The location was fantastic and the staff were excellent. Very efficient check in/out.
The wi-fi barely connected, the pool was filled with dirt and bugs and there were dirty floors in our room. I slid one of the dressers out so I could reach the wall outlet behind, and there were dead bugs and huge dust balls.

The price was excellent. Bed super comfortable.
Dated. Some minor repairs needed. Linens old but still in good repair.

I liked the staff who were so nice and helpful. The sheets were nice.
The price (even though it was the lowest there was) for the room was crazy. The tap dripped and was so hard to turn on and off, the wifi didn’t work, the floor strips were coming off the floor and we kept putting into place, the outside light didn’t work, the bathroom light worked when it wanted to work. Not that it’s a big deal but everything was unplugged when we went in and we had to go around and plug everything In. The pool was very dirty, and the hot tub wasn’t hot, and wasn’t clean. We didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did it wasn’t very enjoyable. $150 a night for what we got I thought there would have been better everything. We got what we paid for, but I wouldn’t pay over $60 for that room. The staff were very polite and very eager to clean and give us towels. We are pretty easy going. But I hope the owner will give this place some more attention to detail.

No breakfast
The road signs dumped behind the motel in the field when we looked from the bathroom window.

Location is about all.
Air conditioner knob was broken and blew warm air. The WIFI was terrible. This place should not be charging $180 per night. It is old and run down and needs work.

ok location
way overpriced

great location clean and comfortable
we were originally booked into a first floor unit but husband has mobility issues so changed to ground floor unit. When booking make sure you stipulate that you want ground floor especially as we had lots of luggage as we were travelling for a month

The property is ideally located to visit Green Gables Heritage Place and Avonlea Village, Cavendish Beach and the National Park, and also to drive to other western parts of PEI. There is a Tim Horton coffee shop and mini-supermarket next door, together with a petrol station, and good restaurants nearby (particularly the Lost Anchor just up the road). Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Location was close to all attractions. Impressed with staff accomodating my scent sensitivities with linens etc.
There were several bugs crawling around(like hard shell ants). Not sure what they're called but staff did their best with traps. Seemed to be attracted to humidity. But more this year than last year.

Thé property is close to all Attractions
We noticed in the evening that we arrived that we were missing blankets and pillows, office closed at 830 pm and though we did reach management by phone, they did not offer any solution.
The property had many bugs( beattles, ants, earwigs). They seemed to multiply every day that we were there. We told management who said that is just the way it is in summer months. They clean and spray but there is no solution.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly, pool was a nice added feature even though we didn't use it.
Mattress seemed a little old and the sheets were stained. Towels and facecloths were also stained. Honestly, you get what you pay for and those are minor issues for me. My only genuine concern was that the window over the balcony didn't lock at all - the frame didn't allow the lock to even align. Anyone could have come onto the deck, popped the screen off and lifted the window. Traveling as two young adult females, it was a little unnerving.

Hot tub wasn't working.
We were looking forward to that.

The location is central in Cavendish and very good. The outside was kept neat and the kids enjoyed playing on the playground equipment.
The 'heated' pool was cold, the hot tub was on the fritz, the air conditioner didn't work, our room was damp feeling and there was a soft damp spot on the wall beside the tub. Also our beds were not made after the first night and we didn't receive fresh water glasses to replace our used ones.
