Not much
The room was not clean--the floor remained moist/damp with visible water. It was room 119. More than anything----there BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I got bit up the first night---did not know what it was. The second night, I jumped up and flipped the light on and there were two bugs. I went to management. I don't believe they cared about my concerns, only response was"I'm sorry". I need for this comment to be recognized, it happened 6/21/23--6/21/23.. My name is Michele Jackson. I don't think I will go this site again.

The hotel was convinient as on the way to Cape Canaveral, Kennedy space center.
Room was minimal, toilette was also not working properly. We mentioned it at the reception but no assistance was provided. We found hotel rates pretty high for what was then offered.

nothing
dirty, roaches, old & out dated, staff didn’t shown any concern or even offer an apology when complained about roaches in room and in coffee maker.

The staff was amazing, the room and the grounds were very nice and clean.
I have no complaints.
1.5
The cleanliness. The room was immaculate.
Later, the staff were more friendly.
I strongly disliked the appearance of the hotel.
It wasn't a hotel but a less than attractive motel.
It was also more expensive than the Sheraton Hotel we stayed in the night before the cruise.
We were given a lift there by our friends from the cruise and I was mortified.
As a motel it was fine, but please make that clear and don't leave people with false expectations.

Good location. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. A short walk to dining and entertainment options, We had a good view of a night launch from the Kennedy Space Center from the property. Good value for what we paid.
It is an older motel and the bathroom in our unit was showing it's age.
