I liked the property being on the beach.
I paid for a beach from room and it was furthest from the truth. There are no beach front rooms on this property. Between my room and the beach is a playground, a basketball court and the kitchen.
Roads are an issue in Ghana period but going to this facility off the main road, I hated it going into the property. It was wet and very muddy almost getting the vehicle stuck. It’s not good at all especially if it had been raining.

Beautiful and very tranquil grounds, beach and surroundings. Chalet was nice and comfortable.
We were the only ones there, which felt strange. Restaurant didn't have any food ready, so needed to wait a long time for food. Staff were not always around to ask for towels, etc. Breakfast was not to my taste, even though I was already expecting Nescafé coffee, I do think that for this price you should be able to have good quality food and drink. They didn't have coca cola in stock (only zero), for example, or small bottles of beer. As I like to have coffee when I get up, before the bar is open, i asked for a kettle which i got but no cups, coffee, sugar, milk etc. I also asked for shampoo and they didn't have any.
Restaurant called us at 6 to ask if we wanted to order dinner as they were closing. We still weren't hungry but no other option. The road to the place is very bumpy, even in a four wheel drive it was off putting, so we couldn't just pop to the shops or another bar. Bed had a plastic undersheet which was uncomfortable. So altogether, despite the beautiful grounds, not what I would expect for the price.

The Room had ants , Swimming pool was not working

Breakfast ok, Location a bit far.
Beach because of stone wall not accessible, which is a big minus. Building the pool will be an upgrade but the fact you are at the beach and can not really go into the sea is a disappointment.
Staff, service very slow. Time between order and receiving your food is unacceptable.
Rooms very good, shower, spacious bathroom. Mattress protector (plastic a bit uncomfortable.
look above. All mentioned.

The beach is steps away from the rooms which is great. The garlic shrimp was my favorite meal and the food was quite good.
There was a gecko in the room which might be normal for the area, but was surprising to me. The property feels a bit dated, but I spent a lot of time at the beach so it's not a huge deal. They are renovating the pool, so next time that will be working.

the main building was nice, without the plastic coverage on the windows it would have been perfect. The staff, esp the cleaning ladies, very friendly. the location and the beach were nice.
the information about the pool was rubbish. they said it would be ready, but in fact it will certainly take a long time til it is done. nobody was working on it. we also found it disturbing to see the boss sitting in front of the monitors, controlling his staff all the time. food was extremely slow and breakfast rather basic. The confirmation said "room with seaview". None of these houses has a seaview. I would prefer not promising things that raise expectations. This causes disappointment.

Calamari and dinner was spectacular.
The food took long to arrive, we waited 2 hours for our food. We were charged for delivery of the food to our room after getting tired of waiting and the breakfast was meh. Could've done better at communication. They told us the food would be ready at 7pm the time came and passed, my wife had to go check on the food just for them to tell us we have to wait an extra hour. We shouldn't have to go check they should've sent someone or called our room.

proximity to the sea and arrangement of chalets.
No easy chair in the room and hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes.

The location, quality of accommodation and staff were all brilliant.
The pool was out of action, and as the resort is on the Atlantic coast the pool was one of the reasons we selected it over the neighbouring resort. I can see that over the next few years the whole place will need freshening up. But really good value overall.

Very lovely atmosphere and clean refreshing air. The facility is properly cleaned and secured. It was so worth it. The food was great. My fiancé and I greatly appreciated the assortment of breakfast and on our first night the dinner was simply amazing. Even though we arrived at the restaurant quite late our order was ready within some few minutes and the staff were all so full of smiles and willing to assist in various ways.

The resort itself is beautiful and the service was welcoming. Great views of the ocean and good access to the beach for walking. The dinner and bar service were both brilliant - great, tasty food!
The approach to the resort was bumpy with uneven and unfinished roads. I believe that once the infrastructure has been built, it will be amazing.
The furniture is tired and needs to be replaced with new. More could have been made of the dining areas top and bottom. It looked tired, without character and therefore lacking in atmosphere.
The service - when food was delayed longer than promised - could have improved simply by notifying us of the challenges (would have created our own sense of empathy).

Beautiful architecture, beautiful setting in a lush garden, everything in impeccable order. A light breeze helps to cool down after a day on the beach. The owner and his crew is really helpful and competent.
The food tasted grandiose, it was the best we ate on our stay in Ghana! But....
....the service was sooo slooooooooow. They really need a training to understand how tourism works. One example: for our four kids we ordered two simple hot dogs (only buns and sausage, no garnish) and one plate of plain noodles. It took them 1:20 hour to serve the hot dogs, only after I asked. There were four people standing in the kitchen. *After* the hot dogs arrived it took another 40 minutes for the noodles to arrive. 40 Minutes for noodles?
In the evening we had to go find someone who could bring us a new beer after we were sitting for half an hour in front of empty bottles.
