Newly Renovated 1 bedroom condo in Cocoa Beach.

For a quick get-away or a longer break, our condo is just one block from the beach access and the perfect spot to chillax and renew. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 persons with 1 Queen Bed and a convertible sofa. Pack-N-Play available upon request for small children. Central air, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Located downtown Cocoa Beach near restaurants, library, and most importantly, the beach. Also, only 30 min from Kennedy Space Center and an hour from Orlando Airport and the world class attractions there. Visit Disney or Universal, but, stay at the beach.

This cozy apartment hosted us over the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay! It is steps away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy. We had everything we needed for our stay. AC worked great! THANKS!

The rental info did not include the unit number so in the dark we tried several units doors to see if the key fit before finally reaching out to get the info. The space underneath the stove top where it meets the counter was absolutely caked with food, and the kitchen caninets were hung very high and are hard to reach.

We had a great time on our honeymoon! We stayed in a cute little house a short walk to the beach! And also a short distance to some of the best sushi I have ever had and Siam orchid!!! But overall it was a beautiful home!!

Everything was as listed. Very convenient and short walk to amenities and beach access. Parking was a bit tight but totally manageable. Would definitely stay again if in area.

The only issue for me is the parking. You park directly in front of your unit and there is a small wall there that prevents you from opening your car door fully

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in January and it was exactly as advertised. The price was good and we had everything we needed for our stay that was advertised. It was perfect for a couple to stay at for a week, or even a small family. We would defiantly stay again!

There was 100s of ants in the kitchen which then migrated to our suitcases, which was absolutely terrible as we stayed prior to boarding a cruise ship. I have still been finding little ants on my bag. Not fun

A perfect location within minutes of everything and a great place to stay if you’re trying to catch a rocket launch. The property manager was very responsive and the place had everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach.

The cost was very reasonable but unit is very old and showed its age with peeling metal fixtures, uncomfortable couch, and hairdryer that did not work correctly.

The property is in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk to/from beach in, within walking distance of food, shopping, liquor store, etc. In-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and so many basics are provided! The towels/linens in particular but also a full kitchen. The property manager was quick to respond and extremely helpful (just a wifi password issue) and the electronic door made it so easy to run off to the beach quickly without worrying about keys. The walk to the beach is shortest and in as much shade as possible by taking a left out of the unit to fourth street and then straight to the beach access. Couldn't recommend this property enough!

The check in process is very easy and Petra is very responsive . Sofa with the pull out bed is terrible, my son said the springs were poking him. Bathroom was very unclean with hair clumps everywhere! The Pet urine smell was horrible when you first walk in. The fridge was rusted all over, the host said she will get another fridge eventually for future guests. Pillows were stained and the furniture should be steam cleaned. The master bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and easy to get to places.

I love everything about this condo. It's not perfect as there are trivial details that need to be improved but overall it was a great stay for us. Petra was an awesome host. She responds promptly to texts or emails. She's also attentive. She cares for her guests. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will experience in person. It is clean, cozy and has everything you need. I like that it is very close to the beach. 8-10 minute walk. The location makes you feel like a local not a tourist. It's a quiet, safe, secluded neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I love the decor of this place. The neighborhood is very quiet and walking distance to everything. Would stay again if the cable is fixed. Also the slider locks do not work. There is also no secure front lock. As a single traveler this was a major concern. Other than security and cable issues the place is great.

the property was very cute and perfect for my friend and i. though the floors were extremely dirty, the place came well stocked with the basic necessities for the beach, as well as cooking. washer & dryer are convenient but not the greatest, patio area was nice and relaxing. few roaches here and there. nothing overwhelming but something to take into consideration. overall convenient location and a 10 minute maximum walk to the beach. restaurants are within a walking radius. in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

We arrived at the property with a list of instructions that we assumed were adequate to get us into the condo. The first thing we observed was that the address applied to about 20 units, but we couldn't determine which one was our rental. We immediately called the Manager, but only got voice mail, and when we finally spoke to her, she wasn't able to answer this simple question right away. After about 15 minutes she called us back with the unit no., and we were able to get in and get settled. A few hours later, however, a new problem emerged when we found ourselves unable to lock the door from the outside. This led to a lot of conversation, until finally the Manager provided us with a code to the key box near the front door, and we were able to use the key to lock up for the rest of our stay.

Property was clean with easy entry and exit without having to carry keys. Condo was exactly as in the pictures. Shower was nice and hot and there were big fluffy towels to dry off with. Location was excellent for our purposes.

Pretty clean and had everything we needed. Host was quick to reply to any questions I messaged. Only tricky issue was parking. We were in a F-150 and it wasn’t super easy to get into parking space in between two other parked cars (was expecting it to be a pull in spot but it’s more of a parallel parking spot directly on a narrow drive). Other than that it was a great stay and close to beach/restaurants.

I give this condo a 5 star rating considering the excellent price point. As others stated, the pull out bed is pretty uncomfortable, and the parking is a bit tricky (especially for larger vehicles). But the place was clean, nicely decorated, easy to access and fully stocked with items to help a family visit. There were puzzles, books, games/toys, a baby pack & play, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys, laundry & shower soaps, kitchen essentials. It's a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to nearest public beach access which is awesome. There is a small playground & nature preserve just a 2 minute stroll down the street. You are right off A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. If you go south, you are in the downtown area with great food & entertainment options. If you go north you hit the Ron Jon surf complex, lots of restaurants, putt-putt courses, go-karts, escape room & other family entertainment. We used to live in this area and this was so convenient for our visit back. We would definitely stay here again.
