About this house rental
Just minutes drive to Hastings Street this idyllic house is hidden away on a quiet lane-way directly opposite the beautiful Weyba Creek that flows from Lake Weyba into the Noosa River and only 5 minutes' walk to the famous Noosa Farmers' Markets. Weyba Creek is an expansive nature habitat and an important ecosystem for marine feeding and breeding. The expansive waterway in front of the house is a favourite local spot for swimming, boating, canoeing, crabbing and fishing.
The large architecturally designed house is perfectly situated between renowned Hastings Street and Noosaville being less than a five minute drive (or bus stop around the corner) to either location and just a few minutes more to iconic Sunshine Beach. You will experience some of Australia's best restaurants, cafés and shopping. Alternatively if you would prefer it's only ten minutes in your small (tinnie) boat to either location and you can park your boat out the front on the creek. If you are feeling a bit more energetic it's about a half hour walk or 10 minute cycle, or as I sometimes do, you can Kayak! Best yet on a Sunday you can walk just five minutes over the footbridge to the famous Noosa Farmers market where you will experience the region's gourmet delights.
The home is on two levels and has three large bedrooms and is most suited to no more than 7 people ie 2 couples (4 adults) and three others. The master bedroom has a king size bed and upstairs has a queens size bed and another room with two king single beds and comfortable trundle bed. The downstairs master bedroom is huge with large walk-in wardrobe with large ensuite with his and hers sinks and bidet and opens to a veranda with hammock with lush gardens which is perfect for lying in on a lazy summer's day.
There are three toilets and two large bathrooms. In all it sleeps seven.
The house is perfect for long lazy lunches or dinner get togethers (strictly no parties or schoolies allowed) with brand new large designer kitchen with beautiful granite benches and central granite island bench with stools and sink for keeping the chef company while she/he prepares. The kitchen has all mod cons including chefs oven and an amazing walk in fridge and walk in pantry where you won't have to tirelessly search for things. The laundry has fold out ironing board, washing machine and dryer. It also has a double automatic lock-up garage.
The house is very spacious, light and airy with large living areas both upstairs and downstairs for different dining experiences including fireplace downstairs during winter months. Downstairs is a beautiful garden room with entertainment area and deck where you can sit and enjoy the surrounding tropical bushland and the creek area which is full of native bird life, including black cockatoos, parrots, scrub turkeys, and large goannas. Upstairs from the kitchen you climb a staircase to newly finished extensions that includes a sunroom/dining room and deck looking amongst the trees to the river. You will feel like you are in a treehouse but with river views as well. This room is perfect for a lazy summers lunch being light and airy for outdoor dining with large full length cantilever doors which opens the whole upstairs up to nature. It has convenient granite benches, a sink and bar fridge. Best of all, koalas are regularly seen in the street which will be sure to give you a real tropical Queensland experience.
Full access to the house other than one locked storage room and one locked cupboard in the kitchen. Full free internet with smart TV, Built in ironing board, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher all available. Linen and towels supplied. Keys can be accessed through a locked outside safe where code will be provided if arriving at odd hours. Easy access : only a few minutes drive and 10 minutes by own boat or bike to either Hastings St or Noosaville and a few minutes walk to the famous Noosa Farmers Market.
Downstairs is large, open plan and convenient for someone in a wheelchair (previous owner builder was in a wheelchair) or having difficulty climbing stairs with easy access from the garage and large bathroom attached to the master bedroom although we have removed the handrails in the bathroom so assistance will be required.
We love this quiet spot on the creek and I'm sure it will not disappoint.

We returned to the Bells’ gorgeous home for the second year in a row. Traveling with my older parents, the home is spacious and fully accessible for them. Lots of spaces for them to relax and, at the same time, bikes and kayaks to help the rest of us enjoy the river and biking to the beach. I love that the house feels tucked away in nature but is minutes from everything you could need or want. And Adrian is the most generous and attentive host! We hope to return to this special place the next time our family can gather for a holiday.

The property is wonderful and much bigger in real life than the photos.
Adrian is a generous and attentive host.
The house has absolutely everything you need. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. Great location very peaceful opposite the river.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. We loved the location and found the spacious and multiple living areas great for our party.
The house was well equipped - we particularly loved the walk in coldroom!! The extras such as coffee pods, bikes, fishing gear, etc. were a really nice touch too.
We recommend this home for a party of 7. We had a wonderful time here and we hope to return for another holiday soon!

If you are thinking of staying you wont be disappointed. The house is very well appointed with some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The showers, and of course large bath will have you singing in the shower. There is an abundance of couches prefect for lazing about chatting, reading your favorite novel or watching a movie. The kitchen and appliances are well appointed and there was a number of coffees made from the coffee machine. Dining is also a a rewarding experience with the extremely large dining table. There is also a BBQ area upstairs with a view of the river and yet another great area for family and friends to eat and socialize. The double garage is spacious and has height enough to accommodate tall large 4WDs. For the adventurous there are a number of sporting equipment available. We had a fantastic family get away and highly recommend this property for a family or friends get away.

We chose this beautiful home for our special family holiday and what a wonderful decision. There was plenty of room for us all (six adults) and the added bonus of the boards, kayaks, bikes and fishing gear made the holiday extra special. The Bell's property is stunning, the sunroom/bbq area is such a beautiful space and we spent most nights up there enjoying quality family time. The beds are comfortable as are the various seating options. The home was spotless and stocked with so many extras. It is in a leafy, quiet area with a lovely walk along the river out the front and is close to great coffee, the beach, shops, and restaurants. Adrian is quick to communicate and very accommodating. We would definately stay again and will be recommending to friends. Thank you for everything Adrian. Your home is such a beautiful, relaxing space.

This home ticked all of our boxes, offering plenty of living spaces, well appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms. Great location in a beautiful setting. Our first time in Noosa and we’ll be back. Can totally recommend Adrian’s home, you won’t be disappointed. He is very accommodating and generous.

The Bell’s property is even more spacious and beautiful than the photographs indicate. So many places for folks to relax-from a cozy sitting room, to a shady porch, sun-filled second floor open kitchen-dining room, to a comfy entertainment room. The access to the first level with its master suite was perfect for my folks with some mobility issues.
Our hosts provided kayaks and bikes—my husband and daughter took two tours of the lovely River tributary across the road. Location was convenient to many amenities, yet quiet and restful in all the ways we needed it to be. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and our hosts also pointed out the many options for dining in the immediate area.
In sum, I would return to this property in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to friends. Aiden went above and beyond to make sure our holiday unfolded seamlessly, and I’m so grateful.

The house was beautifully presented, spacious, clean, great kitchen and an amazing upstairs BBQ area.
This house had it all from mountain bikes and kyaks to kayo. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and fans, bathrooms and toilets on both levels.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious retreat in a great spot. 5 min drive to Hastings St. A nice creek/reserve at your doorstep.
Adrian was very helpful and attentive.

The home was very spacious with lots of room for our large family. We loved the upstairs sunroom and the beautiful outlook it had. Great location on a quiet street with lots of walking/bike paths to explore, or an easy 5 min drive to anywhere in Noosa. Highly recommend this home.

We are a large family with 5 teenagers and this property had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Gorgeous kitchen and fab upstairs, sunroom and BBQ area made it very hard to go out at night and find a restaurant! We had a small boat so the jetty just across a quiet road could be tied up and used on the river all the way into Noosa. Adrian was one of the most helpful, friendly hosts we’ve ever come across and just lovely to deal with. The position is very central and Noosa Civic, Sunshine Beach, Hastings St etc is easily accessible by car, even bike or walking into the busy areas is easy and you have the benefit of being in a peaceful, quiet part of Noosa (very rare!) thanks again to Adrian for making the stay a special one.

A family holiday to remember at Noosa, thanks to a well-appointed, very comfortable and spotless accommodation in a great location. With family of varying ages and mobility, the lovely views and multiple seating areas provided entertainment to those at home while the proximity to the fabulous Noosa farmers' market, great coffee shops, Hastings Street shops and beautiful beaches provided easy access to the more energetic. A highly recommended holiday destination.

A fantastic location in a beautiful big family home that is set amongst mother nature’s finest of natural vegetation and a river , yet just a short 5 minute drive and you have the sand and surf at your feet. Best of both worlds. My family and I had a very relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The home accommodated our family very nicely and every detail was well thought of.. I highly recommend this home to anyone who loves Noosa :)

Adrian was a fabulous host and was extremely prompt in answering my queries. Nothing was too much trouble and he even purchased beach towels for us so we did not have to carry them on the plane with us! The upstairs sun room is beautiful for dinner and breakfast. A tranquil and lovely location.

We used the upstairs BBQ area a lot.

The sounds and smells of nature all around.
Special family memories made.

What a great house! As soon as we stepped through the front door we knew we were in for a great few days at Adrian's house. With four adjoining living spaces in the downstairs area, all beautifully furnished, there was plenty of space for four adults and two young kids to enjoy. It could have easily accommodated several more kids. We enjoyed the modern alfresco BBQ area upstairs for evening meals and in the early morning when reading the newspaper. It was such a peaceful place, looking out across gum trees to the river. The house is also well located on a quiet street, just a few minutes drive from Noosa Junction and a few minutes more to Hastings St. We also greatly appreciated the large well designed and well-appointed kitchen which had everything we needed to cook just like we were at home. The novelty of the walk-in fridge also never wore off! Thanks Adrian

We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year holiday at this beautiful property. A place to enjoy some peace and quiet in Noosa at the busiest time of year is hard to find. The owners have thought of everything when putting this holiday house together, from fishing rods and kayaks to a brilliantly equipped kitchen. Lots of space and comfortable furniture for people to either be sociable or sit quietly and read. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, prompt and helpful communications throughout. They even have friendly neighbours! Any owner thinking of letting their holiday house should stay here to see how it should be done.
