The location is extremely close to the beach. It's only good if you just need a place to sleep (you'll be out all day).
The current staff (volunteers) were extremely unfriendly and even rude. While the hostel promotes a friendly open space lounge, the staff and even owner were extremely closed off with some people making racist comments. Even other people we met agreed that they felt uncomfortable staying here. The workers also did a "quick clean up" of the lounge, leaving dirty tissues on the couch and joking about waking me up when I was resting in one of the chairs. I have had decent stays before, which is why i came back, but after this visit, I won't be recommending this place again.

Not the best vibe and common area is dirty looking

Nothing
Dirty, moldy, didn't change the sheets, the worst experience ever, at the moment we went inside the room we booked a new hotel, not worthy of humans

Perfect location to explore Haeundae Beach and surrounding areas. Awesome communal space. Spacious room with private bathroom.
Mattress was not comfortable and there was a lot of noise in the mornings

There wasn't any rails in the bathroom. Very awkward without a place to hang your clothes or towl

The friendly staff and chill atmosphere
It was very cold in the room

Location is good. Near Haeundae Beach and close to eateries. Convenience store was just next door. Nice common area to chill at. Staff was nice. Hot water in toilet works, hot air from air-conditioner also works.
Carpet in the room smells of feet. Hot water dispenser in common area was faulty, but you have access to kettle to boil water.

Check in after 9pm only possible, if you alreay paid I didn't pay but I wasn't sure about it. So I had to pay by credit card to get more information about my room and so one. Unfortunately I got wrong informations, so I got a room with beds, which looked used and not clean. I had to sleep in one of the 'dirty' beds.. the day after I got only a 'sorry', then I switched the room and the other nights used to be fine and I was happy with everything.

Hostels in Korea are not the same as Singapore and Malaysia! I got to this one late at night so I knew there were no staff and they sent me the information I needed. Sadly bed's aren't allocated it's first come first serve. By the time I got to the dorm I could choose between two besd one with a bug under the pillow and the other where there were blood stains (probably from a mosquito that was squashed) and other brown stains all down the walls. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in some places and the lockers don't have locks you have to bring your own. When I got to the bathroom there was no hand soap... The toilet was stained badly and there was mold all in between the tiles. I was truly shocked at the lack of upkeep. I left without staying there as I did not feel comfortable staying there. Knowing I've stayed at Hostels around the world that were well priced and were kept clean makes me know that it is possible but I think management needs to urgently up the basic hygiene standards

checking in was easy and the staff was really accommodating!
the sink in my room was not draining well.

Super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and good size for 2 people. It was close to the Haeundae beach area so there was always something to do and many places to eat at
Might get too noisy at night, so if you have a problem falling asleep, be aware of that. Also be aware that the staff might not be available for much outside of reception hours, if you have any questions

the receptionist guy was very nice and friendly- good looking guy which was nice
The rooms were dirty ,disgustingly dirty the walls had scums on them which looked bloody and I had to buy wet wipes to remove the dirt all over the walls which mean the workers didnt clean properly if i could wipe the filth away. the room and beds smelled horrible and there was used tissue on the floor. On the final day at 12:04 a woman opened the door while we were still clearly inside and didnt even pretend to have done it by mistake and started talking to us while we still shocked at the fact that she just opened the door without our okay.
