About this house rental
Secluded, beachfront family holiday house at Culburra Beach set in a mature garden with beach access by private path to dog-friendly Culburra Beach. Watch dolphins, and sometimes whales, from the open plan living area. Comfortably sleeps two couples and up to eight children in the bunk room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, barbecue, fire pit, games lawn and outdoor bath. Guests have the entire property to themselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pavilion House in June. The house was amazing. Such a cool design and styled beautifully but still felt like home. So many thoughtful details from the generous kitchen amenities to spare thongs and even the diffusers with selection of essential oils. The garden and THAT VIEW was magnificent. A wander down to the beach in the crisp early morning, followed by endless cups of coffee and pastries, lounging in the sun chairs on the lawn, gazing across the ocean or just enjoying the bird life above in those gorgeous banksia trees.
We explored Jervis Bay, ticked off a bucket list item - seeing whales for my first time! Loved Huski pub. Enjoyed takeaway from The Little Snapper and dinner at the Bowling club. Long afternoon walks along the beach (the crazy kids swam every day!). Then to finish the day snuggled up in front of the fire. Bliss.

Amazing Vista
We had the worst weather but had a great time. The house is amazing, the fireplace was great & the kitchen had everything you would have at home. The home is well stocked and also had lots of games to keep the kids entertained.

Best views in town
Such a gorgeous house. We had the best stay with our friends. Possibly the best view and so easy to get onto the beach. We saw dolphins playing in the waves and the inside and outside fires were amazing. We will definitely come back for another visit.

We loved the Pavilion
We have visited Culburra for many years. Out first time to the Pavilion. We loved it. House was perfect for our 3 generations & our dog. So relaxing & cosy. Well fitted out. Would love to return one day soon :)

Absolutely perfect beach house
We loved everything about our weekend at Pavillions at Culburra . The house is divine , perfectly situated with direct beach access . Beautiful kitchen for our birthday celebrations, everything a chef would need plus more . We loved the outdoor dining area , the fire pit , the bathrooms are unbelievable . Will be back in a heartbeat . The owners have thought of absolutely everything and our pooch had a great weekend too !! Thanks Susan for a great weekend in your beautiful house .

Fantastic stay
Wre had a group of 8 stay at Pavilions, 2 families with adult kids. We had a fantastic stay, the property location is amazing, the house is well laid out and never felt cramped. The house is clean and well equipped and we will definitely be back.

South Coast getaway
The property is right on the beach front and very scenic. Access is easy with a laneway behind the house and parking ample. The living space is beautiful in decor and the fireplace is lovely. Kitchen is well stocked.
The layout of the house probably needs to be more clearly outlined in the listing as the 2 other bedrooms is in an adjoining house which is connected by an outdoor deck. We were a bit unfortunate as it was stormy, wet and windy the night we were there. A bit tricky for the kids to navigate at night.

Heavenly break
From the outside when you pull up you think - oh. Then the door opens and the ceilings rise and the ocean is right in front and you are in heaven. Such a clever layout and furnished so comfortably and perfect for large groups. On one day it rained heavily all day and we were all able to lounge around on hammocks and sofas very comfortably intermittently chatting and reading. Very very lovely. Highly recommended.

Short Summer Stay
My family loved our three night stay at Pavilion House over the New Year period and our next visit will hopefully be a longer one. The house is incredibly stylish, cleverly designed, comfortable and well presented and kitted out. The location directly on the beach, secluded just behind the dune was stunning. Our host was so helpful and thoughtful and the management team appeared at a moments notice to help us out with something. I can not speak more highly of every aspect of what is obviously a much loved and lived in family home. Thank you Susan for looking after us so well.

Amazing sea views right on doorstep!
Love the amazing views right in front of house. Makes meals at dining table a very enjoyable experience looking at vistas. No toilet on same lvl as main bedroom in house a little difficult as it made navigating dimly lit stairs a nervous experience during night. However all family members love their weekend stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Incredible views
Had a wonderful weekend catch up with friends at the Pavilions. Magnificant views of the sea with direct access to the beach. Unfortunately the weather didnt play nice so we made use of the awesome kitchen, cooking meals for 11 adults with ease. Everything was spotless and booking and communication was a breeze. Highly recommended.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY !
I spent the weekend away with friends celebrating my 50th Birthday. This Beach House is not only comfortable, featuring everything you need, but has the most amazing view and direct access to the beach. During our stay we also engaged the services of Valley Cheese Makers & Roaming Yogis. I recommend this house for Girls weekends away and those with large families - just PERFECT !!

A gem find right by the beach
We couldnt have asked for a more perfect stay. The house is impeccable, with all the trimmings. The kitchen is well supplied, plenty of books and games for rainy days in, the beach just meters away. We have varying weather so we made use of the full house. It's spacious and the layout makes it great for all spending time indoors without feeling like you were on top of each other. Would absolutely recommend and will be back

The perfect beachside holiday!
We absolutely loved our stay at The Pavillion. The house was perfectly set up with everything you could possibly need. The design was aesthetically beautiful & very thoughtful in the layout to optimise your experience.
And The view was spectacular!
Our boys loved the bunkroom
& our dog loved her morning run on the beach.
Highly recommend this beautiful home for a relaxing break away from life in the city.

Wonderful place for a holiday
The location could not be better with the beach so close. The design of the house takes full advantage of the surroundings.
The living area is well suited to family groups with comfortable couches, heaps of books , dvds and games provided.
Appreciated the provision of first aid kit and tick medication. Thankfully these were not needed.
Kitchen well supplied with tea, coffee and basic cooking needs and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Great for dogs with plenty of room for them to run around safely.
The only problem we had was poor internet. Had we known this was the case we would have brought our own.
In all, a wonderful pet friendly family house. We loved it

Fabulous views and a skip away from the beach.
Absolutely a beachfront haven and can’t beat relaxing in the hammocks whilst taking in the ocean breeze & watching the waves. Our little furry baby loved the secure garden and spent hours sniffing & exploring whilst we chilled. There were only 2 of us and plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped to wip up our dinners. Worth noting that the Queen bedroom & bunk room are in separate annex, v close but not connected to main house. Not a major issue for us as we stayed in main house. Although there you find the Rain shower, which with the doors open is a real treat as you overlook the horizon. Fabulous, would definitely stay again

Perfect! Will be back again!
We’re regulars at Pavilions House. My wife uses it to get away with her girlfriends a couple of times a year, we come sometimes with the kids and another family during the holidays, but this time it was just the two of us for a short stay for our anniversary. We cooked up a storm in the kitchen, took a couple walks along the beach, I went fishing out the front while my wife read her book in the hammock and later we watched Netflix in bed. We absolutely love the place and really just want to thank Susan for all the thought and care she puts into making it such a great place to stay. She’s thought of everything guests might need or want. Easy walk down to the beach in front of the house through the beautiful native garden, so comfortable inside and just instantly relaxing from the moment you walk through the door. And also Kylie the manager in Culburra is great. Really helpful and lovely. Thank you once again ladies.

What a great location and view!!!
We had a great time at this property. We had plenty to do and the view was perfect!! We could sit and relax taking in the view, play on the beach or just a quick drive to many attractions. The communication with the property owner was great and she was very helpful and accomodating. We took our 10 year old and our two fur babies and we all enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to be aware that the bunk rooms and queen room are in a separate building to the main living area and king loft but our 10 year old slept on the lounge in the main living area and said it was super comfy and she felt it was a novelty to sleep in the lounge room when away.

Such a beautiful home! Incredible view! Overall- amazing!
This home made us feel like we were away on a holiday overseas- just a complete escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I was so pleased with how well organised and smooth the process was in renting this home! Susan was very flexible, and was prompt with replying to any questions I had. The home itself faces the beautiful ocean from the living room, and basically every room in the house gets a glimpse of this same view. The beach was so close by, and what’s more? This place is dog friendly, so we were able to bring our dog too! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home Susan- it was so beautiful! Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday.

Beautifully designed and an absolute pleasure to stay at
Beautiful little slice of heaven. Susan has thought of everything. the property is well appointed and designed. We could not fault the place and we all enjoyed a very relaxing week. The fireplace and hammocks are amazing. Local contact Kylie very attentive and everything ran more than smoothly. Even the ocean water temperature was perfect!
