This is my second time in this place
The view from the room's balcony is amazing
Directly overlooking the sea
The manager I spoke with at the time of booking was a very respectful and helpful man
The rooms are exactly as they are in the pictures, and the value for money is priceless
I really felt comfortable. The apartment was comfortable
I totally recommend it

The hotel was good, clean, flat screen and air conditioning. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
Everything is good.

Good location close to the beach, comfortable room, large bathroom.
Air conditioning flooded the room, communal areas quite run down but room was OK.

Location is perfect direct view of the sea and very close to all facilities like restaurants, shopping area, beach. Rooms are good and spacious.
Building is very old and dilapidated due to no maintenance.

Stayed here as a family with 2 toddlers in a quadruple room for over a week and enjoyed perfect location and our room.
Upon arrival we were provided with a viewing options of different rooms and we chose a renovated room with sea view. Towels, soap, shampoo were also provided at the beginning and in the middle of our stay. They even delivered us complimentary big bottles of water to our room. Quality of shower was ok, but you need to wipe the floor each time otherwise it gets slippery. Room lighting is my favourite with lots options how to illuminate the room. Personnel was super friendly despite average English. The sea view rooms have Big balcony, a kettle, a TV, an Aircon and a fridge. Within walking distance one can reach the public beach where we swam in bikini every day, also a huge bazaar (or souq in Arabic) with cheap clothes/shoes, 35 piastries shops, inside there is also a food market with local bakeries and fruit stands. We liked eating out at Alia cafe at the beach front with a super friendly manager from Syria.
It would be good to place foldable laundry dryers in rooms.During the first 5 days, WiFi was very unstable so we bought a mobile internet pack in the phone boutique downstairs - but we knew it from reviews, so we were prepared. AC switchboard is at the reception, so sometimes they turn off if they think you are not in the room - which is good way for sustainability.
The hotel might appear dodgy and shabby from outside, but it compensates fully with basic comfort of rooms. We are not high maintenance guests, the most essential for us was that there were NO bedbugs and NO cockroaches in our room.
The main promenade road tends to get busy during public festivals but in any case we enjoyed watching the celebrations of royal wedding from our balcony.

Staff is friendly.
They organized us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The taxi didn't show up and they were telling us many times wait a few minutes more until we gave up and had to find another taxi with different rate.
The rooms are quite nice but it's incredibly bright in the night. Also there has been singing from a mosque that was so much louder and more often than usual. Only works if you're an easy sleeper.
Worst of all we were asking them about a restaurant and they brought us to another claiming it's the best. End of story we got food poisoning from the fish place they brought us.

a price worthy place to stay in as a solo traveler. Clean room and good pressure in the shower head.
this hotel is basically still under construction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family or for a “love-night”. You can smell the silicone from the construction.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. Got us the room we liked, gave us shampoo, soap, toilet paper and towels.
Brought us a kettle and made sure everything was working.
The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. Enough plugs to charge your items. Air con is good and working
The location is good - 2 meters away from the beach road and easy walking distance to the local market and downtown with a very good local restaurant right in front of it.
We actually extended our stay and returned again after our visit to Petra.

Location is perfect
Swimming pool and hot tub both advertised amongst other amenities, none of which present.
We had 2 nights here before visiting petra and 1 night after petra, when we came back we were told we hadn't booked the same room (we had) and was given a unacceptable room instead.

Great location right next to beach and close to the main shopping areas. The beds are very comfortable with ready availability of warm water. There hotel staff are very helpful and assisted with the luggage, booking cabs etc. The sea facing rooms are just awesome to sit and watch Red Sea.
The entrance of the hotel may not look very inviting but the rooms are comfortable. If you have a car, parking is a issue at this commerical center. The room is unavailable to take a lot of electric load, and will trip if all switches are on.

good location, spacious room
old furniture, bathroom in a really bad state as well as most equipment inside the room.

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel provided me with everything I needed and more. The internet worked well, the room was very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. With a price as good as what I paid, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Location
The rooms were super noisy and the AC was not working so I was freezing all the time. The windows let all the noise from the street inside and the other room had noise from the water pumps all night long. Also the bedsheets were not properly washed and had stains on them.

The room was renovated and looked amazing. I loved the lights, the mirror and the beds - extremely comfortable. Receptionist let us choose the room we wanted before we paid for it so we actually got a better room than the one we reserved online. We paid exactly the same amount as it's written on Booking. In the room there's a fridge (looked dirty but at least was functional), you'll get towels, shampoo bottles, soap and toilet paper. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach, close to shops, close to the centre, bus station and everything you need. For the price it's actually pretty good. I had no problem staying there for 3 nights- my only problem was the cold at night.
The building of the hotel looks terrible. The entrance hall looks like a joke. The room's very nice but the view from the window is bad. It's also very loud (there are chickens out there and they keep on making sounds which we thought was funny but might be annoying sometimes) and quite cold there at night cause the windows can't be closed properly and the AC doesn't work (luckily it's very warm under the bed covers). The bathroom is also old and quite dirty but at least offers a big shower head and hot water which is nice. There's no kettle in the room and you might need an adapter - in the room there's only a british power plug type G.

The cleaning

The hotel is located near the beach in the city centre. So the location is very good. The value for money was good, but there is another hotel on the same street, Roza Aqaba, which had cost the same but was way more better.
The place was nothing like in the pictures. It was equipped poorly. The host smoked on the floor.
