Niets alles was prima in orde.

The staff was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers in the room for our anniversary and they made the room magical! Rose petals everywhere, beautiful swans, pure delight!! Breakfast buffet was fantastic!!
Nothing!!!

Breakfast exceeded all expectations. Staff helpful. While dinner no longer available it was easy to transport to Rocamadour. One of the group used one of the bicycles to explore and was very happy.

A restaurant at the same place. You can't eat in most hotels at Rocamadour.
The waiter didn't know anything about vines...

Good location close to the sanctuary, free parking, excellent breakfast
A lot of insects in the room

Location and staff were great, although I had specified Rocamadour on my original search and it was a little remote, car was essential
Hotel a little tired, bath/shower unusable to a rusty/leaking bath and whilst the views were lovely the exterior landscaping needs finishing, pool not available either which in itself wasn't a problem but given the price charged was a little disappointing. Footnote the hotel staff were very apologetic about the bathroom and made a satisfactory reduction but for a 4 star hotel the room we stayed in was not acceptable, would have expected a decent restaurant/menu as well

Great selection for breakfast …croissants, pancakes, egg bacon, breads ,cheese, meats, cereals, yoghurts , fruits, pastries..freshly squeezed orange juice..tea and coffee machine.
Bed was comfy…bathroom adequate
Staff were pleasant and a couple very friendly
Sound insulation wasn’t good as is in a lot of modern hotels with concrete floors..could hear people above walking about, moving chairs, talking and snoring altho that was feint.. and the flushing of the loo from upstairs really echoed into our room .
Bath towels were small and only toiletries were shower gel and shampoo. Had expected body lotion and hair conditioner. Tea/ coffee wasn’t restocked.. we were there for 4 nights.
Restaurant wasn’t open when we arrived until the end of the week so had to have bar food which was actually ok and enough.

they don’t have elevators

Charming and clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.
Unfortunately we arrived around 20:30 and the restaurant was closed but the receptionist kindly prepared something to us.

very nice location and the hotel is pretty new and with really cute decoration
I was expecting more from the breakfast. The variety was ok, but the eggs were cold, yoghurt only with goat milk or something like that. on the other hand, the pancakes were good. A lot of sweet threats, not that much heathy or even salty

The front staff was excellent. My gps was broken and he found a map and saved the day.

The area is nice, the hotel is elegant and the rooms are clean. The restaurant food, as well as the breakfast are also tasty.
The family room is too small for this high an amount: in general, the prices are too high for such a category, in my view, with hindsight to our stay we paid relatively much more than for a pension with similar quality and services.

Good location - not far from Rocamadour. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast in the restaurant with a nice view. Private parking.
The room looks like tired and not fresh. It was too noisy and we could hear every movement in other rooms and in the hall. It was quite surprisingly from the property that pretends to be a 4-star hotel.

staff very friendly and food good
very limited vegetarian options

The room was fresh and new and air-conditioning that worked.
The shower didn't drain so you stood ankle deep in your own muck. I advised on day 1 but 3 days later nothing done and they didn't seem fussed.
Nothing vegetarian at the restaurant.

Great hotel, staff were really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and the view from the restaurant is amazing. Good location for local visits to rocamadour and local caves.

It's a great place to use it as a center to visit other sites, but it's also located on a very nice forest. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent too. For sure, I recommend to stay a few days over there.
It was very clearly stated in the reservation that only the cit taxes where remaining to be paid, and we clearly mentioned we were arriving with pets. Unfortunately, we got the unpleasant surprise that we must also pay for our pets, which we weren't aware at all in advance. We thought we were going to book it anyway, but we should have known it earlier.

The location was lovely, beautiful views of the forest from the restaurant. Nice pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable although was sort of expecting twin beds for the kids but the beds were big enough not to cause any arguments. The breakfast was lovely although perhaps a better variety of cereals for the children other than muesli.
The bathroom and toilet had spiders and a few cobwebs, only saying this because I don’t like spiders! :) The room wasn’t ready at 4pm although we only had to wait 15 minutes or so. Because of the rush to finish the rooms no toilet roll was provided and we had to gently ask. Not a dislike but perhaps a gentle suggestion to put out spare plates and cutlery if people are having a mix of savoury and sweet items at breakfast.

all of it !
older adult travellers so the pool for us was a little noisy with all the children and we could not relax around the pool after a long , hot journey . we also kept getting splashed by all the children diving and jumping in but we appreciate that this is what children do .

very clean rooms, tasty breakfast and dinner, good pool, hotel quiet and in the green! We slept very well. Thank you very much!
