Wasnt what we expected but it was ok.

Room was nice and clean. Inconvenient location in the complex and was hard to find. Elevator was off at one stage and corridors were a little noisy at night during the weekend.

Beds were cheap and broken. Slept on the floor and couch as we were tired and were there for a family funeral. So we were on the go since arrival.

Travelling to Rockingham from the airport with a hire car was easy and having secure parking great

Walking distance to Rockingham shopping Centre, short drive to the foreshore area was a bonus also. Looking out on Park land made for a very relaxed stay with its walking path was easy to navigate. Secure parking for our hire car

No windows exterior corridors were dirty. Assigned Parking was a long way from unit. No disabled parking available. No refund policy even with several days notice very unsatisfactory. Not enough towels. TV limited apps

Expensive for 1 person. Good for a family.

It was clean and quiet. Facilities were good. Bed was really comfortable. Shower was great :).

For someone travelling on my own it was a little frightening having to access the building down the back from the rear alone. There was a drunk guy at the building door when I went to access later (about 6pm) on the first night. He wanted me to put my code in which I didn’t want to do with him there. When I got in I pretty much ran to my room. Right down the back and right up the end. The encounter did make me uneasy.

Great place and location and the park was great for walks.

Its not that we didn't like but things to improve - cleaning the ceiling air filters in the bathroom - Just check if a new Iron is needed as there were rusty metal pieces that would come out of the holes from the iron.

Lovely Stay

Apartment was lovely! Clean and tidy! Loved our stay there. Very secure. Owner was very accommodating and friendly.

Location was in reach of all amenities.

Not applicable but so near shops it didn't matter...and fully equipped kitchen which was great

Too many codes to get in. But they are working on it. It was a great location and the suite was beyond expectations! So good I will return.

I had a pleasant stay.

The location was nice, easy to get to the shops and beach. Really close to everything. The room was nice a spacious.

Would of like if one building was just for non smokers. Could smell smoke coming from the apartment underneath.

Fantastic clean, spacious apartment in lovely area.

Secure gated apartments, very close to play park and beautiful lake and grass area. Decent balcony with seating. Immaculate accommodation, modern and ideal size. Pet friendly .

Only minor issue was traffic noise and birds.

Easy with the pin code access. Exceptional customer service and assistance. Everything I needed was there so I could cook when needed. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Great location with everything you need.

Location is great walking distance to shops or beach. Great park across the road for families. Liked the laundry out in balcony. It’s bright airy and very roomy. Good secure parking.

Completely disappointing. Massive waste of money. Holiday ruined.

Overall a good stay, but general cleaning needs more attention.

Beds were comfortable, general areas mostly clean. Full size fridge/freezer, cooking facilities and outdoor room with washer/dryer with washing powder provided was great. Dining table and chairs provided, full size wardrobes. Nice little private outdoor courtyard area, overlooking the park.

Room had an odd smell on arrival. Bin lid was covered in food residue, and spillage in the bottom of the bin - by the next day it smelt very bad and had to put outside. Messaged to let hosts know after we left, but no response. Carpets smelled musty in the bedroom without a window. Shower head was covered in black spots which we had to clean to use, was also mould around the bottom of the shower screens. Only 3 toilet rolls were provided for 4 people for 3 nights, although staff were prompt to provide more on request. Coffee & tea facilities were fine but not enough milk provided. Only a 2 seater couch to seat 4 guests. No dishwasher although the photos on the website show a dishwasher and room instructions mention one.

Home away from home

Great room with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen for cooking. Lots of room to spread out and relax in the unit. Very close walking distance to the mall and cinema to catch a movie. The beach is just a short trip down the road. Very comfy beds. Personal parking space for the unit.

I couldn't find any issues with my stay.

Good location and everything needed for short stay was good.

The passage light did not turn on so was difficult to see and move bags about in the dark. It has a sensor but was delayed action. The map I received on my phone was all in code so needed my computer which worked well. Accessing staff after hours not available. I found my way in the end once I accessed my computer.

first Airbnb experience and it would be the last.

have washing machine etc

I didn’t like the fact that I only got notified with the “rules” after the payment was made. I had paid AUD150~ for “cleaning fee” but I had to clean the bring out the rubbish myself, removing the linens etc. that’s as good as me doing the cleaning services. if I knew about the rules, I won’t have booked at all. it’s not cheaper than hotel anyway.

The dishwasher was broken and the there was smelly water in the bottom. Also the washing machine was smelly.

I liked the fact that I could do everything on my own without many issues.

Finding the block number and car park was a little challenging. Maybe a map of the facilities could help.
