The property was amazing. Great location. Only a little sketchy at night. Wouldn’t recommend going out during the week past 11pm. Across the street from a great French bakery which was great!
The floor plan was good except there are no windows in the bedroom which was a fire safety concern for us. The kitchen was sparsely stocked and the TV had a few issues loading various shows.
We loved the decorations and style of the studio. And the bed/bathroom were wonderful.
We felt safe with the code-entry condo and room as well as extra deadbolt locks too.
Because this is rented by a rental company we experienced much impersonal communication that was hard to ever talk to a single person and seemed like they couldn’t care less about who rented from them.
Also beware of their weekend prices. The cost per night will quadruple when staying Thursday-Saturday night.
We did love that this location was in the middle of a great shopping and restaurant center. Everything was within walking distance in the historic district.

Location is great for walking. Near every where you wouldn’t to go downtown. Clean and comfortable place to stay

Location of unit was awesome, unit was large, spacious, and well stocked. Love that the bedroom is tucked away from the busy street so it was nice and quiet all night (even on a busy weekend). Literally only complaint is that the check in instructions send you to the address of the building and the entrance to the building (in the picture sent to help you identify entrance) is on the side street. So it took us a few minutes to find it. Other than that, it was perfect.

We will be back

The property was in a GREAT location, extremely clean and had everything we needed in kitchen to cook a meal in one night. It was an easy walk to get on the hop on hop off trolley, City Market 1/2 block behind unit, easy walk to River Street with the shops and restaurants there. Southern Belle Vacation Rental was quick to respond to text inquiries. We slept great, comfortable bed and very quiet, no sleep machine needed.

Can't say enough about the location and the beautiful property! Definitely will stay again. Street can get loud but bedroom is is back, didn't hear anything. We were in the middle of walking everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great location. The entry and exit to the building was easy. Parking lot was close by. We didn’t have any issues. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. It definitely gets noisy with nightlife at night on weekends but that’s expected. Walgreens was right nearby so it was convenient to get snacks and waters. Overall great stay!

The location is wonderful- right by City Market. The description was super helpful and the check in process was seamless. The place was clean and pretty with the exposed brick. Highly recommend.

This condo was just as stated and pictured in VRBO. Communication with rental service was great. Perfect location to walk to everything we wanted. Excellent restaurants just outside the door. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location to explore Savannah and attend the SCAD Film Festival. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We rarely needed our car, but the garage was close and had plenty of available spots.

You can’t beat the location of this place!! It was lovely inside and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

My wife and I needed a place that was convenient for several wedding events at various locations in historic downtown Savannah. We could actually walk to most from the rental unit! This unit was perfect - nicely furnished and updated with modern fixtures and appliances, the presence of antique books and an exposed brick wall reminds one of the history that surrounds you in this beautiful city. Being at the end of Broughton Street also meant that the noise level was minimal and not a problem for sleeping as the bedroom is located away from the street windows. I would definitely recommend this unit.

It was a wonderful place, but, we had to leave early due to a death in the family. We only stayed 24 hours and the next time we get a chance to come back we will try to get this place again.
5.0 / 5.0
We used this unit for a combination vacation/remote work space, and it met all our expectations. The location was incredibly convenient and felt like it was right in the middle of things, which was perfect for us as first-time Savannah visitors.
The unit had a lot of great touches and amenities, and felt truly homey. It was even better than anticipated!
Additionally, details and communication were excellent and made the stay so easy.
Thanks for the great stay!

The good …. location. Easy access for checking in and out. Very responsive management when there was an issue. The bedroom and bathroom are ok.
The bad…. the couch is so uncomfortable and beat up it’s not usable for more than a few minutes. The single chair is equally uncomfortable for relaxing in front of the tv for a few hours. When on vacation it’s nice to have a super cozy room to relax in but this living room area is not that.

You can’t beat this location! Close to everything you could ever want and extremely walkable! Not a ton of storage space but it does the trick! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy all Savannah has to offer!

This was the perfect place. It was centrally located to everything! The spa we booked all was right across the street. There’s also a fabulous French bistro right out of the door that is to die for!
I will definitely stay here again.

We were able to walk to most everything. Property was pretty comfortable.
3.0 / 5.0
The entry into the apartment was very confusing, They gave me one address, but you had to go into the apartment by entering on another street. The parking deck was 3 blocks away. Parking passes did not work, ended up paying for my on parking. Savannah was ok. It is becoming very commercialized.
5.0 / 5.0
This place is in a great location within walking distance for everything we wanted downtown. The parking pass was a plus, we just parked our car there the whole time. It wasn't noisy at night. It was well appointed and had good amenities. Had an elevator too. Would stay here again.

Where you check in to this particular building needs to be explained better. Other than that the stay was good.

Excellent location! Pool option a little misleading
This Vrbo was in an excellent location and within walking distance of 90% of everything we wanted to see.
The apartment was clean and well equipped and we had a lovely time.
My complaint is with the added fees and slightly misleading way in which the listing was done. In their defense I should have researched this issue before booking. On the listing a pool is offered as with this apartment for use with a link to where the pool is and information on it. My fault is that I went under the assumption that the pool was in the vacinity or close by and did not look. It is almost 40 minutes drive away and the link is for the beach and nothing is mentioned about a pool. Once again this is mostly my negligence but disappointing.
My other disappointment was the the extra fees and tricks to squeeze more money from you. My two nights stay should have been $350ish and after taxes, administration charges, and cleaning fees it was $650ish. Check in at 10am, check out at 4pm, with another charge for early or late check in. If you want the option to cancel because of an emergency, charge for that too.
Listen I am no pro at Vrbo. It just strike me as distrustful and price gouging. I love the personal touches and home away from home feel that it gives, however I think maybe a hotel might be a better option these days for many.

Absolutely perfect
We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful rental and we could not have asked for a more perfect place. The location was right in the center of everything allowing us to walk around and explore the historic areas. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
