Here in Surfside, you get the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach town and a luxe beach house to come back to after a day of exploring. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home!

Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste).

The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or Amazon Prime for a relaxing movie night.

3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS

Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV!

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4).

Your Surfside Beach stay will be seamless: A full laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower add to the amenities. Beach gear galore lets you make the most of our excellent Gulf-side location!

ABOUT SURFSIDE BEACH

Surfside Beach is a low-key waterside community on the Gulf of Mexico where everyone is welcome to relax and explore. Start your day with a restorative walk down the sand, and visit one of many nearby restaurants for fresh seafood or a delicious cocktail.

We had so much fun with our kids and grandkids! We LOVED the house! We spent time at the beach and had fun riding in the golf cart. We also spent great family time in the kitchen cooking and playing games around the huge kitchen island. We will definitely be back!

This cute beach house has everything you need and will rent a golf cart and have it ready to go for you when you get there. There is a fee but it was worth it it. We are older and this helped us to see our surroundings. It is nice and quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this beach house and owners.

I stayed on the property with my son and his wife and my granddaughter and her husband. All of us found the house to be quite comfortable, with all of the amenities we needed. Being so close to the water was a definite plus and the golf cart made transporting chairs and other beach necessities very easy. The whole family agreed that this house was perfect!

Great place for family Spring Break. Laid back and restful. House was perfect for our kids and out of town relatives to come and take in the Gulf ocean life. Restaurants and nearby stores were great. Try the haunted ghost tour in Galveston if you have time, Al was the best tour guide ever! Boogie board, surf, fish, or just beach it all day!

My 11 yo son and I stayed for 10 nights and it was amazing. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Everything was just as advertised. The beach was just a tiny walk from the house. The golf cart was awesome and such a great addition for our time there. We really liked the jetty park and beach area. The jetty is just a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed the ship traffic that passes thru there and there are a lot of people fishing there. We enjoyed doing some crabbing while in the area. We never caught a crab big enough to keep but boy we sure had a lot of fun trying. The restaurants in the area had good food for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back to the surfside area next year and will be renting from the Britt family again just not sure which of their beautiful houses we will choose.

They had everything we needed. Check out process was the easiest we've ever experienced. They had beach toys and chairs you could use. The outdoor shower was super useful. Beach access was super close.

I can't say enough on how awesome the host and the home was. The host was so responsive and commuication was exceptional! And the house was perfect - a 2 minute walk to the water, clean, a great space to relax and the beds were comfy too. We rented a golf cart through the host as well which was the perfect addition. Can't say enough. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen was great for cooking meals with family and playing lots of games. Wonderful to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and just a short walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Paradise #4 in surfside beach and it was a perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Highly recommend renting the golf cart! It's so fun cruising the beach in it. The Britt family gets 5 stars. They were prompt with communication and great hosts. We will be back!

Everything about this property is exactly as described and perfect for our mini family vacation. Especially enjoyed the kitchen with huge island. Also, the fencing, gates and deck were perfect for containing the dogs and my daughter's toddler. Five stars all the way.

We were in the area to narrow down our house hunt since we’re moving south of Houston next month. We decided Surfside would be nice to explore. This house had the perfect location. It was beautiful, quiet, and close to the beach! We enjoyed fishing at the jetty then shell hunting and playing in the ocean every afternoon! I don’t have a single complaint because it was a perfect stay for our family of 3! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Surfside Beach! This home has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay! The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. The deck furniture made relaxing outside on the deck our favorite thing to do while we were there. We spent a day on the beach as well, super easy very short walk to the beach so it wasn’t hard to go back and forth for food, snacks or to use the restroom. The host sends very thorough information about check in and check out processes. All in all, my family would highly recommend this home if you’re interested in visiting the Freeport, TX area!

Excellent beach house for a very reasonable price. The cooking utensils could use some updating and better organization. But we were able to make due with the available pots and pans. Beach access was excellent and felt very safe in Surfside. Would definitely consider staying again in this property.

We had plenty of sleeping, kitchen was large and had ample space for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Walk to the beach is doable, golf cart is worth renting if you have lots of chairs and stuff. Beautiful sunsets, and sunrises! Loved every minute!!
