Los servicios estuvieron perfecto: televisión, Wifi, agua caliente.

The room is comfortable except that it has no closet or place to store clothes. The staff it's friendly and the room it's clean and its location is close to the downtown.
What I did not like is that the door is a glass door and you can hear noises in the hallway, however the place is a interesting hostel concept.

The main entrance is thru an optical office you need to get their keys during business hours
The girl in charge Kasandra can meet you at her convenience
They really need to invest in a lock box
we had to haul our luggage to our tour because no one was able to meet us with keys before 10;30 am

Room is very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Smart TV and hot water on point! Ended up staying one more night!
Not a dislike, but I wasn’t aware that the entrance is not signaled. It is an inconspicuous door! Also, I would have liked faster wifi to be able to do some work!

Clean, nice location, quiet
The shower didn’t drain properly and informed the staff twice, but the problem was never addressed.

Kassandra was great. I asked for a pad for the mattress and she bought one and put it on mattress the next day.
It wasn't a good place for me. I felt too vulnerable as a solo woman traveler. I was the ONLY person in the building after the optical shop closed. That was uncomfortable. Also, the street is quiet at night with no traffic and I did not like to come in aftet dark and work two keys to get into the building. I'm sure young people and couples would have no problem. I left a couple of days before my paid stay ended and rented a hotel room where someone was always at the property.

Excellent value. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, nice little patio, quiet neighborhood at night, close to the Plaza de Capuchins and the Mercado Independencia, comfortable walking distance to the center of the city. What more can you ask for?
Check in was a little confusing—there’s no “front desk,” so you think you’ve made a mistake, and arrived at the opticians! Maybe it would help to include some details about arrival in the listing online.
Wish there could have been a coffee maker!
