Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and unobstructed city views from this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with two large bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the USA. For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as concessions and public restrooms. Extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Features new appliances (including washer and dryer) and furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's, BluRay/DVD player, and wi-fi. All the comforts of home. A short walk, bike ride or free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village 'The Village' where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops! Fantastic views!

Overall the condo is fantastic and the owners were great with communication. Updated and super clean, Spectacular location and views, You have everything to make it enjoyable from kitchen amenities and all the perfect stuff to hit the beach and the pool. My wife and 2 kids loved it and we are talking about possibly going again. Our stay was when tropical storm Debby was there but having the condo was great. We missed a few beach days and the waters were a bit dark but the location to the beach was perfect. You can walk or take the trolley or frog hop down to the village or the opposite way down to crescent beach and shopping area. We did a number of day trips to explore some of the other keys as well as the mote aquarium. Everything except the storm was fantastic. Thanks again to the Burkes you have a great vacation home.

Location, location, location is so important when booking a vacation, this condo is placed perfect across from the public beach. It has beautiful and scenic views to the beach, ocean and surrounding area. It has an open floor plan with a very functional kitchen. A newly remodeled pool area was very relaxing, plus there is a grill to cook a nice dinner. Beach chairs and umbella are furnished which was very helpful! Too many pluses to list them all, overall i highly recommend staying and experiencing this charming peace of heaven.

The condominium is located in a great location within a 5min walking distance from the famous Siesta key beach and it takes only 5min trolley-ride to the Siesta key village where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful view! You will enjoys its sunrise and sunset…Lastly, but not least, Mr. Burke (the owner) is quick in response and very kind and helpful:)

Walking in seeing the views was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was so pretty and it was nice being able to look out and see how crowded the beach was. Condo was well stocked with everything you needed including beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and hated leaving it. The location is absolutely perfect. Right across from the main beach and close enough to the village to walk or grab a ride on the free trolley. Me and my family hated to leave. Bill was great at communicating and making sure everything was perfect!

Bill’s condo was absolutely beautiful! The views from the balcony are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo was very clean and had tons of beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas. I can’t wait to visit again.

Bill was the perfect host! He communicated in a timely fashion and made sure everything was easily understood. Check in was easy. The rules were explained well. The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this condo are the wonderful views thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors in the main living space that look out to the beach for beautiful sunsets and back across the island toward Sarasota. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our friend, who was traveling with us, as we had separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host provided ample towels, including beach towels, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and even beach toys for families. The beach access is directly across the street. The pool, too, is a very nice alternative to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and easy to reach before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and convenience.

Had a great time celebrating the Holiday at this condo in Siesta Key. Location is perfect with beach access just across the street and about halfway between the North and South ends of the beach that both have shopping and dining. No need to drive to those locations as there is a trolley stop in front of the building that will get you to and from. The Condo itself was very nice with plenty of our room for our family of 5. Owners were great to work with and communicated regularly with us leading up to and after our trip.

If you are searching for an immaculate condo that offers amazing views within very close proximity to one of the best beaches in the country, look no further. In addition; the hosts are incredibly responsive - we had an issue at the beginning of our stay with the lock to the entry door but it was addressed immediately with no problems afterwards. The communication from start to finish was stellar! It is a well appointed unit with everything you would need including beach equipment. Transportation is incredibly easy as there is a trolley and other options to get around the island. If you stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed!

This condo is directly across from Siesta Key beach and on the trolley route. Just a short bike ride to restaurants shops and grocery. The owner was super responsive and thorough with all communication and provided helpful tips ans things to do. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need including beach chairs umbrellas and supplies such as fish and laundry soap. We really enjoyed the condo and location! Highly recommend!

We loved this condo on the 6th floor with great views. The condo is located right across the Street from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Great restaurants in either direction. We enjoyed visiting a different beach every day all within a 20 minute drive. Perfect location. Condo had good floor plan and very clean. Host was easy to work with.

Fabulous condo with great, updated furnishings. Perfectly clean! Trolley access right in front of the tower, and directly across from public beach access. It is a wide point in the beach, so be prepared to walk on that soft, lovely sand for a little bit to reach the water. Even so, we were very, very happy with this condo. Lots of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and coolers provided. Bill and Julie are EXCELLENT hosts, with friendly, prompt, thorough communication. They even provided a document with local restaurant and event information. Would recommend without hesitation!

The location is the best (right across from Siesta Key Beach), and it is just a trolley or golf cart ride to any restaurant, shopping area, or bar that you would like to visit. This condo was the best condo we have ever rented. It was beautiful and had all the amenities that you could possibly need/want. The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the Siesta Key Village. The owners responded to any questions that we had immediately. Perfect vacation at this amazing condo. Bill and Julie very easy to work with, very accommodating and gave detailed instructions to help us upon arrival. Condo is large beautiful and the the views from both balconies are stunning day and night. We did not have a car so the free trolley is a great way to get around the island, it is also an easy walk into Siesta Village where all the restaurants and shops are. The beach which is just across the street is the place to be!! White powder sand, turquoise clear water and sunshine galore!!! What more do you need?? Our first time to Siesta Key but certainly not out last!!!☀️🌴

Everything went well from the time we got to the property until the time we left. Water was shut off for all tenants from midnight until 8am one night which was no problem as long as we were notified and a problem with one bathroom stool that was fixed as soon as we let the owner about the problem.

The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Bill and Julie are wonderful hosts and are quick to respond to any questions. They provide detailed and helpful instructions. Everyone we met at the pool was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views can’t be beat. We are already planning our next visit to Siesta Key and this condo.
