Very good

Modern and clean hotel with a cool rooftop pool. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was big and very comfortable, with a bathtub and a shower

Although the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, the food was average at best. The time the breakfast was open was not convenient either. Communication with the staff was complicated by the fact that none spoke English.

Beautiful but isolated

Very lavish, beautiful and comfortable. The infinity pool is amazing!

The spa wasn't operational as we was the only people in the hotel!

The room was excellent. Great bed, nice bath and shower. Good view. The skybar and pool were really inviting and comfortable.

The restaurant was closed due to other events, without warning or alternative. The spa and massage were closed down but the site advertised them. Very far from town with nothing around to do.

The Hotel is superb, high quality rooms, great breakfast buffet but above all a magnificent rooftop pool

won’t go there again and has made me realise places like this is what is wrong with beautiful places in Vietnam

checking in was ridiculous. family room debacle not having ; beds when I booked 4 beds. took 1 hour to sort out after very little customer service from reception. to be honest, I would have rather paid a little more somewhere else that was easier to deal with. no one could make proper decisions at the check in to sort. and this was my was my family paying a good bit more for something special and nice - not again. I’ll stick to the friendlier and cheaper places in future. ha long bay will be ruined with places like this. i regret supporting it thinking I was getting something extra nice. my mistake.

Well located with amazing view from the swimming pool/rooftop on the Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was amazingly well stocked and delicious. Rooms were very clean and spacious

Price is okie, however, they should improve the service more to meet their 5*

Breakfast is reasonable, has both local and western options.

Location is out of town that it will cost a bit if you take taxi/Grab to downtown. To Sun World around $4 and the downtown where most restaurants are will be about $8 each way. Should consider it before booking. I booked the room with bay view but actually there are just many constructions around, not completed yet so the view is a bit disappointing. Staff is good, generally speaking. However at check out, when they checked my room and a fruit plate was missing then the front desk asked me but to be honest, the way she asked just made me feel like I stole the plate, they should be more careful on communication with guests. I had ordered food to room and I put the plate to the tray with other food plates and left in the corridor. It's marked 5*, however you know it is by Vietnam standard, staff is trained by Vietnamese management, you will feel it. I traveled there when the border is still closed due to the COVID-19 so full of domestic guests, mostly families with kids so it's noisy and a couple of rooms next door they even opened the door often so kids could run from one room to another, it made me feel unpleasant. The staff should have told them.

Clean Hotel. Taxi ride away from everything.

Good Breakfast and super clean!

Staff struggled with communicating in english, apologies my vietnamese could have also been better! There was resorts being built in front so the view was a little off!
