Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji wymagający remontu i posprzątania.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży i sklepów. Duży pokój i łazienka.

W pokoju unosił się nie miły zapach. Butelki z płynami do kąpieli były puste. Ręczniki oraz pościel wymagają prania. Stan podłogi na balkonie oraz blatu stolika byl kiepski. Widok z balkonu na dżunglę połączony z widokiem na hotelowy „śmietnik”. Absurdalny regulamin z karami za wszystko np. za ubrudzenie ręcznika i pościeli i z informacją, że hotel nie odpowiada za rzeczy, które znikną podczas sprzątania. Ogólnie hotel potrzebuje remontu. Słabo nawet jak na azjatyckie warunki. Pani z recepcji na prośbę o załatwienie skutera wysłała nam ofertę wynajmu za 1500 rupii za dzień, po czym stwierdziła, że ta oferta nie była dla nas i wysłała nową ofertę za 2500 rupii za dzień.

Good location, nice host but too expensive for what you get

The location is close to the beach and the host is very sweet!

It was really hot in the room when I arrived so i had to wait till the ac did its job, the WiFi connection was very bad. The toilet seat was broken and the shower wasn’t too clean. I think it’s too expensive for what you get

Месторасположение хорошее, номера своеобразные

У отеля хорошее месторасположение, рядом с морем, но чуть в отдалении от дороги. Шум машин не беспокоит. Вид с некоторых номеров на 3 и 4 этажах хороший. Нормальные завтраки. Рядом с отелем можно взять байк в аренду, а так же постирать белье, по достаточно низким ценам.

Отель - это 4-этажное здание со столиками на крыше, где проходят завтраки. На первом этаже номера имеют неприятный запах, так как там больше всего скапливается влага от дождей. На втором и третьем этажах есть номера с большими окнами в коридор вместо стены, а в угловых номерах дверь в коридор с большими щелями, то есть слышимость очень сильная. Спасает то, что мало номеров на этаже. Не во всех номерах есть холодильник. В номере только 2 банных полотенца, для ног полотенца нет, что неудобно, так как душ совмещен с туалетом в маленькой ванной комнате. Ну и конечно, нужно что-то делать с менеджером)

Уставший но чистый отель, идеальные завтраки на крыше отеля с красивым видом

Чистые, но простые комнаты, расположение близко к пляжу. Завтраки очень вкусные, сытные и разнообразные.

Ремонт и стройка на заднем дворе, работала дрель весь день.

Best owner books the place and stayes there alone. Cos it’s more like his home and not like a hotel.

Spacious rooms, modern facilities, great bed, nice washroom, great view from balcony.

Mini car park, owner takes half the carpark space, people working there are like owners pets, specially the short shady fellow. When we left for dinner, he’s asking us if we are leaving ? I think he’s a bit off his head, since we cannot leave without our bags. The actual reason he asked, was because we were yet to settle the payment. But that’s no way to approach !!! After we paid for the first night, this elf looking owner reporter went missing and left us alone. Room has a mini ac, like a mini fridge, takes time to cool, but it will cool after 2 working days. Guests not allowed even to visit and not allowed to stay in the lobby area too. Owners place, owners rules. We come from Colombo, and we know season these guys are in demand. After March they rot and then we will make sure no one goes to this place. Will make sure to tell everyone. Owner got BMW we don’t care. I got a Range Rover !! Peace ✌️✌️

Péssimo hotel

Nada.

Funcionários nada atenciosos ou simpáticos, hotal muito mal cuidado, fotos enganosas, tudo mal acabado e nada limpo, vergonhoso o booking ter um hotel destes na sua plataforma. Para além de algumas ameaças recebidas por parte do gestor da unidade ainda o pagamento que foi feito não foi adequado a estadia. PÉSSIMO.

Will be coming back and can’t recommend the stay enough

Views are the best in Mirrissa with a mixture of both jungle and ocean Breakfast was delicious and great service The staff and manager are very welcoming, informative and helpful.

Good stay but...

Place offers great view on the jungle and ocean. Nice touch was that we got extra fruits after cleaning. Owner was approachable and helpful. Also we could decide which room on the same standard we want as we got there. Overall good experience.

Seems like place still is under development or there are some repairs on the go. You can say that the place has this "industrial look" but in some parts its just not finished.

Felt very comfortable

The caretaker Upali was very helpful and caring. He tried to make my stay a very comfortable and safe one. Also the owner seemed to be quite caring. Thank you.

There was a power cut over 10 hours on Sunday but the hotel didn’t have a generator to provide electricity. Also no lift to reach the upper level rooms and the rooftop where you could have a beautiful view.

Amazing location, kind owner and small inconveniences.

Kind owner, he helped us in everything. Great location, not too far from anything. Amazing view from the balcony, nice bathroom.

Cockroaches (altough the owner helped on this matter). Missing AC in the other room, we couldn’t do there anything, it was too hot. Not so comfy bed sheets.

Great place to stay in Mirissa

New and modern design, great view, spacious, friendly staff, hospitable and flexible owner. The location is very good, near Mirissa beach (5 minute walk) and a good cafe (2-3 minute walk) and 2 spa centres are very close. The owner helped to organise transfer back to airport.

I prolonged my stay. Good place to stay in Mirissa. I would come back to it and definitely recommend.

Great room and location, but terrible wi-fi

Huge, modern room. massive windows and nice balcony. A/C and fan were very good (and needed). Great location - quiet but 5 mins walk to Mirissa beach (at the quieter end of the beach).

The wi-fi did not work at all for me, except for one day, where it was still ridiculously slow. Shower was more lukewarm than hot, but not really an issue given the climate. The room had like 10 different light switches which was both annoying and confusing.

Superb

Amazing room, superb comfort. The hotel is quite new so all the rooms are clean and modern. At the time I was there, a few rooms were still being finished, and there was some work going on, which probably explains why I didn't have hot water for a short time, but otherwise everything was perfect. It's not amongst the busy backpacker area, which is great, and it's just a few minutes from the restaurants and the beach, and 10 minutes to coconut tree hill.

Incredibly nice manager! Had good conversations with him and he was really helpful and attentive. Good location, close to the beach and restaurants, but in a little side street, so it's quiet at night. Huge rooms and nice bathroom, nice rooftop terrace with beautiful view over mirissa. Hotel isn't fully finished yet, but you can already see it's going to be a really nice place.

Had a minor issue with hot water, but got fixed right away so no big deal.
