people-watch, although you will be tempted to just take them down to the red rocking chairs at the famed marina, which is literally steps away.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS – Our MASTER SUITE features a brand-new plush king bed and reading chair, 55” flat screen smart TV, mariner decor and luxury furnishings to create a look only found in the finest of custom resort accommodations. The ensuite spa-like master bath boasts a walk-in frameless glass shower and marble top vanity. The private SECOND BEDROOM houses two equally plush queen beds and another 55” flat screen smart TV. The adjacent second bathroom features a tub/shower combo and marble top vanity.
AMENITIES include FREE POOL PASS, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, three large top-of-the-line smart TVs and a full-sized, high-efficiency washer and dryer combo.
Rental fee also includes FREE POOL PASS to the coveted Harbour Town Pool, which we cover for a savings of over $320 per week.
