Patio/Balcony - 400 Sq Ft wonderful relaxing area with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and resort/pool area. 4-person dining set, sitting chair and lounger.
Master Bedroom: King Sized bed to allow you watch US TV channels while enjoying great ocean view, large drawer, night stands, walking closet, the master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile includes a separate walk in shower plus a large soaking tub. Master bedroom has its own sliding door leading to the balcony to overlook the ocean.
Second Bedroom: Queen Sized bed to allow you watch US TV channels while enjoying great ocean view as well, closet, and comes equipped with a safe to keep valuables locked if needed. It also has its own sliding door leading to the balcony to overlook the ocean.
Bonus Bedroom: Kids bunk area has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a door that closes for privacy.
Laundry Room - over sized laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron and board and much more.
Others - Free Wi-Fi and cable TV with tons of US Channels.

Amenities: The courtyard area right below has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.

There are no exceptions & IDs are checked to verify age. A $150 fully refundable damage deposit is due at check-in and refunded at check out after the unit is inspected.
